Located within Panama City Beach's Carillon Beach community, is the split-level three-bedroom home, SeaBatica, featuring beautiful floors, tons of space, and floods of natural light through the living room's French doors. You'll also find a beautiful large balcony with a porch swing to spend your afternoons in. Gather the family (and the family dog) into the dining area for an evening of board games over the drop leaf table before microwaving popcorn for a late-night classic movie on the large flatscreen cable TV and DVD player. Panama City is host to all kinds of spectacular restaurants like Sunnyside Grill, The Terrace Restaurant, and Bubba's Pizza, all less than two miles away. Be sure to visit the great shopping spots at 30Avenue or Crossings At Inlet Beach, both under three miles away. Don't forget, at Peddle Paddle Surf Shop, just nine miles away, you can also rent lots of awesome equipment like paddleboards, bicycles, and surfboards. THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Rented because accepted pets but did not bring any pets in the end. Just my spouse and a cousin. There are no hot pads in kitchen, and only 3 cups for coffee. J

Good location. The lot is overgrown and not maintained. The bunk room is the size of a closet with No floor space and not adequate for 2 people. One of our children slept in this room with the door open and the other on the family room sofa. I could not call this a 3 bedroom home. Nice large gazebo but in need of a good cleaning and painting.

Nice house , great location. We have stayed in Carillon for several years. Enjoyed the layout of house and location was great near the beach pool and not far from park. It has a gazebo and a wrap around porch on the 2nd floor both were really nice to sit and enjoy the weather.

1. Much smaller than photos indicated.
2. Downstairs and upstairs bath smelled like dogs
3. Difficulty unlocking unit. Had to contact manager to find out you had to lift the handle and turn the key at the same time to get into house. This should be posted.
4. Vacasa made it a real pain to get all the paperwork submitted with multiple codes to try to get in the gate
5 multiple light bulbs out. Maintenance brought more bulbs over.
6. Coffee pot flooded coffee grains and coffee on counter every morning. Reported this. No resolve
7. Ad said sleeps 8. That evidently meant two people on the pullout couch that did not work. Had to prop. Up. Maintenance did come to fix
8. House needed a good cleaning and moping. Carpet in den had gross stains
9. Wash clothes were yellow and disgusting. Told manager. No response.

We loved our stay at 206 Village Way in Carillon Beach. The house has such an interesting floor plan. Who knew you could organize such great space on a smaller lot? Amazing.
Great place for couples as well as couples with small children. I love the children's bunk bed room with the little desk and TV. I also liked the outdoor shower and shower in bathroom accessible from outside. Perfect for keeping the sand on the beach where it belongs.
I would like to see the master bath renovation complete. It is off to a good start. I would also like to see a new mattress. My side had a dip.
I loved I could have my dogs with me. That was so important.

Great home and not too far from beach. One quirky thing - there is no door on the primary bedroom, so it’s not very private if you have people down in the kitchen or living room. There is just an open staircase that goes up to the bedroom. Great outdoor spaces with lots of chairs.

Check in process and dealing with Vacasa was awful, we had a negative experience with them years ago and they haven’t changed.
We received an email with instructions to pick up a parking pass package to be able to enter the community. We arrived a few hours early to the Vacasa office and asked to pick up the pass and stated that we understand that we cannot get into the house early but would like to get the pass to not have to come back to their office. Vacasa said we’d have to come back at 4PM to pick up the pass. Friends of ours had rented a place in the community so we got our own pass through them. About two hours later we got a text from Vacasa that the house was ready for early check in so we packed up the car and three young kids and drove back over to the Vacasa office. Vacasa said the text was sent in error and the unit was not ready and we had to come back at 4pm. At that point we were just furious that they wanted us to come back a third time for a parking package we didn’t need because we had our own pass. The Vacasa office staff even admitted they knew the email that the unit was ready continues to be sent out to guests even though it is wrong.
Via email they had already sent access code instructions to the unit so we just went there (it ended up being ready despite them saying it was not). Their instructions also included nothing about the door being a hurricane door and needing a special mechanism to be locked. We ended up having to call maintenance and wait for 45 minutes for them to show up as we couldn’t lock the door… meanwhile their instructions on what we needed to do prior to checkout were very detailed. Be sure to ask for instructions on how to lock the door!
The house was fine, it does need some touch ups. There is chipped paint, mold in the shower, and the wood floors are pretty beat up. We love the community and like to bring the dog so there are not many choices unfortunately.

Great location to beach. Clean and comfortable beds. Great for a family of 4-5 with smaller kids. Been going to 30A for 20 years and the beach is only 1 person deep verse 4 to 5 rows. Close to everything but wished the Carillion beach village area had better amenities

The best place to stay
First let me say we loved loved loved this house. To start it is comforting to see security at the front gate. The house was very clean and the beds where very comfortable. Everything we needed for cooking and it has a gas grill for outside grilling and covered porch. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the pool or beach. The home is convenient to all types of shopping. This home will stay on my vacation list. Can't wait to go back.

