Boasting an updated interior and amenities, this home offers easy access to the area's best attractions including championship golf, skiing, and of course, activities and recreation on Lake Tahoe. Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Incline Village Championship Golf Course, and the Incline Village Mountain Golf Course are all within a quick drive of the home. Enjoy morning coffee each day on the balcony while taking in the crisp, alpine air. The beautifully appointed interior has been fully updated with new fixtures and furnishings and features a split-level design. A sunny sitting area and TV room greet you on the ground floor, with two guest rooms and a full bathroom down the hall. A wet bar equipped with a microwave and beverage fridge is also provided on this floor for household convenience. Upstairs, the brightly-lit main floor living area features an open-concept layout equipped with modern amenities and essentials. The kitchen comes fully furnished with updated, stainless steel appliances, including a farmhouse sink and dishwasher for easy cleanup. Full meals can be had together at the dining table set for six. After the day's adventures, grab a bottle of chilled wine from the beverage cooler and cozy up around the living room fireplace to unwind with your favorite shows on the smart TV. A baby gate, high-chair, and children's games are provided for those traveling with little ones. Things to Know Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details. This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Two level condo fully equipped for an extended family visit. We hosted my daughter's family of 4 including a 4year old and a four month old. They shared two bedrooms downstairs with their own tv/sitting room with their children. My wife and I enjoyed the living area and next to our luxurious master bedroom upstairs. It was a great setup for our family. Walking distance to Hyatt, Lake, and Starbucks. We had the pool to ourselves. Nice, quiet, small condo community. We would definitely look for this home next time!

The condo itself was beautifully remodeled. The quality of work done on the unit was excellent. I’ve stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and they usually always have something damaged or not working properly. However, this condo was truly in excellent condition. The complex itself was easy to access and quiet.

The house is very modern, beautifully decorated and very well kept. The appliances were clean and new. Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were well stocked and there was no clutter in the house. Loved the interiors as well.
The only hassle we had was at check-in when the lock code didn't work. We had to call customer service and get the master code. note: Vacasa customer service was amazing and super helpful.

Hard to find at first because GPS needs an update. Once we found the home, we went in and were in love. Clean interior; appliances, rooms, utensils. This rental had enough room for 8+ people if needed. We thought we needed to bring our our towels, soaps, and/or plates. We were extremely wrong, this amazing rental and it’s staff supplied everything; toiletries, kitchen utensils, cook wear, and board games. All we had to bring was the food and people.

The rental was walking distance for the restaurants, grocery stores, and amazing beaches . But as you know people are lazy so we drove to those places. Overall happy and satisfied experience. 10/10, thank you to the staff who worked hard to present this fabulous rental.
