Pleasant workers. Great valet service. Nice room. Comfy bed.
No closets. No place in bathroom to hang wet towels which were never replaced.

My room comfortable and a good size. I like all the hooks to hang items and complimentary water.
Didn’t like that I paid for breakfast with my booking and they charged me for breakfast in the morning. The front desk attendant was not friendly during geaveyard shift and after I had been overcharged, they never did anything about it to fix the charges.

Loved the hotel! Beautifully designed, friendly staff, comfortable bed and close to Ponce City Market.
The only thing was the water doesn't get really hot in the shower. It's not cold, but with there not being a fully closed in shower, that was a little disappointing.

The hotel charged me a higher rate than what was booked on Booking.com. I’ve called the hotel several times and have yet to receive a refund. Sadly, I won’t be returning and will continue letting all friends and family know.

This hotel is nicely decorated with comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly. There is a restaurant and bar on site.
The bar closes too early. No bikes for guests to use.

decor was nice, bed comfy.
The bathroom was odd with the sink being in the bedroom. Felt so gross having everything getting ready right by the bed. Corner room is insanely loud and not relaxing

Breakfast was very good. Nice little bar. Overall quite clean. The valet guys were excellent, staff courteous.
Less construction but you can't do anything about that. Fair amount of homeless people in the area but they didn't bother us. A little pricey.

love the stylish architecture and interior design
it had a good location close to ponce market, but the surrounding was pretty sketchy with the construction happening and not scooter friendly or a nice walk around

A bit pricey. No view. Construction right outside the window. Restaurant and bar were closed.
