Situated in Pensacola Beach, this attractive house for $1,056 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This is a true beachfront property at White Sands on Pensacola Beach. This luxury beachfront 4 bedrooms / 3 bathroom townhouse sleeps up to 12 and is equipped with amenities to make for a comfortable vacation. Equipped with a private elevator, to lift you from the large garage to two floors of living space, this vacation rental property has 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. There is a TV in every bedroom. The master bedroom features a master bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy an enchanting view of the white sands of the Gulf coast. Here you have a private garage on the first floor, plus 2 floors of living space above. On the second floor of three, you have a kitchen outfitted with granite counter-tops, a living area w/access to your own deck overlooking the white sand beaches, dining area, full bathroom, and bedroom 1 of 4 with access to a private balcony. On the top floor which is the third floor, you have the master bedroom, with access to the master bedroom private balcony plus in suite master bathroom, as well as bedrooms 2 and 3 with access to a shared balcony, and the 3rd full bathroom. We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from June 1, 2024, until August 10, 2024, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Rents monthly from December until March 1. Sleeping Configuration: 2nd Floor Bedroom: Queen 43" TV 3rd Floor Master Bedroom: King TV/DVD 3rd Floor Bedroom 2: 2 Queens 43" TV 3rd Floor Bedroom 3: Queen TV Living room: Air mattress available SmartTV 65" TV *Minimum rental age 25. The condo was conveniently located right on the beach. Views from the deck and private upper balcony were amazing. The beds were comfortable and large, tvs in every room, fully stocked kitchen, private, fully enclosed garage. The deck was a fun place to hang out and watch the waves. It was located near some really amazing restaurants. There was a nice, huge grocery store in Gulf Breeze, which had everything we needed for the week. There are some cute shops around Pensacola Beach that we enjoyed going to. The beaches there are pristine! We took our 2 small dogs to the two dog beaches on Pensacola Beach. The West dog beach was super small, and I wouldn't go back there. However, the East dog beach was huge and we enjoyed taking our dogs there. We appreciated that we were allowed to bring our pets. The only thing that we noticed was the carpet was a little worn and stained upstairs and living room furniture was a bit worn as well. However, those weren't problems that really affected us. We enjoyed going to Fort Pickens, Gulf Shores National Seashore and walking the beaches every day. It was a quiet place to get some down time for a week and would definitely recommend for people with small dogs or kids. You do have to scoop poop here and anywhere else you take a dog, even the dog beaches. There are animal control officers out at the beaches and there is also a leash law. The local residents we met were friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay at this home. They had everything we needed and the view was amazing. Stayed in December for Christmas and pretty much had the whole beach to ourselves. Grateful for the elevator since we have a walker-bound family member. Pet friendly too, so no family was left behind. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic large well equipped Condo. Loved the layout. I can’t say enough great things about this place. It was clean and spacious. Master bedroom large and beautiful overlooking the ocean. Garage was huge! Everything was well kept and loved the back deck.

Property and surroundings was perfect and exactly what we had hoped for in October. Only issue was the beds in the room with two beds. The mattresses need replaced. Everything else was wonderful!! The elevator was a God send!!

This condo is a slice of Heaven. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach, the location was perfect, it was nicely equipped, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. There is nothing bad about this condo.

Kitchen very disorganized, lots of Specialty Equipment, but not enough basics like measuring cups and measuring spoons. Couch slipcovers desperately needs washing as well as bathroom rugs. But the view was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and we had a great time.

This is our second annual stay at this townhouse. It’s perfect for us, family of 10 and could accommodate more. The elevator is a life saver for groceries and luggage. The beach is only a few steps away which is so convenient going back and forth. It’s a great home away from home with everything you would need.

This is our families’ second stay at this townhouse. We visit the area at least 4 times per year. Our last stay in this home was two years ago. The view is still the best. The comfort of the beds and the amount of space for our family works beautifully for us. The convince of garage parking is great. The place does need a very deep cleaning. The bathroom walls beside the commodes are nasty. The vents appear black in color, however they are white. The cabinet knobs were sticky. The WiFi was THE WORST - which meant the TV was TERRIBLE (no cable).
Ultimately, we were there for the beach and it never disappoints.

It was perfect for our family of 10. Steps away from putting toes in the sand. The private Elevator made it so easy to load and unload everything. Lots of room for everyone. Our unit had lots of beach chairs and equipment we could use. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at this fabulous beach house on Pensacola Beach. The home was very clean, well equipped and we loved the million dollar views of the beach and ocean. The house is spacious, comfortable and just steps from the beach. The only thing that would make it better is if there were a few beach towels. We look forward to renting this unit again!

View and proximity to the Beach cannot be beat. The beds were comfortable, Kitchen was well stocked. Garage was great for storing beach gear and kept the cars free of the overspray. We will definitely rent this condo in the future.

The property is in a wonderful location, in a quiet area but very close to restaurants and shops of Pensacola Beach. The boardwalk for the complex is right under the deck for this unit - very convenient! The unit is very spacious and having an elevator was essential for my 87 year old dad. The furnishings definitely need an update, and while the kitchen was filled with dishes, etc, it was really a hodge podge with some of the essentials missing (like a measuring cup). We had a problem with the refrigerator not cooling during our stay. The property manager was very responsive and got a repair man there pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the repair man was not the best...rude and didn't end up fixing the problem; the fridge was still at 50 degrees according to the thermometer we found amongst the kitchen items, and food just didn't feel cold. The unit has a nice large built in ice machine, so we used ice and a cooler to keep perishables cold. Another inconvenience we encountered was that the door from the garage to the back wouldn't open; it seems to have swollen shut. There is another door from the first floor to the back in the hallway, so we used it to get our rented beach wheelchair, etc to the beach. Overall, I would say I'd definitely stay at the complex again, but might look to see if there is another unit with furnishings in better shape.

We booked this location for our first family vacation. Everything was absolutely amazing! The location is incredible! Grandkids swam with manta rays right outside our door! We saw dolphins swimming on our last day at the beach. We will definitely recommend this property! Everyone was very friendly and we were able to take our dog into shops and restaurants! Awesome vacation!!

Beautiful condo & scenery. Awesome location. Hannah at the rental company was nice & pleasant to deal with. Plenty of room, pet friendly and kitchen had everything we needed. Only disappointment was the cleanliness. Refrigerator was dirty, towels were left in the washer wet, elevator did not work when we arrived only to figure out the elevator accordion door was not shut all the way, outside door was left unlocked, mirror in the downstairs bathroom and was falling off the wall, dust pan was left on the steps full with dirt, sand on floors, sink leaks water on countertop in the kitchen, & garden tub was full of sand. I would highly recommend this condo but somebody really needs to go in and clean this place.

This home was perfect for 3 small families. It was very well stocked and was right on the beach walkover. We had a minor plumbing issue and the manager had a plumber out ASAP. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for beach front and doesn’t need a pool.
