The property and home were very clean. Cindy was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Brought my boat and kayaks so having a nice dock to tie off to and easy quick access to channel was great. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The home is a gem in the neighborhood. The location was quiet, very well stocked for any needed supplies and relaxing! The couch was the most comfortable & roomy we’ve had at a rental! We spent quite a bit of time at the home, traveled to Honeymoon Island Beach, Weeki Wachee River & Busch Gardens during our stay. The best restaurant we visited for seafood was Frenchy’s in Dunedin and Hudson Crab House. Thanks for a great stay!!

This was a great place to stay right on the canal. Plenty of room and outside space. Had everything we needed and more for supplies. We took the kayaks out and saw a few dolphins, doesn't get any better than that. The neighbor had some construction during our stay but that isn't Cindy's fault. Highly recommend.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Cindy was an excellent host, and you can tell she truly cares about making sure her guests are cared for - from her excellent communication to the décor of the home, she wants your experience to be great. Staying at this location is like coming home - the space is both cozy and accommodating. If you're looking for a pretentious place with no comfort and no character, this is not the place for you. There are soft blankets, sparkly trees, and lots of lounge space. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house who just happened to not be home. Things to note: No grass - the xeriscaping is made of pebbles and oyster shells and plants. It looks great, but if you have a picky dog, you're going to be going for walks. We had no trouble at all with our pooch, and Cindy generously gave us dog park recommendations, safety tips (even a lifejacket was available!), poop bags, and treats! No dishwasher - kitchen is large, well-stocked with plenty of dishes and flatware to accommodate 4-6 people easily. There is both a Keurig machine (bring your own pods if that's your thing) and a classic drip coffeemaker available. We stayed in January during a cold snap, but we had a great time and got beautiful sunny days with temps in the 70s (eventually). We explored Honeymoon Island State Park (45 min away - beautiful white-sand dog-friendly beach and hiking trails), Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks where we ate at Rusty Bellies on a rec from Cindy and LOVED it - great seafood and lots of options (30 minutes away-ish - this little town is steeped in Greek culture and is delightfully weird), ate at Pam's in New Port Richey (great diner breakfast), and watched some football at Skinny's (a great bar practically across the highway from the neighborhood - lots of fun and good bar food! Check out their specials). We had a great time kayaking and exploring the mangroves - we found a neat little spot at the tip of the peninsula where you can get out and walk around and gaze out at the ocean. Cindy is a gem, we cannot say enough good things about our time there. If you have questions, she will get you answers, so don't hesitate to reach out! As an added bonus, my boyfriend proposed around the fire after a day of kayaking (dolphins in the bay at sunset? Come ON!), and I will forever be grateful to Cindy for creating this wonderful place for people to gather in love and adventure. Thank you, Cindy! You're the best!

Perfect location for a small family with access to fishing equipment, bikes, kayaks, etc. Great location near Hudson Beaches and a short drive from Tarpon Springs and Tampa-St.Pete area. The house had everything you need …I worked from there part of the two weeks I was there and the WiFi was terrific (something that has made previous work/vacations difficult). Was relaxing to be able to look out at the water while I worked. Plenty of places to get away for a nap…or to read a book…or just to relax.

I stayed in this home last year with my family and loved it so much that I came back again this year. It is definitely home away from home. It’s so homey and welcoming. The view is absolutely gorgeous and we had a lot of fun. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. I’ll definitely be back again.
