Highlights include smart TVs, a modern kitchen, and two living areas - one that doubles as an additional sleeping space! A sofa and two armchairs provide ample seating in the open living area. Kick back and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Off the living area, French doors open to a cozy den with a sofa bed - a quiet spot to relax with a good book. Prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Helpful gadgets include a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. When you're ready to eat, dine together at the table. One of the bedrooms includes a smart TV for added convenience. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This second-floor apartment is accessed via a flight of stairs. (Please note that this is a downtown apartment in the heart of all the action; some noise may be heard.) Parking notes: No parking available. This rental is located on floor 2. We recently were in town for not one but two weddings in downtown Wilmington. Out of all of the properties, I am incredibly grateful we decided to go with this one. It had everything in my family and I needed such as a washer and dryer, full kitchen on top of it being extremely convenient. Communication was immediate and everything went smoothly! I highly recommend this VRBO above all the others!

Great location a block from the riverfront. The loft is a steep staircase above a restaurant and candy shop. Beds were incredibly comfy.

The loft itself had a lot of potential and was conveniently located within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops downtown. However, we happened to go during the hottest week of the summer and the air conditioning wasn't working. We contacted the rental company and were told they didn't have any openings to move anywhere else, so they'd refund part of our stay. It's now been almost 3 weeks and we haven't received our refund. Any time I talk to someone, I am told "We are looking into that". I hate to give this location a poor rating, but it is miserable to stay near the coast, during the summer without any type of air conditioning.

Overall our stay was great! Beautiful apartment, amazing location…however, the night life is loud! Wouldn’t recommend bringing young toddlers/babies. We had 2 sound machines and a fan going and the street life was so incredibly loud. We didn’t even use the Master BR, we used the back room with the pull out couch instead bc of the level of noise.

There are a few repairs needed, ie window,oven, dryer and it could use a few more towels & hotpads. Over all it worked out great. Within walking distance of several diners, shops & attractions. Parking in ramp was easy.

It was dirty and not enough silverware for a meal. Carpets were stained and floors were sticky. No info on where to put garbage so had to leave it tied up inside

Our girls trip was great in Wilmington! The loft is such a great location to walk right out the door and be in the middle of downtown and within walking distance of everything…. Riverfront, restaurants, and shopping. The loft itself is huge, much bigger than we expected and so comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious, and the pull out couch was very comfortable.
While there was noise from the street, the fans in the room helped with that, and it’s expected with the downtown nightlife.
Even though parking is not included, there is a pay lot that is right beside the building, parking was $12 per day, and that’s less than most hotels. We were able to stay parked and didn’t leave downtown the whole weekend since everything is within walking distance. We loved everything about the Loft and would highly recommend.

I've already provided this feedback via text but will also leave here. Upon check-in, we immediately saw that there was no toilet paper. We then discovered kitchen trash had not been removed and there was an oven mitt that was crusty and filthy. It took me until the last day of the trip to find ONE coffee pod which had been left in a small bucket full of cleaning supplies. There was dish soap leaking out in the bucket.
All of these things made me question the general cleanliness of the entire loft. I was never quite comfortable and was disappointed with the quality overall. Bath towels were extremely thin and small. My husband commented that the wash clothes were more like paper towels because of how thin they were - he could see his hand through the wash cloth!
Again, not Marriott quality. I don't know how AirBnB has managed sustaining their quality standards but I think Marriott should either depart this business sector or find ways to secure a better experience for their guests.

Hey! I recommend this place for your next booking in Wilmington. Honestly I travel all over the place and once in a while there’s a home that has so much character to it that I just don’t want to leave! Take it from me this is the place! If you’re in Wilmington on business, pleasure or cheating on your spouse lol this place is the best kept secret! Book it and thank me later!

The location is great and the apartment is well decorated, even if the art is a bit far out. Only drawbacks are the onstreet parking and the tall, step stairs, that are poorly lighted.

Beautiful loft! Music can get pretty loud at night well into the early hours. Bring noise cancelling headphones or ear plugs. Great location downtown close to all the shops and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere.

Dirty... rusty tub drain, stains on the furniture and the bathroom mat. Towels that looks 50 years old. something spilled on the kitchen table that hadn't been wiped up. Musty smell. Attempted to try and choose another property to move to and we were denied. Could be a cute place if it was kept up.

Everything was amazing and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. There was a small hole in the wall behind the door that was there when I arrived aside from that it was perfect.

Came to town for a wedding nearby and this was a perfect spot. Lots of food choices, nightlife, and places for morning walks. Sat night was a bit loud outside, but we slept soundly after a walk on the town. Urban chic loft mixing old historic charm of the port city with easy comfort.

We enjoyed our stay. The place and host was great. Was a little confused on what to do with trash. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient
Clean and convenient spot downtown to everything. Loft is located next to a club so expect noise and it would be nice if the TVs mounted in bedrooms were smart TVs or at least connected to some sort of cable or apps like the smart TV located in the living room to block out the noise from outside.

The loft was exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, with cool/artsy urban decor. It's right in the center of all the restaurants, coffee shops, Riverfront, and bars so you can walk everywhere! The parking deck was conveniently located right across the street and only costs $10 per day. Easy access and communication with the owner. We had no issues during our stay and had a great time! This is where I would stay again when visiting Wilmington! You will not be disappointed.
