This is a great location. We have a group of 12 adult men for a golf trip. We stayed at the Ledges, which is also a great course. The home was very comfortable and affordable. We are already booked at the same house for 2024

Rented mid June for a 7 person golf trip. Everything about the experience was great. Plenty of space for us to spread out and hang out. The Traeger grill was the star of the show for us and we put it to good use. Would recommend this unit for any group trip to the area.

We were greeted with a bunch of trash in garage that smelled. Downstairs outdoor furniture were dirty to where we decided to not use it and some furniture were not able to use.

This property was perfect for our family and friends. We gathered to celebrate a graduation. Comfortably slept all 18 of my family with two beds to spare! Highly recommended!!!

A group of family spent time together at The Ledges to celebrate a 60th birthday. The Ledges was the perfect location for those who wanted to play golf, those who wanted to hike at nearby State and National Parks and close to Saint George for shopping and activities. The house was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickleball and easy access to the trail.

My family of 19 all get together every September for a play at Tuachan. This was our first year staying at The Ledges and it went great. The home was beautiful and spacious. Everything felt brand new. We were right across from the swimming pool and could hangout on the outdoor patio all together at night and play cards. Brunch at The Ledges Restaurant on Sunday was delicious!! We should have eaten there more throughout our stay.We will definitely be back.

We did a couples trip with our older children and we had a blast! The home was nice and cozy and so close to the pool. We greatly enjoyed our stay. We rented e-bikes and enjoyed the trails close by.I highly recommend staying here.

The experience was all good except for one issue. The lounge chairs at the pool were not only very uncomfortable but dangerous. The design makes it possible, and very likely for users to fall to the ground and the chair land on top of them. I experience this myself when sitting on the edge near the foot of the chair I went directly to the ground with the backrest hitting me in the heard. I witnessed a similar incident with an elderly man holding a new born baby. He fell to the ground, flipping the chair on top of him and the baby. Fortunately all were ok except for the man's back. He complained of pain in his back. These were the only chairs available at the pool and should be replaced before serious injuries occur.

We loved this spacious home! It was clean and beautiful. I just wanted to report that one of the dining chairs was broken. The back pad wasn’t connected to the chair and was just placed on the chair. It was like that the day we arrived so it was damaged before we arrived. We loved the rooms, and having the pool right across the street was awesome! Easy access and very clean

My family of 4 stayed with 3 other families( 8 adults and 10 kids between 14-3 years old) and this house was perfect for us! 18 people fit and slept comfortably, had enough space for food, loved having a washer and dryer, loved being across from the pool, very clean house, plenty of towels, would recommend this house and we will definitely come back!

The trip couldn't have been better! The home was AMAZING and made us feel like we were big time! We had plenty of room despite having a large group (18). The beds were amazing! The pool was perfect for our group (we had older teenagers down to toddlers with us)! They do a great job catering to the vacation rental traveler. Every detail was thought of. We really appreciated all the towels as well as the laundry detergent that was included. Honestly, this place was cheap but I still felt like it was a great value. I really hope we can go back again in the near future!
