LIVING AREA Natural light floods the inviting living space, which is crafted with wood beam ceilings and hardwood floors. Recline on a queen sleeper sofa and two armchairs next to the gas fireplace. Watch favorite shows on the 55” flat screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Create tasty dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and upgraded appliances that include a Sub-Zero refrigerator, electric stove/oven, and dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy festive vacation meals at the eight-person dining table. BEDROOMS & BATHS This condo includes three bedrooms that sleep up to eight guests. Three full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities. Sleep soundly on the plush California king bed in the master bedroom. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace, journal daily activities at the desk, or watch a movie on the 55” flat screen TV. The en-suite master bath features a double vanity, jetted tub, walk-in steam shower, and a separate water closet. The second bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and additional twin trundle, 40” flat screen TV, and desk. Please note the twin bed is not suitable for an adult. A second bath provides a tub/shower combination. A queen bed is found in the third bedroom as well as a 50” flat screen TV and en-suite bath with a walk-in steam shower. OUTDOOR AREA Find ultimate relaxation at the shared pool and hot tub area equipped with lounge chairs and a communal grill. Wake up with a morning workout at the fitness center or luxuriate in the sauna. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS Parking is available for one vehicle in the outdoor parking area. It took 30 extra minutes to find the condo due to terrible directions, access to the condo is extremely difficult. There is no way to pull to the curb to unload. Parking across the street was non-existent. I got a ticket because I had to park illegally. They have a stupidly long digital code to get in. Every night we were standing in the dark unable to open the door because the access code was so long. There were no mattress pads on the beds. It was so gross! Then there was a used bandaid hanging from the top bunk. Underneath the beds were trash and extreme dust. The bedrooms were dark with no adequate overhead lighting. The front bathroom had a very slow sink drain indicating a lack of maintenance. I’ve run a short term rentals for 17 years. My rentals have breathable mattress protectors, clean mattress pads and deluxe sheets. Vacasa and the owner are examples of running a rental into the ground and taking advantage of their guests. I can go on but you get the picture!!
