Condo offers, unique opportunity to watch the waves and sunsets from right on the beachfront, along with a pool and spa in the gated community. Pismo State Beach, Pismo Pier, downtown restaurants, shops and entertainment all adjacent to the gated condo complex. The living room includes fireplace, wireless internet and a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player. Gourmet Kitchen. Dining room seats 8. Washer/dryer. Three bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs, with the half bath located downstairs. Primary has a king size bed, in suite bath and balcony with spectacular ocean views. Second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Large deck with gas BBQ and patio furniture w/ umbrella. Fully furnished with all amenities. 1 Carport parking space. Only Available Saturday-Saturday During Summer, Holidays, and Events. Due to HOA Restrictions, the rental must be rented for no less than 7-nights at any time. This property does not have air conditioning. Security cameras may be present at the front door or in the complex.

Pismo Family Vacation
1st time staying, enjoyed ourselves. Condo was well equipped in the kitchen. Deck was very nice. Would have to say metal bunk was noisy, would suggest sturdier bunk beds, worked great for the grandkids. Nice clean and good sofa sitting area.
Kinda of wished there was a second TV in master room. But definitely planning another trip. Thank you for sharing your rental with us.

A Week at the Beach
Just to be clear, I have no personal connections to anyone related to the rental or ownership of this unit.
Seven of us, three eight-and-under boys and four adults, stayed in a three-bedroom unit. Within the first hour, we were all saying what a great place we had. The feeling lasted all week.
The rental staff was very accommodating for our staggered arrivals; they managed the entry codes properly so that our first group got them when they needed them. As a matter of fact, from the day I decided to rent the place, the rental staff was polite, helpful, and attentive.
In the unit, we had plenty of room. The unit was outfitted with nearly every cookware item you could think of. All of the kitchen appliances were clean and in good working order. The laundry appliances were clean, quiet, efficient, and handy. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. Bathroom linens were plentiful; bedroom linens were fine. Beds were fine, too.
The access to the beach was through the parking lot--that turned out to be a big bonus for keeping sand out of the unit. The rinse hose at the front door helped, too.
A delightful place and a wonderful experience.

Our family has been staying at the Pismo Shore condominium complex for over 30 years now and we are never disappointed! Thanks to the staff at Coastal especially this year when we needed to make some last minute changes they jumped right on it and made our vacation perfect. Thanks again, Lex

Beach Vacation
This was a wonderful location. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every day for meals and cocktails. Quick access to the beach. Easy keyless entry to the unit. Appreciated they had a Keurig as well as usual coffeemaker. Did have an issue with the lower bunk bed: it squeaked every time you rolled over, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Would recommend this unit, but hopefully the squeaky bed issue will be addressed. Overall great stay!

We stayed a week at tge condo, it was very spacious and clean, had all of the amenities we needed and the location was THE BEST. Steps from the beach and a few minute walk to the shops, restaurants and wharf. We 100% will be back!

Amazing Place
We were there for the world event with the Portuguese Para-Surfing Team. The house was in the perfect spot. The commodities were great.

Annual Family Beach Trip
Condo was very nice and the location was great. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking. Living and dining furniture worked well for 4 adults and 3 kids. All 3 bedrooms had good closet space and dressers. The only thing that would prevent me from giving this property a 5-star rating is the mattresses were not the best. Bathrooms only had showers, no tubs, but we managed in keeping the kids clean! The pool area is super nice. Overall, a great place to vacation. We have rented again for 2022.

We had a great stay where we were able to enjoy the beach and maintain COVID safety. This condo is amazing in its location and view and had all the necessities in a property. Well appointed. Management company made everything easy for check in and arrival.

Pismo Beach Vacation
The condo is located overlooking the beach with it's own beach access. It is in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Pismo. It was clean and well stocked for our stay. We had a total of 8 people in our party and the condo was very comfortable for our group.

Lovely spot for a family getaway
The unit is an older unit, but was great for the children and comfortable for the week. You cannot beat the sunset view over the ocean from the living and master rooms in unit 133. Lots of extra blankets came in handy for the crisp nights in November, but it wasn't cold enough to need to use the heater. Easy walking to restaurants and a few minute drive to the outlets and grocery stores.

Although the unit needs a few minor fixes (which were indicated on a note when we returned the keys), it was very comfortable, we enjoyed our visit and would like to stay at this property again.

Condo was very nice. Loved the location right on the beach and walking to all the shops and restaurants in Pismo. The heated pool made the stay with grandchildren very nice as well.

Floors and bathrooms could have been cleaner, but understand much use. The master bathtub valve was cracked in half and in tub when we arrived. The other bathroom tub valve was cracked. I purchased two new valves from Ace Hardware and replaced both. Not really a big deal. Overall vacation experience was outstanding and we plan on renting again.

Great location, terrible king bed in master bedroom. It was like sleeping in a hole, I kept sliding towards the middle. There were no sheets for the sofa sleeper. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and equipment. The pool was wonderfully warm and clean but there was a lot of sand in the jacuzzi.

The best thing was the newly updated deck and nice deck furnitur
Housekeeping was called to return and clean black mold from both bathrooms. New toilets seats were installed at our request due to broken seats. Shower door was frozen and needed new rollers installed. Overall furnhiture was disgusting, broken and smelly. Mattresses were horible. The carpeting was heavily stained. We have stayed in many units in Pismo Shores and this by far was the most expesive and extremely disappointing!

Vacation Coastal Rentals Rocks!
Location was fabulous, rental had everything we needed and more. Staff is hekpful and friendly. We go every year to Pismo and rent with CVR. Deposit was returned in a timely manner. Only critique is that the furniture is a little outdated, and bigger bbq would be nice when you have a bigger group.

My family and I had a great vacation, the location of the unit was really great. The amenities offered in the unit were very good and, the property management could not any nicer and accommodating. A+++++

Great Vacation Stay!
Our condo was lovely. It was clean and updated and had some little extras such as a Keurig coffee maker with a starter supply of pods, but we did miss an ice maker. It was in a great location- close to the beach and town. In addition, the management company was very helpful.
