The location was the best thing about the property.

The first thing I didn't like was the room could have been cleaner, dirty dishes, and tables were dirty .the linen could be replaced, the beds are old, and mattresses need to be replaced. The pool room didn't look like it was cleaned for the season. It would have been nice if you had at least one housekeeper come through so you could get clean towels if needed after all you are at the beach. The stove didn't work very well.Dont understand how you charged me 100 plus dollars for house keeping and I never saw one house keeper.

The location was great. The condo was comfortable. We received alot of emails and text to keep us informed.

The room was not cleaned for our check in time. There was no electric or water. After calling, the property manager came right away and turned on the electric and water. The cleaning lady came right away to clean but forgot to leave towels. We called again but the towels did not come till the following day.

This is the 3rd time staying in this condo. We have always enjoyed the location, view, cleanliness of the condo, it was comfortable and it's just a very lovely condo and we always try to rent this condo first. 508 Decatur House will always be our number one go to.

The increased rates. The unavailability of this room, not available again until January 2025. It appears that there is no open slots whether it's not being offered for rental.

After driving 6 hour, When we arrived on Labor Day there was no parking pass. We were told to go to the office that was 5 miles away to get our parking pass they were closed when we got there. There was mold on the shower curtain, the stove was broken, the broken wall above the window in the bedroom. I was told the maintenance person was going to get ahold of me to fix the stove and no one did.

The location was wonderful.

The condo wasn't cared for or repairs were needed badly. Every closet or bifold door was either off the track or broken which could become hazardous. The sliding glass door was hard to operate and it never locked. The screen would come off track or just drop in the middle of the floor. The drape rod covering the sliding door was laying on the floor the moment we arrived (June 28 - July 7 2023) and 10 days later it was laying in the same place. I contacted the number provided and someone assured me that someone would come and fix. After the 2nd call to ask about the status of when we could expect someone they asked for pictures. I supplied pictures upon their request. Mind you this condo is on the 3rd floor you can be seen from the boardwalk stores and beach areas below, so there is a privacy issue as people can see if you are no fully clothed which also by not having the drapes to block the sun and heat caused the AC to run and freeze up which then you had to turn off to thaw. It was just vicious cycle that if someone could have come and maybe put a temporary bracket up until the original bracket could be repaired it would have made the stay a much more enjoyable time. I'm not exactly sure who left the ball drop whether it was Booking.com or the local crew of vacasa in Ocean City, MD but regardless it was not right. Upon our return I sent a message but have never heard anything more. I was hoping for someone to at least contact me. We have always enjoyed all our other stays as you can see our history this was our 3rd time booking through both booking.com and vacasa.
