It is a 1200 square foot corner unit with 20 foot balcony that has ocean views to the east, southern corner, and western intracoastal city views. Gets sun exposure all day and breathtaking sunsets. Master bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and own private bathroom. There is a 2nd large guest bedroom with 3 Twin single beds. Additional full guest bathroom. The 3rd bedroom, a converted den, has either a sofa sleeper or we can provide an additional rollaway bed. In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs.
