Nestled in Hudson, this attractive house for $302 per night is a great choice for your next break. GULF BREEZE has awesome reviews. We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help all our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. Bring your boat!!!! Come watch the sunset melt into the Gulf from your vacation home as dolphin, sea turtles and manatee swim in this direct access saltwater canal. This canal is loaded with redfish, snook and snapper. Our home has everything you need to enjoy your stress free vacation. Everything has been remodeled and tastefully decorated. We are located on the 1st canal off the Gulf of Mexico in a very nice area. Just a short 5 minute ride to the beach and playground. There you will find a couple of fun and tasty restaurants. This home is immaculate and has no weird smells or odors. Water views of the gulf from the main parts of the home will let you enjoy our beautiful sunsets. The gas BBQ is ready and waiting for you to enjoy your meals on the huge patio with ceiling fans to keep you cool. There are a number of separate sitting areas for everyone to enjoy together or separately. The living room has leather sofas and a couple of great bean chairs as well as a cable TV. The lanai boasts new flooring and is well appointed with a sitting area, dining area as well as a Television. Bring everyone into the gourmet kitchen to hang out while enjoying a nice quick meal or a few cold drinks and appetizers. Everything you could think of is there. The home has everything new. AC, bathrooms, hot water heater, ceiling fans and SS appliances. Very clean and neat as a pin. The kitchen was designed for hanging out and enjoying your casual meals while taking in the water views. Clear water right off the dock for swimming with the dolphin and watching manatees. If that's not your thing, bait up your fishing line and try for the many species of fish for your dinner. There is an awesome floating dock for you to easily launch the kayaks or keep your boat and to go to the calm Gulf waters. The 1 car garage can house your water toys, golf Clubs or any other toys you bring along with you. Plenty to do around the area. Restaurants and bars abound. Locals are extremely nice and helpful. As far as things to do around the area, you can be to some great Florida attractions within 30 minutes to 2 hours away. Weeki Wachee for the mermaid show or clear spring kayaking. Tarpon Springs and the sponge docks are just 30 minutes south for you to enjoy the “Greek life” and wonderful restaurants. Want a little more excitement? Busch Gardens is just a 1/2 hour away. A great day trip to Disney World, Epocot Center, Seaworld and even Kennedy space center are all doable. The surrounding area offers, golf, mini golf, fishing, kayaking, boat rentals, scalloping, water skiing, antique shopping, casino cruising and a lot more. Spectrum cable TV and Internet provided free. City water with a new “whole house” water softener. 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds and plenty of closet space. 2 bathrooms. One bath has a tub while the other has a step in shower. 1 queen size air bed. No dedicated room. Would be great for children. 1 porta crib. 1 high chair. No need to travel with one for the baby. Newer Washer and dryer are located in the clean 1 car garage. 2 Extra guests are permitted. Do you have EXTRA GUESTS? There is a $25 per person per night. An easy fill queen size airbed and bedding is available. Please contact me for more information. I recommend it for children as there is no dedicated space or private room for the bed itself. We have exterior cameras to monitor only the exterior of our home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited. Not just a rental. "A home away from home". The House was beautifully decorated, and very clean. The owner was very hands on to make sure our stay was perfect. The dock is great for fishing and swimming. Sunsets are amazing. Really nice patio for relaxing and dining.

This is our 3rd time renting this property and it just keeps getting better! April is fantastic to deal with and the recent upgrades to the backyard are a game changer! You can tell a lot of thought and care goes in to everything about this property. We look forward to staying here again!

We very much enjoyed our time! Great house with a surprisingly large, modern kitchen and floor plan. So many small touches made this a special place! We loved the thoughtfully equipped home that included appropriate furniture and toys for young children. April is very thorough and communication is top notch!
We are almost sad that we were successful in purchasing our own Florida home nearby, as we were really looking forward to another stay in your lovely vacation home!

Our stay was wonderful!!! April stayed in great communication with me and answered all of my questions quickly. The house was so nice, clean, and so cute. It had extra resources for us and lots of amenities. My kids loved the fishing pole supplies and kayaks . Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely home and host
April sets the bar for vacation rentals with her home. The house is so cute, and she has seen to all of the little details that makes a stay relaxing. Her recommendations were perfect from the restaurants to the best grocery store. Having the fenced patio and dog run gives the extra peace of mind you need if you have kiddos or fur babies. If you have kiddos this place is the one you want, it even has toys for them! The neighborhood was so peaceful to stroll through and watch a sunset. The host is as lovely as her home!

