Stained towels, sheets, or blankets (after being treated and/or bleached and the stain still exists) will be subject to additional charges for replacement. There is a $25 fee for each guest after the first 2 for each night. Children under 5 exempt. DO NOT move any furniture without asking me first. If you bring your furry friends and there is damage or waste is left in the yard an additional fee will be applied. Return the property to the state it was when you arrived.
