We are about a 15-20 minute walk from the popular Playa Las Glorias, one of Vallarta’s best beaches. We are only 15 min (Taxi/Uber) from the popular Romantic Zone, which is also walkable from the villa (about 45 minutes), for serious walkers, it’s a flat easy stroll and you can enjoy The Malecon along the way. QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD POLICY Please note that the Main pool downstairs closes at 8:00 pm to maintain our neighborhood quiet zone. The upstairs terrace, lounge area, jetted pool and guest kitchen is open after hours for your enjoyment. GUEST COUNT & MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Every guest, regardless of age (including babies and infants) are counted as a full guest, and are included in our maximum 14 guest occupancy. Rates shown are for a maximum of 8 guests, any additional guests over 8 are $25 per per person / per day. We charge this extra fee due to the cost of the breakfast and additional daily service required. PARKING: We can accommodate a small car in our garage but this must be pre-arranged before your arrival. There is also public street parking available around the corner from our villa. RULES & STAFF SPECIAL NOTES: Villa Vallardin is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. No Loud Music, Parties, Special Events, or Un-Registered Guests are allowed. We will send you our House Guest Book and Rental Agreement for your review and approval after booking. We include a full daily breakfast at no additional charge except for Sunday's and holidays. The staff is also available to prepare additional lunches or dinner by request. We charge a one-time per meal fee (not per person) of $800 MXN ($40), plus the cost of groceries, plus tip. A Sunday breakfast can also be requested at an additional cost. Our live-in staff have their own staff quarters that is totally separate from the guests villa living spaces. We have several outdoor security cameras throughout the property including the upstairs terrace area with the jetted pool. Villas that provide staff, It is customary to leave an extra tip to the staff at the end of your stay. The amount will depend on the service and your satisfaction, but we recommend in the range of $10 - $12 per person, per day, to be paid in MXN Pesos at the end of your stay directly to the staff. The villa was absolutely stunning and just perfect for our multi-generational family stay. The outdoor spaces were beautiful. Our grandson had so much fun swimming in both pools. Angela was amazing. She was so attentive to our needs and made our stay so special. She prepared the most delicious dinner and breakfasts for us. We had an overall fantastic stay!

This is a beautiful property designed and decorated with great care. Amazingly, it worked beautifully for 6 adults and 6 children between 2 and 5 years old. The house has enough space and rooms that everyone was comfortable and we could hang out in different areas at different times. We asked that the house be stocked with foods and did some cooking ourselves as we were there on Christmas Day. But, Angela’s breakfasts were great and it was so nice to wake up and have food served. Makes for a relaxing vacation! We also ate some dinners at the house and found that fun. In addition, Angela cleaned up after our meals and tidied the rooms. Very much appreciated. The house is located in a great neighborhood near many restaurant choices, which we also enjoyed. We rented cars as we wanted to visit various beaches. We were able to park them just around the corner from the entrance to the house and never had any problems. As others have stated, the children adored the main pool and we all spent hours there. All in all, this is a beautiful, safe, convenient and comfortable place to stay.

We were a group of seven and had a amazing time at the villa!! Blanca was so accommodating and helped with transportation and activities throughout the weekend. Angela was an incredible chef and housekeeper. We loved our experience and had an amazing time while we were there.

Everything about my family's stay at the Villa was excellent, enjoyable, and well planned. Our every desire for food was cooked by Angela, a fantastic and warm person with special talents in Mexican cuisine. Our concierge, Blanka, was also outstanding and very receptive with quick replies regarding things to do in Puerto Vallarta and made reservations and provided information on the many things to do in PV. The Villa, itself, was clean and well kept with two pools and my family and I enjoyed the large pool daily. The Villa is spacious with many places to come together for conversation in comfort. I recommend that you stay in this wonderful, fun, and beautiful space.

Our group of 12 family members, age ranges from 66 to 4 had an amazing time at this villa. The house was well outfitted to accommodate our family of various abilities and ages. Angela was hands down the icing on the cake. We did have a fluent Spanish speaker in our group which made communications a breeze. Without this bonus we may have struggled. Her meals were fantastic, affordable and an overall change from eating out. Our family sat around the large dining room table and talked about or day. The pool and courtyard was hands down the highlight for the kids. I think they grew gills. The house is lovely, beds are comfortable, bathrooms stocked and the grounds well cared for.
The ONLY downside was the jetted soaking tub was not useable until our last day there. This was through NO fault of the caretakers (prior guests were not respectful of it)
This is our 4th trip to different villas with a similar group and we all felt this one toped them all.
Provided breakfast was a huge bonus and something you don't find often.
As soon as we left, we all wanted to come back

We gathered from 3 states and Mexico to celebrate my brother's 70th birthday. The villa is exactly as described in the listing. It is well furnished and very clean. But what makes this listing so special is Angela, who not only provides breakfast, but will cook for you. We found it easy to be out and about during the day, with lunch out and return to the villa for dinner. Everything was good, but the red beans and rice, chicken enchiladas and chicken mole were so good, we said we'd eat them for breakfast. We took a cooking class where we made mole and had mole out and Angela's was still the best. Make your own drinks, stay home for dinner and save some money.

This property was great. We maxed out the occupancy at 14 (8 adults 6 kids) and had more than enough room to enjoy ourselves. Every single room was spacious. The bathrooms were a great size. The tables could comfortably sit all 14 of us for breakfast. The staff is very helpful and attentive to any needs.
I would definitely take another family trip at this location.

Villa Vallardin is a great rental option for large groups. The six bedrooms are very comfortable and most have private baths. Located in a safe upper-scale residential area within a 15 minute, $8 taxi ride from most everything in Puerto Vallarta. There are numerous great dining options within a 15 minute walk.

