This family-friendly space is prepared for guests coming in fresh from the beach - recline in the bright living room or take in the fresh air on the balcony. Central air conditioning will make everyone feel comfortable indoors. Have fun cooking up tasty vacation meals in the full kitchen featuring shutter-style cabinets and a breakfast bar for two. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court during their stay. Need more or less space? Relax Awhile - Carriage House and Relax Awhile - Main House can be rented together as Relax Awhile. THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance. This home is equipped with a full kitchen without a dishwasher. A Murphy bed in the living area provides extra sleeping space. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
