Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this lovely house for $1,041 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The BlueSky Beach House is perfectly located on Pensacola Beach near both the Gulf and Sound beaches (about 5-10 minute walk to both). Accommodating up to 8 guests (and your pets) with 3 bedrooms (queen, queen and two twins and a pull-out couch in the living room) and 2 full baths. The downstairs game room has a ping pong table, arcade game, and lounging area with bean bags and a Roku television. We have a super fast Internet connection (1 gigabyte download) and a streaming Roku television in each bedroom and the living room. The main attraction in the back yard is a private heated pool (heated for up to 6 hours a day with no extra charge) surrounded by pavers. The rest of the back yard is covered in sand and has a firepit with 4 one-person hammock swings and 3 wooden swings. Come and enjoy Pensacola Beach at BlueSky Beach Cottage! NEW front and back yard landscaping completed in January 2024. Check out the last photo to see what it looks like! We DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE or ask you to do any crazy chores. Bring your family, friends and pets to enjoy all that Pensacola Beach has to offer at the BlueSky Beach House. We also own and rent the yellow house next door at 1200 Panferio Drive (VRBO 9459180) if you need more space!

House is located very close to beach and bay, excellent neighborhood, safe walking streets, close to shopping, excellent views, comfortable inside, well stocked kitchen, lots of fresh towels, loved the ping pong downstairs. Pool was clean and beautiful. Enjoyed the backyard space and firepit. Pensacola beaches are beautiful! The backyard fencing was excellent for privacy. Rob was quick to answer all questions. Wonderful vacay stay for 5 adults!

Great property! House was super clean and very well taken care of. Rob turned the pool heater on for us everyday and was helpful providing info about the house and area. Our dogs just loved running around in the backyard which is quite large. Quiet neighborhood with access to both the bay and the beach within a short walk. My Mom lives in Pensacola and we like to come down and see her + give her a little vacation on the beach. Worked out perfect!

They stay at this place was amazing. My boys spent so much time in and around the pool. We have been to Pensacola numerous times and this was the #1 house we have stayed at (as rated by my 11 and 7 y/o boys). The owner was receptive and very informative. Evenly alerting us to the city working on power in the neighborhood during our stay. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s place based upon their openness and availability. They even inquired about quality of stay and offered assistance with any needs. This will definitely be a repeat stay for our family. I would recommend it to any and everyone.

We have a family of 7 and the house was big enough for us all. Our favorite space was the outdoor area. We were in the pool everyday and our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter LOVED it!! The beach was a 10 min walk along a path. This home has plenty of towel, chairs and toys for the beach and pool. Lots of places to eat close by about a 10 min car ride.

Home was listed exactly as stated and was so well at making us feel comfortable. The pool and game room left there no room for bickering for our kids. It is always a big plus for us when we are allowed to bring our four legged kids with us so them having a closed yard to run around in was perfect. The pool was a great bonus for the kids when they did not want to walk to the beach which took us a total of 5 min. The home gave us lots of amenties to make us comfortable (towels, cart for beach, cooking accessories, pool accessories, etc). The home is also close enough to food and shopping but far away to give you privacy to relax without feeling like you are in the middle of all the tourist attractions. Great home overall 5 stars in our books.

The place was super cute, affordable, close to beach & the host was very responsive & answered me within an hour each time. We were able to check in early which was great! The only suggestion would be that the pool heater be available to turn on on-site instead of having to communicate with the owner.

The property was ideal for our family vacation. We were able to have our dogs join us. Our kids loved bouncing back between the pool and the beach. The owners were very responsive and provided everything we needed. My son left his favorite swim trunks there and before I even got home, I received a text offering to mail them back to us.

The property was just as described and pictured. Checkin was easy and the house was clean. It was a short, 5min drive to the beach. The beach was quiet and relaxing, no crowds. One of the best parts was we could bring our dog with us. Our twin 7-yr olds loved playing on the beach during the day and having a nice, heated pool to swim in at night. Overall was a great vacation for spring break.

A beautiful property within minutes from the beach. The pool was amazing, my kids had so much fun. Nice, safe area.. we loved taking walks around at night. Within 10 minutes from all the popular restaurants and the main Pensacola Beach. Would definitely go back again!!

My only comment is that there were a lot of parties nearby. Expected, as it was Spring Break, but be aware that it might not be the place for a quiet getaway,

Not only was this property in a great location within a short walk to the gulf and sound, but the home itself had lots of great family fun activities as well! We enjoyed the pool, swings and fire pit outside and enjoyed a ping pong tournament in the game room. It had everything we needed and the owner was VERY responsive!!! Highly recommend this listing!

Arrived at Bluesky on a Sunday evening and before we knew it our beach week was over. This home is perfectly located, is very clean, well appointed, and the owner does all he can for you. With an awesome backyard pool, the Gulf of Mexico 5 minutes away walking one direction, the Santa Rosa Sound a few minutes the other direction, what more could you want ? Obviously we loved it here and enjoyed our time here immensely. Great local seafood restaurants nearby too. We'll be back!

We loved our stay at this property. Rob was fantastic to work with and made sure we had a great vacation. It has a wonderful layout with fun perks like the pool, fire pit with swings surrounding, ping-pong table and arcade game, as well as a close walk to the beach. It was even dog friendly, which was a must for us. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay! Everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Only a 5 min walk to the beach and there are chairs, beach toys and towels to take down there with a handy cart to carry it all on. Lots of seating options outside to enjoy the sun. Huge downstairs game room that my teenage niece was able to grab an air mattress and turn it into an extra bedroom for herself with lots of privacy. Easy check in/check out and good communication from the host. We would stay here again!

This property was beautiful ! It was perfect for our family to stay at and had a great location. We asked the owner prior to our stay if they had a crockpot and he said “we will have one for you” and bought a brand new one just from my question!!! That shows so much and it was much appreciated.