We loved staying at Villa Vallardin and will definitely return. One of the major highlights of our stay was the food prepared by Angela and Antonio. We had enchiladas suizas, chilaquiles verdes, and huevos con chorizo. All of it was excellent. The whole place was luxurious, clean, and had so much character. Every bed was comfy and all of the rooms had AC. We spent a lot of time on the upper deck by the pool. The location is convenient, although the walk to the beach is pretty long. Costco is close by. There is a restaurant a couple of blocks down the street, Los Tito’s, where they make a really nice quesabirria. It’s about a 20 minute Uber ride to Zona Romantica, where you should get a taco tour from Vallarta Food Tours, go dancing, and get al pastor from Panchos. Writing all this down makes me miss Puerto Vallarta and Villa Vallardin already. I can’t wait to visit again. We’ll bring the kids next time.

We had such a wonderful and memorable time here. There were 11 of us: 7 adults, 2 teens, and twin 3 year olds. The house was huge and we all had plenty of room. You can't beat 6 king beds for everyone and so many bathrooms. The house and pools are beautiful. The staff is amazing and all our food was delicious. We had Angela prepare all breakfasts and 3 dinners and it is worth every penny. No one had to lift a finger and we truly got to relax on our vacation. Angela has such a kind heart and really was sweet to the twin toddlers. We felt like family while we were there even with a heavy language barrier she put forth so much effort to make us happy and we were!

This house is a hidden gem in the city of PV! From the check in process to our perfect host, Angela.. we couldn’t have asked for more! She was there to help cook for us as well as make us feel comfortable and assist with any of our needs. Would highly recommend to a small or big group to stay here. A short Uber ride to all surrounding areas and the beach!

It was an amazing experience Angela was so attentive and lovely with my family her cooking was amazing.I definitely recommend her, the only downside was Alfredo, there was many occasions that we were in need of his help and he didn’t answer his phone, we only saw him once which was the very first day.

The best experience

The house is gorgeous, exactly as described on VRBO. The hosts are easy to communicate with but there really wasn’t much reason to get ahold of them.
We were there with 5 adults and a 3 year old and 8 year old and it was the perfect set up. Close to lots of things and taxis drove in front of the house regularly. Never spent more than $5 USD to go anywhere, by Uber or Taxi. You will not regret staying at this beautiful, impeccably clean property.

Weekend Getaway
Overall, I was pleased with my stay at this property! The property owners and manager displayed great communication, both verbally and written, from the initial inquiry through our last day in Puerto Vallarta. They recommended transportation services to and from the airport, restaurants and local places to visit, and grocery stores to make purchases for food. Additionally, the warm welcome by the staff our first day is something we will remember for many years to come. The staff surprised us with guacamole dip and margaritas when we arrived, which set the stage for an excellent stay! Thanks for great communication and hospitality! We will be sure to look you up when we decide to return to Puerto Vallarta!

Beautiful property and staff
Everything was better than pictured! Angelina was our chef and she was so sweet and kind and took care of us! Alfredo was quick with responses and recommendations! The property it self was so beautiful and clean, we didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to! Would def come back again! The only downside was there wasn’t a beach that you could get to without a car, so if that’s important to you then this may not be for you! We were prepared to take a taxi to the beach because we just loved how spacious it was. There was 7 of us celebrating a Birthday so there were more than enough beds Duke everyone.

The villa was such a wonderful place to stay. The decor was beautiful and the place was immaculately clean. Our chef and support staff Angela was so accommodating in every possible way and the meals she provided were so delicious. I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone.

A gorgeous and idyllic stay
Greg and Dwight were amazing hosts. They were patient and accommodating to our needs. The home was beautiful and felt like I was in a museum. It was in a nice location because it was not too far from the airport and not too far from Zona Romantica. The house staff was professional, accommodating, and helpful. This was an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend this stay to any and all of my friends.

We had a total of 9 adults needing 5 bedrooms-everyone had their own space which was perfect. We couldn’t imagine the stress of trying to coordinate everyone at a resort type setting. The only additional thing I would recommend is downloading a translation app to ensure clear communication with staff, since you’re not at a resort setting it comes in handy at the house and around town! Greg, Dwight and team thank you for an amazing time!!

Beautiful home in Puerto Vallarta
This home was fantastic. We had 9 members in our group, and it was the perfect amount. Although the house can sleep a total of 14. The house was spotless, the pool and hot tub crystal clear. So much space for a big group. A rare thing with a VRBO is that this property has a staff. They are super friendly and super helpful. There was a full breakfast for us each morning and if we wanted we could create menus, the staff would shop and prepare meals. This is extra of course for lunch and dinner but well worth it. This has all the luxery comforts of home, big bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, wifi, and televisions in all the rooms. A seperate kitchen on the second level if anyone wants to be creative in the kitchen. The staff will do light laundry upon request. Our stay was fantastic and I would not hesitiate to come and stay again. It is walking distance to good restrausnts and a short IN-DRIVER car ride away from Costco, Sams Club and Walmart. If you want to get to Central PV and the beaches it is only a $5.00 IN-DRIVER ride away. Do not use Uber. Download IN-DRIVER. It is cash only so have pesos, but super easy to use. I highly recommend this property for any stay in PV. We all loved it!!!

Bright & roomy
Our group of 6 adults enjoyed our stay at this villa. The four bedrooms were all great, roomy & air conditioned. It is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Best to call an Uber to depart, as taxis are not normally patrolling neighborhood. Staff was friendly. Villa is freshly remodeled and clean.
