Enjoy access to Granby Ranch membership perks, which include mountain biking trails and prime fishing, as well as a clubhouse with a heated pool and hot tub for a nominal fee. Return home to grill alfresco meals on your private patio. Inside, three floors of inviting living space promote relaxation and quality time. LIVING AREA A gas fireplace with stone surround brings the warm ambience of an upscale lodge to the first living area. Snuggle up on plush furnishings and watch favorite shows on the 50” smart TV. The second living area features a large sectional and a 55” TV. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare hearty mountain meals in the modern kitchen, appointed with spacious granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the island bar for three. When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area. (A card table and four chairs are provided for additional dining space.) BED & BATH This home sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms and a loft area with a queen futon. There are additional accommodations for four children in bunk beds. Sleep soundly on a stately king bed in the primary bedroom. The en-suite has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, while the third is furnished with a full-size bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A plush queen bed promises restful nights in the fourth bedroom. Two twin-over-twin bunk beds await in the fifth bedroom. The third bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, and a half bath provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The front porch offers a shady retreat on sunny days. Kick back in Adirondack chairs and admire views of your peaceful neighborhood. The Kicking Horse lift passes gracefully above your back patio. Relax around the gas firepit as burgers sizzle on the grill. Enjoy access to the nearby Club at Granby Ranch, featuring a hot tub and heated pool (open year-round) for a fee of $10/day per person. Children eight and under are free of charge; access is always subject to availability. The Club is located 0.8 miles from your vacation rental. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway are provided. This home does not have air-conditioning. Permit #5626 LOCATION Play a round of golf at the Granby Ranch Course, 3 miles away. Cast a line on the community’s private stretch of the Fraser River on summer days. Drive 22 minutes to downtown Fraser to play at the rec center or explore unique shops and upscale dining on Zerex Street. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We highly recommend this house to anyone coming to the Granby area. It is very spacious and has everything you need. It is located near many beautiful hiking trails, and not far to Rocky Mountain National Park. It is a home away from home and we loved staying there.

Very convenient for family use, right on the hill by a lift. Clean and comfortable. Only down side was there is no Hot Tub, and the "shared" hot tub is at the base that is "shared" by hundreds of people, so there was never any availability.

Overall a really great well appointed house. Management company is very responsive. My only note of caution to renters: check out all the renting fees (expensive!) and know that nothing is included at the location. You have to buy passes to go to the pool or walk the property. Not a deal breaker, but a bug change from prior years.

My husband and I really wanted a ski in/ski out property where we didn’t have to worry about lugging skis around. It was amazing! Our three kiddos couldn’t have been happier. We will definitely be back. The home was beautiful and the perfect getaway. Thank you!

Loved the home. Wonder Place. Unfortunately was not ski in/ski out as lift was not open and we also had no access to the hot tub. Some of these factors were obviously affected by COVID however transparency would have been appreciated.

Granby Ski Holiday
Description and pictures were everything that was presented. The property manager had the house exactly as advertised. Enjoyed the property and the service. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning to stay a few days in Granby.

Great family ski weekend
The location was great, perfect ski In/ski out location. All of the beds were comfortable with plenty of space for everyone in our family. Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. There were 2 small things missing on our first day and the property manager brought them right away. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we are in Granby!

Beautiful and fun.
We spent Thanksgiving here. We had plenty of space with 5 young children and 6 adults. Even though the ski hill was closed there was plenty of snow to play in. We went on beautiful hikes and enjoyed the area. We were able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner at the house. Thanks for the memories. We hope to be back next year!

Wonderful house in an even more wonderful location. Had everything we needed for our entire stay and didn’t have to travel far for anything else we wanted. Paul was a great host and very easy to communicate with. Highly reccomend!

Very comfortable, well-appointed home. Excellent access directly from back patio onto the Kicking Horse lift. Home floor plan allows a large group to spread out, yet gather in the great room or family room for lots of fun.
