We had an amazing experience from beginning to end.
Joe was such a pleasure to work with, and extremely helpful. We had never been to Colorado, and we had a lot of questions. I felt so badly about bothering him, but he was always quick to respond and seemed eager to help!
The home was just as amazing! Extremely clean, cozy, and comfy. Every bed was as comfortable as our own back home. The kids' loft was ADORABLE, and it was so nice for them to have their own space. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of unexpected extras. The dining space had an extra long table to fit our large group. The living space had the most comfortable couches, snuggly blankets, and a beautiful fire to keep us warm and cozy. The laundry room was huge and left for lots of space for all of our snow clothes, coolers, and extras. This would make a great space for a pet if needed! And the connected 2 car garage was a huge bonus for us in this cold!
It was snowing while we were there, so we didn't use the outdoor area much, but it looked beautiful. We did, however, use the hottub, and it was loved by all! And the views were gorgeous!
The neighborhood seemed nice and quiet, just how we like it. We felt far enough away from busy streets and too many people, but only minutes from the grocery store.
Check out was a breeze. We have been asked to do a lot more at other places we have stayed.
Overall, 10/10!

Everything about the stay was great. The description was so accurate. The home fit my family and I perfectly for a family wedding in Granby. The home was clean and really nice. Joe was a great host and was ready to assist with any needs we had. Would definitely recommend this home.

We booked this home for us, our 3 adult children, their spouses and children. We wanted a place with separate sleeping quarters for the families but large enough common space, both indoors and outdoors, for us to be together. We weren't sure we would find anything that would check all our boxes, but this home met all our requirements and more! It was spacious, beautiful, the kitchen was fully stocked, there were 2 porta-cribs, firewood for the firepit, and on and on. We had trouble with the hot tub but a quick phone call solved the problem which was just our unfamiliarity with the tub. Our only disappointment was that our grandkids were too young to be able to sleep in the amazing loft! We will definitely rent this home again if our travels bring us back to Granby.

Great location for Granby, Grand Lake, and RMNP. If you’re a golfer, you’re very close to Grand Elk (can even see some golfers) and a couple miles from Granby Ranch (also a great course). The house is perfect for families. Our kids loved the upstairs “bunk” area where they could go up and play. Outdoor area also great with nice hot tub and fire pit. Would stay again.

5 adults and 2 children (5 & 2) and 1 dog stayed here for the Christmas holiday. The house was just as pictured. Very clean, super comfortable for all of us and unbelievably stocked! The owner even decorated the house for Christmas including a tree and stockings! The best part of this property was the owner. Joe was very responsive, answering all our questions immediately. He kept in touch with us the day of arrival to let us know when we could get in and he was very accommodating when an additional family member showed up. We enjoyed spending Christmas in the snow but would love to stay in the summer. It's a beautiful, relaxing spot. I give it 5 plus stars!! Thank you Joe and Stephanie

Property exactly as represented - beautiful spacious home with all necessary amenities.??Great place for large family gathering with 4 large bedrooms plus additional loft space that sleeps more. This house was awesome! Great location, wonderful accommodations, plenty of room for my husband and I, and our adult children. It’s a very beautiful home with everything you need to stay in and cook if you want to. Very comfortable beds and beddings (which is hard to find). We had a wonderful stay, will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with gorgeous views!
What a wonderful place! A beautiful, clean, and spacious home with everything a family might need! We had six adults, plus an 8 year old (he absolutely loved his loft bedroom), an 18 month old, and a 7 month old. There were 2 porta-cribs available to use (although we did bring our own, not knowing). There was a latch-to-table baby chair, and the baby gates provided were gold! My 78 year old mother thoroughly enjoyed spending hours relaxing on the tranquil back porch, watching the hummingbirds play, and drinking in the absolutely gorgeous views! Everyone loved it, including the hot tub and fire pit!
The loft had 4 twin beds, and the main floor had four bedrooms with super comfy king-sized beds. Each provided sufficient privacy. Two of the king bedrooms had the their own full bathrooms, and two shared a full bathroom “Jack-and-Jill” style.
Joe was great! He provided thorough information and always responded promptly whenever we reached out. We have stayed at many VRBOs, and this one is at the top of our “favorites” list. We hope to visit again someday!

AMAZING place to stay with the family & our 2 dogs!
Wow. We were ecstatic to see that the property was exactly as described and portrayed in the photos. All of the rooms felt luxurious and the beds were very comfortable. The 5 cousins slept upstairs in the loft. They loved having their own space. There was even a very large mud room/laundry room space where we were able to set up the crate for our 2 dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fire pit and hot tub were wonderful ways to end the evening with after fun filled days. The family is already talking about the “next time” we come back. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

We have stayed at this property twice before. It is a beautiful home with 4 bedrooms and a huge loft with additional beds. It's a perfect home for extended families. The hosts are superb and very helpful. We always try to stay here if it is available.

Great Fall Get-Away
The Grand Elk Ranch home is beautiful-clean, well-maintained and vey comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The king master bed was very comfortable with high quality linens. Being an early riser the house afforded a spectacular view of the sunrise from the back patio while enjoying a cup of coffee. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this home to others.

A dream stay in the mountains
My group had a absolutely wonderful time in Granby. The owners of the home had it all planned out. They leave you with a binder with any answers to any questions and details on the property and activities/hikes in the area! Also the owners would respond with any questions to help! The home is very spacious and great place to cook and relax with the mountains.

This was a beautiful home that exceeded our expectations. We had 11 people staying and never felt crowded. The upstairs loft was great for the kids and had beds. The home was stocked with everything you need. Wouldn't hesitate to stay in this home again!

A nice family get together place
Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. It had the amenities that we needed to enjoy our stay.
It was on a quiet street, next to the golf course and close enough to enjoy Winter Park and Grand Lake.
Each of our kids had their own bedroom and our oldest with having a family of four enjoyed the loft.
Joe kept in contact with me on things that were happening in Granby. He let us know that the fireworks for 4th of July were just to the east of the house, full view of the show. The grandkids and adults enjoyed the show without having to go anywhere special to see them.
The next time we come back to Granby, we will for sure see if Wildhorse is open for us to enjoy again.
