About this condo rental
We are a Super host with proper city permits and we are listed on the OFFICIAL Niagara Falls, NY tourism website, so you can feel safe and secure booking with us. This beautiful newly renovated apartment is clean and comfortable. It can sleep 6 people and includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, upper porch, dining room, one full bathroom, full working kitchen, back yard sitting area, and WiFi. This rental is on the upper floor with another separate apartment below it. The main entrance and parking area are shared, but everything else is private. Most houses in NF are old, so please expect some creaky floors.

Only here for two days but we enjoyed our stay here. Place was clean and was stocked with everyday items (shampoo etc).

We had a great stay! The property was clean, spacious, and well-kept - plenty of room for the four of us. The drive to the falls was about 12 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all. We made use of the kitchen, cooking quite a bit and everything was in working order. Next time, we will bring more of our own larger mixing bowls, pans, etc. for what we usually plan for meals. They had all the basics though, plus they even had olive oil, salt, and pepper. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment was newly updated, spacious, clean and very comfortable. It’s a little further away from the Falls in a residential neighborhood so you are not right on top of everything. Owner was very responsive. Price was great. Overall a wonderful stay.

the rental was very clean however the bathtub was stained. Love the porch which is an added living space, plenty of room. The home is well maintained and the host added string lights in the back which is great for the parking spaces which were well lit. Communication was great soap, shampoo and coffee was provided which is a bonus! Overall a great space

This was a perfect place for my family. We truly enjoyed it. The property was cleaned and very nice neighborhood. It was a perfect distance to the falls and at the end of the evening it was nice to get away from all the traffic and sit in the quiet neighborhood on the beautiful huge porch.

We've stayed at James' property twice now as our oldest daughter is attending college in the area. The property is clean, well furnished and comfortable, and James is a great host

We had a wonderful stay. Other reviews mention it is in a not-so-great part of town but we never felt uncomfortable driving to it and walking from our car inside. The extra amenities beats and hotel within walking distance to the Falls in my opinion. It was not difficult to drive and park where we wanted. We will definitely consider staying here our next trip to the Falls!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Property was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for us and our 4 adult children. Loved the large balcony. Was a great location to wind down after a long day. You should put photos of the large balcony in the property photos. Close to all the attractions and within a few miles of groceries and restaurants. Unit could use some more glassware, coffee coups and closet hangers. Otherwise our stay was without issue and would highly recommend this property ti others spending a few days in the Niagara area.

We had a good stay at this rental property. It is very close to the Niagara Falls and also an easy drive to Buffalo, NY not too far away.

Lovely place
The apartment was great! We really enjoyed the porch in the evening. The neighborhood was nice, and we were entertained by the local cats and squirrels. No hand soap in the bathroom and only two washcloths for three people. I found the price a little expensive for one night.

This was perfect for our family visit to the falls. James was very informative and place was clean and safe. Our boys loved the bunk beds and the balcony was a perfect place to relax after a long day of sight seeing. Thank you for the great memories!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautifully renovated. Perfect for our family of six. Ages ranging from 13 months to 13 years. Only criticism is the neighborhood is slightly sketchy, but we had no problems.

Great Niagra Falls getaway
I stayed in this property with three other adults and two kids. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was very accommodating, even offering to bring over a grill when we asked (we didn't end up needing it, we were too excited to go out for dinner, there were so many great places to eat nearby). The porch area was such a comfortable place to chill after a long day of walking the falls. I highly recommend booking this property for your Niagra Falls vacation.

Niagra Falls
The place it's self was clean and spacious. How ever the neighborhood was ok but around there's not much to do and it's runned down. But it is only a 13 minute drive to the falls. But if I go again I'm hoping to either stay on Canada side or down town Buffalo.

Would def recommend
I only stayed a short period in this place, but me my boyfriend and kids loved the place, they literally provided everything you would need to stay in a place. Very clean and easy door access! Would def. Stay here again! Owner was very nice when spoken to in the phone!
