The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, and shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom, which has 2 twin beds and a TV. Full kitchen with everything you need to make meals including pots and pans, dishes, a crock pot, a mini crock pot for those game day dips, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, and Ninja blender. All sheets and towels are provided. You will also conveniently find a pack-n-play (with sheets), high chair/booster, children’s plates, bowls, and cups, along with beach toys and a cooler for your stay. Beach towels are also provided. There is a large washer and dryer on site. Smart TVs with Roku throughout and super fast Wifi included. To add pool heat, let us know in advance to invoice you for your stay. Disclosure - There are 3 outdoor cameras on this property. There is a Ring Doorbell camera at the front door, a security camera at the backyard gate, and a camera at the pool equipment for the safety and security of our guests and our home. If any cameras are tampered with, covered, or disabled in any way during your stay, your rental will end immediately with no refund. There is also a $250 fee for tampering. There may be additional fees or fines for any actual damage to the camera equipment. There are NO indoor cameras and our cameras do not face any doors or windows or the pool/spa. Welcome to FL! What a great place to vacation or live - it is loved by many, including native wildlife of all kinds. At times, we've had unexpected visitors at our home/yard including lizards (fun!), birds, peacocks (beautiful!), armadillos, bugs/insects, and even possums (don't pet 'em). Most of these local guests stay outside, but on rare occasions, the smallest of them can make it into any home. Rest assured, we spray for insects quarterly, so any you may find inside will likely be dead not long after they have made it into the home. This property accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably.
