Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained! This waterfront home has everything you could want and more. The view and water access were amazing. The covered / shaded front porch overlooking the Lake Hamilton was our favorite place to rest and relax. The large modern kitchen and large adjoining living area were perfect for dining and entertaining. All of the beds / mattresses were extremely comfortable. The dockside cabin was a luxurious added bonus. The only thing that caught us by surprise was that the main house only had one (very large) shower. There was a very luxurious deep whirlpool bath in a second bathroom, as well as a second shower in the dockside cabin - no big deal! The house is also perfectly located to give convenient access to central Hot Springs. Our host, Stefan, was incredibly responsive and courteous. We would definitely return to this home for our next visit to Hot Springs - we give it our highest recommendation!

This was a wonderful place to enjoy our family vacation. It seemed all our wants and needs were anticipated and taken care of. We especially enjoyed having easy access to the lake and spent lots of time enjoying the kayaks. The house and apartment were beautiful and we had room to spend time together and still enjoy privacy. This place was perfect for our time together!

A perfect waterfront home with lots of amenities. The floor plan was great for our elderly grandmother as well. We really enjoyed the kayaks and waterfront studio apartment to accommodate multiple families with children.

I am so late leaving this review, but we loved this place so much that I still wanted to review it! We stayed back in March, and absolutely loved it. The house is absolutely beautiful!! Very spacious and beautiful views of the lake. The extra apartment is a nice space for family to spread out, and it has a dock right off it with chairs to lounge! We loved the fire pit being right by the lake. I also loved that their were two carports to protect our vehicles from the spring storms. This was a great place to go for a family get away. We had to be cautious with the kiddos on the back stairs, but that’s true of stairs anywhere. On the last day of our trip, my mom unexpectedly had to be hospitalized, and the owners were very kind and accommodating. They followed up for several days after to check on her. We would definitely like to stay at this property again!

Great last minute decision to stay here. Views are great. House is setup for many different activities (kayaks, sunning, reading, movies, etc. etc.). Back porch is a wonderful place to just sit and relax. We didn't use, but separate boat dock suite was very nice. The house is off the beaten path, but easy to get to and has easy access to any point of interest in and around Hot Springs. The owner of the property was easy to communicate with and all instructions for access, etc. were clearly communicated. You won't go wrong with this property.

This house is so beautiful. It sits right on the lake. The views are fantastic. The host thought of everything. If you ran out of anything, it was supplied by the host. All you need to bring is your clothes and any food you want. We went kayaking and had smores by the fire. The porch was so comfy and the sunsets were amazing. We hope to come back next year!

Thoroughly enjoyed the property. It is in a quiet neighborhood off the main thoroughfare, but easy to get to. It is close to downtown and other points of interest. The house has everything you need to be comfortable. The decor was very inviting. Back porch has a great view of the lake and is relaxing. Owner provides plenty of options for activities. Owner gave clear instructions for stay and leaving and was easy to communicate with.

We really enjoyed the kayaks and boat dock. The large windows in the living room and the deck were nice, too. We have a family member in a wheelchair and although the house isn’t technically wheelchair accessible due to the bathroom/kitchen areas, it is very wheelchair friendly. We all enjoyed our time here.

You will not regret booking 254 Long Beach Point. Every part of our trip, from booking to check out was easy. Communication was adequate and specific. We had a problem with the coffee maker. One call to our contact person and the issue was resolved in 2 hours. Property is very quiet and peaceful in October. We enjoyed our week and hope to return.

We have only one complaint, we couldn't stay longer!! Stefan and his wife are the perfect hosts. Check-in was easy, communication excellent, the home spotless, beds very comfortable and many extras were kindly provided. The lake view is amazing and our 17 year old grandson LOVED having his own space in the private guest studio right on the water. The double kayaks provided were a nice unexpected bonus. We left rested and refreshed and eager to return!!

Owner was very easy to communicate with. Property was all that we hoped for in a lake front retreat. Enjoyed being able to dock the boat at the lake house. Kayaks provided were an added bonus. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This was perfect for our family of 5. The dock house is a sweet retreat! The owners were very nice and willing to help make our stay great! (Offered to bring us a canoe if the kayaks didn't work!) The geese greeted me every morning and evening (they love dog food!) and the humming birds buzzed by the deck throughout the day! The back deck was great with a spectacular view of the lake! The dock was perfect for sunbathing and swimming off of!

My family enjoyed staying a week at this house. Nice location. Easy drive to get groceries and supplies. The gas grill was nice, under a covered carport so we cooked out even in the rain. We had fun Kayaking in the lake, there is a sandbar about 100 yards south of the dock. The water gets about 2 feet deep at the top of the sandbar. We had a great time dragging the toddlers out there on a raft and letting them play. Overall a good stay. Owner is a nice person to deal with. Also enjoyed his fire pit at night. Plenty of chairs out on the dock and on the back porch.

We absolutely loved this location, and it had plenty of space for our family. We definitely appreciated all the thoughtful surprises and we got a ton of use out of the kayaks, even during spring break weather! The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed to make all our meals. Thank you for sharing your amazing home!

Nice, clean, comfortable. The water was way down but we knew that they drew the lake down annually. Only complaint was the back French doors to the back porch had no locking mechanism installed. You could push and both doors would open. The efficiency bungalow was great also!

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday with our kids and grandkids at this fantastic rental. It really did feel like home away from home. Our host left items to make s’mores and also had Thanksgiving napkins and plates for us, too! There were many extras that just went above and beyond! The beds were super comfortable, the furnishings were cozy, and the apartment was perfect for our kids and their new baby! We would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the lake, but the scenery was still beautiful in the fall! We would highly recommend this home!

This property was so much better than expected. The hosts provided too many amenities to mention. It really felt like a home that was so well appointed. Great privacy from neighbors. Peaceful spot on the lake. Flat yard. Great for seniors and kids. Had pontoon rental delivered to dock. Apartment was wonderful. The location was very convenient to grocery store. Can't say enough good things. Thanks to our hosts for making this stay remarkable!
