The neighborhood also features a large community pool. The beach front lifestyle you’ve been dreaming of is at your fingertips! Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin (Miramar Beach) the Frangista Beach community is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach. You can also reserve your spot each morning through the Frangista Beach service vendor (La Dolce Vita) These aren't your typical chair and umbrella beach boys, the guys at La Dolce Vita can assist with all of your beach sports needs including but not limited to; bike rentals, jet skis, parasailing, surf board rental, boogie boards, snorkeling, beach going wheel chairs and even a floating adventure park! If you grow tired of the surf and sand take a dip in the Frangista Beach community pool located in the center of the neighborhood on Los Angeles Street. The water sports and outdoor activities wear you out head on over to the Silver Sands premium outlet mall where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Frangista Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options within a 10 mile radius of your community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joes) If you are looking for a bit of nightlife head on over to the village at Baytown wharf; here you will find numerous night spots, upscale dining, zip lines and activities for the kids and fireworks all summer long! (Just 5 minutes east of Frangista Beach) Looking to hit the links? You will have your pick of 8 fantastic golf courses in the immediate area including top rated courses like the Raven at Sandestin, Sandestin links, Baytowne Sandestin, Seascape, Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, Emerald Bay and Burnt Pine. All of these courses are within 10 minutes of Coastal Treasure. First Floor: King bedroom, wet bar, and full bath + two queen bunk room. Second Floor: Living room, dining area, kitchen, King bedroom, and hall bath. Third Floor: Master King bedroom with full bath, King bedroom with full bath, laundry area. The private residential elevator can be made available. Please discuss with us well in advance of your stay NO WEDDINGS ALLOWED. POOL HEAT-The private splash pool can be heated for an additional $45/day plus tax or $315/weel plus tax. Pool heat is charged for the entire length of stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5 Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

We had a wonderful time at this property!! They had everything we needed and the location is perfect! The towels were soft, the house was clean, the AC worked great and the property management was extremely responsive and very kind. I 100% recommend. We went with 5 adults and 4 toddlers. The house pool was perfect for kids and the community pool is great! Book it! We would definitely stay here again. Can’t say enough great things.

An exciting week. We saw a tornado. The house was great. I love staying right on the beach. The only three flaws are: 1. There was one sliding door that leaked when the rain blew a certain direction 2. The dryer didn’t work very well 3. The bunk room doesn’t have good access to a bathroom. Overall a great place to stay though.

Stayed in late may with my husband's family, including my in-laws, a great uncle, 4 of us adults in our 30's and 4 little boys aged 21 months-5 years old. It is clean, and great location. Kitchen has everything you need (including plastic plates for the littles!) but no Frills. 3 older boys slept in the downstairs bunk room, which was fun but the fact that they have to go into the downstairs master to use the restroom is challenging with 3-5 year olds. Several of the beds in this house were really hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom tile has been resurfaced and is starting to peel in the smaller bathrooms, upstairs master suite no issues. Pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures, but our little guys loved it and played in it every day.
Management company is awesome and very responsive to any issues.
Overall would maybe recommend this house for kids that are a bit older (and can go up one flight of stairs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night).

Great place for vacation. Super nice amenities and the house has everything you could ask for and more. Our only issue was the beach was super crowded , even it being private but I think everyone had brought multiple families this time so it seemed way to crowded but tolerable . The clientele sets the mood and we had fun. The home could use some updates if you’re picky but didn’t prevent a fantastic time from being had. Bring your own toys for the kids , there’s no closet that houses anything like that. I’ve paid less for more and more for less and I’m a critic by nature. You won’t beat the location to local drug stores, restaurants, etc.The main road is about 30 feet from the house and is loud at night til they quiet down a bit. Alvin’s Island beach store is literally across the street so if you go buy stuff when you’re buzzed and tired of the beach, have at it !! We will be back !!

This is the first time we used Frangista Beach Properties and we absolutely loved our stay at Coastal Treasure. We have been staying in the area for over 20 years using other rental agencies and by far, this one has been the best. The location is fantastic with gorgeous views of the gulf from each balcony. The home was very clean. Not a piece of sand to be found anywhere upon arrival. And for a pet friendly home there was no pre-existing damage or smells. We brought our 2 dogs and they had a great time. Other pet rentals we have stayed at in the past you definitely knew they were pet friendly upon arrival, not this home! Nicely appointed furnishings, beds were comfortable with clean linens, ample towels and a fully stocked kitchen with a few amenities like dish soap etc. to get you through the first day or so. So, if your staying make sure you shop for your daily needs. It was so nice having lunch and dinner every night on the balcony. We ate out only a few times and picked up fresh fish at Destin Ice and grilled most meals at home with the outdoor grill. Miramar is a very nice quiet area with everything you need within reach and even walking distance-It's why we always come back! We stayed early January and the weather was great. Walked the beach everyday and had the most relaxing vacation we have had in years! Neighboring vacationers on both sides very friendly and vacationing with their dogs too! Very pleased with our stay! Looking forward to coming back!

Located directly on the water. private Beach access and beautiful decor I woke up each morning with a stroll on the beach and finished with a cup of coffee from one of three amazing beach view patios. The grill that was provided did not work and the very next day rental service delivered a brand new grill. The service was great. This house was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. We will absolutely stay again .

The traffic can get bad but the negative is at night. Very late in the evening (up to 2am) - tons of noise comes from that intersection (loud partiers and loud vehicles). It is right by the kids bedroom so kept the kiddos up a few nights.

Being directly on the beach was wonderful. Coastal Treasure is a nice place but was in need of a few things and I understand recently purchased by new owners who are working to get the property up to the standards of their other property, which is beautiful. Clare at Frangista was wonderful and had a coffee maker and other things brought over in record time. Everything that we reported was looked at immediately and the maintenance guys were very nice and professional. I can't say enough positive about Frangista Beach Properties.
