The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to other devices I brought along on my trip. The Wi-Fi only connected to my phone, and the TVs were difficult to operate.

To say this is a newer place it was not clean in the rooms. The pull out couch was nasty and had a lot of spots on it. Also the chairs at the table were dirty. The floors need to be mopped better. They need to make sure they deep clean these rooms.

I was pleased with this property. Close to downtown and plenty of restaurants choices nearby. Approximately a 15 minute drive from carowinds. Would definitely stay again the next time I’m in the area.

The staff was friendly and got us into our room quickly. The room was clean, quiet, and the amenities all worked. We would stay there again.

I would also say that the other people that was there for the weekend was very loud and obnoxious. I would not come back again !

Terrible experience, property took my money when I made the reservations but when I got there they were booked. Traveled from out of town and had to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute. The front desk employees were very rude and could care less about the inconvenience

Our family of three stayed here over Thanksgiving while visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and was quiet because we were far from the elevator. We had absolutely no problems checking in at midnight after being stuck in bad traffic. We will stay here whenever we come back to Charlotte.

I was into cause my niece goes to college in Charlotte. This location was very nice and everything was close by. It was very clean and quiet. The front desk employees were super nice and helpful! This will be my go to spot when I’m visiting my niece again.

My family of 4 stayed here while visiting Carowinds & the Whitewater Center. Both were less than 15 minutes away. Lots of food options close by also. There is plenty of room for the 4 of us with 2 bdrms and a nice sized living area with full kitchen. The washer and dryer was a nice addition. Would stay here again.

Easy to check in! Easy access to interstate 77. Friendly staff at check in. Far enough away from traffic noise.

weekend getaway
Very roomy with plenty of TVs and washer/dryer.
There wasn't a bake sheet for the oven. I got 1 small tin from the office. There was a small dish that might be oven safe. But you need more than that if staying with your family for a week. It was a cold weekend and I didn't see a temperature control.

My husband, mom and I stayed here on NYE weekend. The location, facility, and suite were spacious, clean, and absolutely perfect for us. They accommodated at early check in which we really appreciated as we were traveling from a long distance. Highly recommend!

The unit was as promised and well equipped. I had a unit with two bathrooms and both were very clean. The appliances in the unit were first class, including the washer/dryer and dishwasher. I certainly would stay here again and the staff was always available. I simple loved this place and it felt very safe.

Overall a good stay. As many mention, it's more of a hotel type property, but doesn't take away from it being a nice property. The only issue I had was a guest above my unit were very loud all hours of the night. That's not the fault of the property, just bad luck on my part. But a good stay and somewhere I'd come back to.

My family of four stayed at this property for a few days at Carowinds before heading to the beaches of SC. We thought we were renting a condo but this facility is an extended stay hotel. For us, this property served it's purpose. We were looking for close proximity to Carowinds and outlets. It's a five minute drive. The property is brand new. We had two bedrooms. One for our boys and one for us. Accommodations are tight for a family of four but that is to be expected with a hotel. It had a full kitchenette with basic cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable. The facility was secure. Check in was simple. Staff was friendly. Convenient to grocery stores and simple restaurants. Pets were allowed although I would not feel safe walking in the surrounding neighborhoods.
