If you are attending an event at the Expo Center, what could be better than staying right across the street? You can see Tulsa’s iconic Golden Driller from our backyard! Walk out our backyard gate and down the sidewalk directly into the VIP parking lot of the Expo building. The house is conveniently located near Safari Joe's H2O water park, BOK Center downtown, Midtown attractions, Tulsa University, the Gathering place, and only 2 miles from Old Route 66. Enjoy the many amenities including a washer and dryer, 4 bedrooms with queen beds, 3 bathrooms with granite and quartz accents, Kitchen with granite counter tops and all the appliances you will need, including a built in TV and wine rack. The open floor plan has wood and stained concrete floors, 6 Smart TV’s with Cable TV and WIFI, a shuffle board in the game room with a western theme. Our large concrete patio with rustic picnic table is a cozy area to cookout, entertain, enjoy the evenings, or your morning coffee.

We had 3 families staying here with 5 youth wrestlers. Plenty of space and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. We could easily walk back and forth between sessions. Clean home with everything we needed.

This was our 2nd year staying for the US National Arabian Show and we are already booked for next year! Hosts are awesome, quick to respond to any questions or needs. The house is well stocked and so comfortable and the location can't be beat!!

This is the second year that we have stayed at this property for the Tulsa State Fair. My business, partners and coworkers and myself absolutely love this property. There’s plenty of parking for our vehicles, and lots of room for us! It is decorated very nicely, and it is stocked with everything you need for a stay! We will definitely be back!

AMAZING
From the moment we walked in, we fell in love with this place. It was clean, inviting, and had lots of entertainment included (games, grills, tv in almost every room (including kitchen), and shuffle board. The location was great and close to absolutely everything. We will definitely stay here again.

I was a little worried about the amount of people we had even though all the other reviews said there was plenty of room. I think the pics make the house seem narrow but there is plenty of space and room to spread out. The backward is spacious and all of the rooms accommodated our group easily. The home is great and decorated in such a charming way. The hightop tables were set up with games and our family and friends LOVED the shuffleboard table. My 80 year old MIL was dominating during our impromptu tournament! The home is centrally located to everything and right across from the EXPO center. The home was stocked with everything we needed and the owners were available if we ever needed them. I am not sure our travels will bring us back to Oklahoma again but if they do we will surely try to stay here again.

The location is very convenient and close to everything but as dog owners we were a little concerned about the unleashed dogs in the neighborhood and cats getting into the backyard.

Amazing Rental
Our family really enjoyed this rental. Very clean, had all the kitchen/bathroom supplies needed, and loved the shuffle board table. If you are staying for any event at the Expo, excellent location. Highly recommend this one!

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Tulsa! Terry Don was a great host. The home was clean and exactly as pictured. Our family enjoyed the games provided and having 3 bathrooms was a real bonus. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Great house in Perfect Expo Square Location!
A house that has it all! Our group was thoroughly impressed with the house; it was clean, spacious, and furnished well. Plus the back yard gate to cross the street to the Expo was fantastic. Property Managers were pleasant and very responsive to inquiries. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning to Tulsa in the future.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking in the driveway, is very clean and comfortable. The only caveat I might offer is to try out the different mattresses. One was much too hard, one was much too soft. (Also need to wash the comforter - big stain on one). Overall, a great stay - recommend!

Great location for expo center
The property was super clean, we had an event at the Tulsa expo center so the house could not have been in a better location. So close, it was within walking distance but we still drove. The owners left all info needed in a vrbo book for a handy reference. Communication with them was excellent. They gave great suggestions on other things to do and restaurants to check out. I would definitely stay there again! My daughter loved the shuffle board table. Gave the family a little fun extra activity at the house. Five star all the way around.

This house could not have been any more perfect! Located directly across from Gate 3 of the Expo center it was essentially just as close as staying in the campground! Will for sure be booking again whenever I am in Tulsa!

Absolutely perfect
We were in Tulsa for the US National Arabian Horse Show so the location to the Expo could not have been any better. The house was remodeled beautifully and all linens etc are high quality., beds are super comfy and lots of nice little touches. Both TerryDon and John are quick to respond. We loved it so much we booked for next year!!