We have stayed at several places. This is the smallest place we have stayed at and not the most fancy looking from the outside. It is Tucktaway in greenery. However, it is very quaint and cozy and I just felt good in the home. When we first got here it was extremely dusty… We called in housekeeping came over and did a deep clean. It could use new paint on the stair cases and in a couple of areas but overall very well-kept. They supplied us with plenty of towels and toilet paper. What I especially liked about the place is that they allow pets but it did not smell like a pet home. Thank you for such a nice stay! The Moran Family

Sweet little cottage
Sweet little cottage nestled in the trees. Felt private and in a great location. Master bedroom is beautiful! Plenty of space for me and the pups to have a quiet week away.

The house had everything we needed, although 2 garbage bags and 2 packets of dishwasher detergent were not enough for the week. There were some mechanical issues the owners need to address: the upstairs AC unit is basically useless and it was quite warm upstairs-the windows don't open there either and the ice maker was jammed up but we managed to get it working. Also, if you are looking forward to the bikes and jetted tub, as mentioned in the ad, don't be. The bikes were covered in rust and had flat tires. And, while the tub is quite deep, it had no jets. I would also recommend a new mattress upstairs and some nice, non-scratchy sheets. It's also smaller than it looks in the photos-1300 sq ft-and while it technically sleeps 8-I think it would be quite crowded with more than 4. All in all, a nice property. Just a little fine-tuning to make it great!

This house has the perfect location! Centrally located and easy access to the beach and pools. The house was smaller than we expected for a 3 bedroom. Perfect place to stay.
I love the home inside and out, the area was gated and in the middle of everything, where we didn't have to drive far to do anything. The heated pool, basketball court and as well as the private beach was so beautiful. Me and my family definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to everyone.

Nice place but..
Great house on very quiet lot but it is well worn. Clean but the master bathroom has a mildew in the tile and covering bottom half of shower curtain. Master king bed mattress is in need of replacement - sags. Hardwood floors need sanding and a clear coat. Furniture in sitting room is well worn. The bottom bedrooms are nice but know the bunk bedroom is basically a closet with bunk beds. Very close to the beach and we love the neighborhood which is super close to grocery store and nice restaurant's toward 30A. If staying for a week bring all spices and oils for cooking in addition to dishwashing and clothes washing detergent. With some improvements this place would be top notch.

Awful experience!
The master bed is on a pedestal as you can see in the pictures. The stairs are not illuminated at night although there are two outlets on each side of the steps. I got up in the middle of the night (on our first night there), fell down these steps, and broke my foot. I reached out to Vacasa the next morning to let them know about the incident and strongly suggested they ask the homeowner to put lights on the stairs to keep this from happening to others. All I was told is that they would send me paperwork which I never received. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone since that initial phone call, neither by phone or email and have had no return contact from Vacasa. I have been on hold many times for more than 30 minutes each time just to speak to a person. I even waited to post this poor review with hope of giving Vacasa time to respond. it has been more than a week. I am not a vindictive person, despite accruing doctor’s bills. I would just like some type of human response. If I were this homeowner I would be very concerned about how this was handled and that the next renter may not be as forgiving. This property has several amenities and a great gazebo. Much of which we couldn’t enjoy because of my broken foot. Not sure why a rental property has a bed on a pedestal and I can’t imagine I’m the first to fall on these stairs in the middle of the night. I definitely won’t be the last if something isn’t done to illuminate these stairs.

The perfect spot!
Carillon is perfect. And this is a perfect spot in Carillon. Fully stocked with everything you need. Fun music pipes through the house constantly. Great deck. Two big bathrooms plus and outdoor shower. Has lots of beach toys and accessories to use. A huge selection of DVDs for adults and kids. Everything I could have thought of, they had. I would certainly stay there again!

2 weeks in our carillon
We just got back from 2 weeks in carillon at seabatical. We’ve been going to carillon for 9 years now multiple times a year and have stayed in a number of houses/condos/cottages. We love carillon. This house is in a great location real close to the beach walkovers and one of the pools. Vacasa did great with any issues we had. This house now has a new washer and dryer. The old one made noise and vacasa came right out to determine it needed replaced. The one thing I’d ask vacasa to update is. The WiFi password they send you is wrong but the owners have the right one in the house posted. Also this house comes with 2 beach chairs (not posted) and 2 kayaks. The beach chairs are great to know the house comes with them as they are in the beach with cushions and an umbrella. The house needs some minor updates and as always cleaned a little better before we arrived, but other then that it was great!
