The condo was pretty basic. Kitchen only had 2 glasses, no paper towels and no kitchen towels-dish soap nor dishwasher tabs. No hand towels for the bathrooms. Those were the negative things. Beds were comfortable. Good accommodations for our family of 8. Building secured with a key entry. Parking garage very tight. Great access to the boardwalk and beach. Overall experience good. Would stay again since I know now what to bring.

I stayed here for 5 nights with 7 other girls for senior week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Positives: The photos of the house do not do it justice. The kitchen/living room is very spacious and great for a bigger group of people. There was plenty of sleeping space in the beds (the closet even had an extra bed that you could unfold and use). The rooms were spacious and well furnished. Great AC so you will definitely not get hot. The bathrooms were clean and worked well except the hot water didn’t last too long for a group of 8. There are plenty of windows so it’s very well lit. The balcony is also very nice and spacious. It was a great location - 1 min walk from the beach/boardwalk. I felt rather safe in the house given that you needed a key card to enter the complex and then to enter the room. The TV worked well and we were able to use Netflix. All appliances worked. Negatives: The moment we got to the house, the fire alarm was beeping every few minutes. We contacted the host to come and fix it but they never came. We had to come to get them the next day to fix it. The other people in the complex and nearby complexes were pretty roudy but keep in mind it was senior week. Some dishes below the oven were filthy as if they had been used and simply put back. The couch cushions were also stained. Overall, I have few complains and would recommend this house.

The pictures don’t do the size of the place justice, place was much bigger then expected. Location is also a one minute walk to boardwalk/beach. All 12 of us loved our stay!
