Situated in Hudson, this attractive campground/
rv resort for $266 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Golf cart/Jimmy Buffet kind of area yet quiet and relaxing at the house located on the canal with a large screened in porch viewing the water with propane heater for those chilly nights. (I love to sit and listen to the mullet jump or see the occasional dolphin or string ray wonder down the canal) Fish right off the dock, fire pit by the water. Bring your boat or jet ski and keep it in the water at your private dock during your stay. Ten minute no wake zone to the open gulf. Boat dock, 4 kayaks, fishing poles, fish cleaning station, cast nets, crab trap, bait freezer, grill, cook out area, bicycles, all included with your rental. Walking distance to Dollar General, Circle K, Sam's Beach Bar (best place to watch the sunset and live entertainment with small beach, playground and picnic pavilion), Inn of the Gulf, Hudson Beach Ice-cream parlor, Skinny's Bar and Grill (live entertainment), Ollie's Oyster Bar (live entertainment), Whitney's Seafood Market (sells live Maine Lobster and local seafood) Minutes drive to Sun West Park and Walmart. Hudson area is perfect to dolphin or bird watch. Manatee are found in the gulf or (depending on the season) 20 minutes away at the Weeki Wachee Springs beautiful crystal clear river and home of the live mermaids. scalloping, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving (scuba certification right up the street) I pride myself on the immaculately clean and sanitized environment that i provide for your stay. I try to keep everything you will need handy to make your vacation more enjoyable, affordable and less stressful, such as condiments, spices, laundry detergent, bug spray, tiki torch fluid, sunblock, soap, coffee, tea, sugar, bottled water, wet suits, life jackets, even life jackets for the dogs, snorkel gear, rafts, toys, lots of family games, Giant Jenga, corn hole, puzzles, cards, and movies. My goal is for YOU, your family and friends to make beautiful memories and make a living in the mean time! I not only care about your entertainment and comfortability while staying in my home, i also care about your outside excursions to maximize your stay. You will be provided with information on local activies to enjoy for adults, family's and children rain or shine. Hudson has so much to offer and yet is still not commercialized and over crowded. It's the perfect place to vacation without the hustle & bustle. Several state and county parks on the water close by to enjoy beaches, hiking trails, bike trails, bird watching, fishing, kayaking, boat rentals, fishing charters, swimming, sunsets on the gulf from look out towers. Famous waterfront restaurants around the corner with live music, great food, cold drinks and beautiful sunsets. Carport & plenty of room for extra vehicles & your boat or jet ski trailer. Local things to do with-in minutes. Paint ball, trampoline & air adventure park, game rooms, dinner theater, casino boat cruises, water parks, casinos, miniature golf, go carts, bowling, Ice-cream parlor, escape room, movie theaters, breweries, scuba school, zip lines, zoos, gift shops, waterfront seafood restaurants with live music, crystal clear springs.

Very clean and well equipped. Has everything you could ever need. Communication with Cindy was excellent. Screen porch off of bedroom was lovely. Mile walk to bar/restaurant on the water.

Cindy was easy to communicate with. She left us a nice "new years eve" package. House was really clean. Felt very "at home" while staying there. We were a little too busy on our trip. Wished we could have spent more time there. The enclosed patio was a nice place to hang out and watch the Ospreys, Egrets and other animals. Short drives to many awesome places to visit. Homosassa was a really great day trip to see Manatees. Tarpon Springs was another great day trip.
Overall a great trip for me and my family.

My family and I wanted a little getaway for my sons bday! What a place and the commendations Cindy provided! We enjoyed our stay and planned on coming back again. Thank for for everything Cindy! Jameson loved the cookies and jet ski ride!

The place was very nicely decorated and clean, with a great porch with a view of the water. Cindy was a great host, quick to reply and answer any questions we had. Very conveniently located, just a short drive to Spring Hill, where we have friends, so I'm sure we will be staying here again in the future!

Just what we needed for a few days to get away
This home is an exceptional value. It is less than an hour from Tampa, Clearwater Beach, and other nice beaches in the area. Kayaks, fishing poles, bicycles, a paddle boat, grill and did I mention it’s right on a canal with personal dock. The owner, “MS, Cindy”, is very nice and welcoming and she keeps a very tidy and clean residence. I highly recommend if you are traveling with kids . I highly recommend no matter who you are vacationing with.

Clean well laid out. Almost every needed item for a great stay has been provided by the host! You would be hard pressed to find a cleaner well provided rental in the area! Compared to our stay a couple of weeks ago (2 blocks from this unit) this was the Ritz Carlton of rentals! Keep up what you are doing

Quiet and peaceful
Great accomodations!! It was peaceful, and we even saw a dolphin while relaxing outside near the docks. We were welcome to use anything we could see in the house, and the kayaks were great for the older kids!