Sea Ranch On The Gulf
Beautiful House is perfect for a getaway! House has a beautiful deck in the back yard that is fenced in and has a nice floating dock on a deep water canal directly off the gulf that has clean clear water that you can swim in. We had a great stay and highly recommend.

Getaway 2020
We were very satisfied with the rental unit for the 25 days we were there. It was spacious and were impressed with the large kitchen area. It was nice to have an enclosed lanai as well as the open deck for sunning and barbecuing.
April made contact by text to make sure everything was as expected. Would consider it again if we decide to come back to Florida next year.

Great home with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico!
The house was immaculate when we checked in. It has all the amenities we could have hoped for, and then some ... to include (2) kayaks, (2) beach bikes, fishing gear & tackle, a crab trap, a box of toys on the lanai for young children, extra linens & towels, and all of the cooking utensils and spices we needed to enjoy cooking and eating at home! We enjoyed fishing from the dock each day with our children & grandchildren. We caught several pinfish, catfish, and a few keeper-sized mangrove snapper. A friend of mine who lives nearby was able to easily navigate his 25ft boat into the canal from the Gulf and moor up to the floating dock. The neighborhood was very quiet and the few people we saw while taking walks or biking were very friendly. April was in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we may have had. I give April and "Sea Ranch On The Gulf" an A+ rating and my strongest recommendation to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the west central gulf coast of Florida without all of the commercialism of places like Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us, April! We hope to visit again next year!

We loved our stay here. April has the house decorated beautiful. Each room had a special touch. The view from the amazing back porch was gorgeous. We loved having our coffee in the screened in room. We had several adventures on the bikes and we enjoyed our kayak adventure into the Gulf area. We would definitely book with her again.

Wonderful Home Away from Home!
Just came back from this wonderful home with many pleasant memories. The home is as described in other reviews - fully equipped with anything and everything you could need. There were plenty of toiletries, kitchen items, kayaks, coolers and bicycles! The sunsets are beautiful and can be viewed on the deck or a walk over to the next street.
I would highly recommend a stay at this centrally located home in Hudson, Florida!

Perfectly Perfect!!!
This home is a resort home--not just a vacation rental. The location at the end of a quiet canal facing the Gulf couldn't be better, and 3 sets of glass doors in the home assure the outdoors comes inside to be enjoyed day and night. We have been renting coastal homes for over 15 years and spent more time outside here than we ever have. The neighborhood is open, breezy and a wonderful area to walk any time of day or evening, and the sunsets are breathtaking. There are 3 living spaces to enjoy with this home, all beautifully furnished, and EVERYTHING is provided for your comfort and any activity you wish to pursue. The home is SO CLEAN AND FRESH, and so well decorated with a tasteful beach theme. We really appreciated the wonderful soft, fresh smelling water, the good light over the bathroom vanities, the safely fenced yard for our little dogs, the full size washer and dryer, and all the extra touches provided for guests that make your stay a little extra special. Everything in this home is new or newer, of high quality and well maintained. April and her husband are wonderful to work with, and really care that you enjoy your stay, having provided great information on the area, including many tasty eateries that we certainly enjoyed more than once. They respond quickly to any questions, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. There are no surprises with this home, except that you will have an even better time than you had planned!!!

First of all dealing with April was wonderful. The house was more than my wife and I expected. All the amenities were there, it was like having our own vacation home. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils. Sitting on the deck with a cocktail and watching the sunset over the gulf was extremely relaxing. We look forward to returning next year.

Amazing stay at Gulf Breeze
My husband, mother, father-in-law and I had a wonderful few days in Hudson, FL. Every detail had been thought of from comfortable beds and furniture to cozy spaces to relax and have meals. The home and view is beautiful. We had 3 gorgeous sunsets. We cooked all our meals in and every utensil item we needed was provided. The dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer were much appreciated. The walk in shower was perfect for our parents, as well as the anti-gravity chairs on the deck. A monarch butterfly greeted us in the flower garden as soon as we arrived. We tried out the kayaks and the bikes. Owner checked in with us by text and e-mail making us feel very welcome. Prompt refund of our deposit. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it.

Great Place to Relax
My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Sea Ranch on the Gulf! The home was larger than we expected, especially the kitchen - which was great because we cooked all our meals there. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need. Our favorite feature was that we had so many "living area" options. There is a large living room inside, a glassed-in lanai overlooking the canal with a small peek of the gulf (where we spent most our time), and a beautiful outdoor deck area with lots of seating and a grill. April was very communicative before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.
