About Marvel by the Sea Marvel by the Sea is a beachfront home uniquely decorated with all of your favorite Marvel heroes. Come spend your vacation in this fun 6 bedroom/6 bathroom home located in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores, you will be seconds from the sand and minutes from the area’s best restaurants and attractions! This updated home features a private saltwater pool built directly into the beachside pool deck. The stairs lead you down to an expansive beach area, large enough for a volleyball net, to play bocce ball, football or set up a tent and beach chairs. After a day on the beautiful white-sand, enjoy the sunset and salty sea air from the pool deck or private balcony located off of the master bedroom. Marvel by the Sea features an open floor plan with room to entertain. On the main level of the home, guests will find a spacious living area with a comfy sectional and 2 large mounted TVs, perfect for enjoying a movie with the family. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops. The dining area is large enough for family meals with additional seating at the bar. Three of the home's bedrooms and bathrooms are also located on the main floor. Bedroom’s #2 and #3 are equipped with king beds, TVs and private full bathrooms. Bedroom #4, or “the bunk room”, comes with 2 twin bunks that sleep 4 plus a queen bed. The bunk room will comfortably sleep 6 people and has a TV. There is a full hall bathroom with a walk-in shower for everyone plus the guests in bedroom #4. Upstairs on the landing is another living area with a sofa sleeper and a TV. A full laundry room can be found on this floor with an entrance into a full bathroom also is used by bedroom #5. Bedroom #5 is equipped to sleep 3 in a king and a daybed and has a TV. Bedroom #6 has a king plus the cutest Little Tikes Jeep Wrangler Toddler to Twin bed. Bedroom #6 will sleep 3 and has a TV and a private bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs as well. The master features a king bed, gulf views, private balcony, TV, and a private bathroom. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our group of 12. We wish there was a pantry, but we utilized the open shelves and the bar height table. The parking was plentiful, too. The Master bedroom (Ironman) has curtains that don't cover the doors so if anyone wants to sleep in a darker bedroom, the curtains need to be wider. The beds and pillows are so comfortable that all of us said we slept better while we were there. We couldn't find instructions on how to use the two tvs at the same time. that would have been nice since we are SEC fans. Overall, it was MARVELous!

This is the best house we have ever stayed in! Hopefully we will return next year. We had 2 infants with us and the bedrooms were large enough for a pack ‘n play for them to sleep in. If you are going to this house this summer just a few things- the kitchen stuff was average. I should have packed more of my pans. We had a crowd and could have used 2 refrigerators but we made do with coolers. Surprisingly the ice maker was able to keep up with our crowd. There is a gas grill - we were expecting charcoal. Loved our visit!

The house was incredibly clean and new. Slept 5 couples and 3 children with plenty of room. The individual rooms are extremely big compared to other beach homes in GS. Washer/Dryer upstairs and downstairs which is nice. Pool was clean and heated. Will be booking this house again next year.

Loved seeing the dolphins swim from balcony. Had a couple issues with the master bedroom cooling but property company was very responsive and maintenance crew were super friendly

Great location, grandkids loved the pool and being right on the beach was wonderful. A couple of issues, although nothing terrible: There was no vacuum cleaner or electric broom, so I called the property manager and was told they would requisition one. We never got one and never heard from them even though i asked them to call me if a problem. Also, there are a lot of area rugs in the house and they tend to flip up on the edges - I nearly tripped every time i walked into the "bunk" room. Several of the bathroom fixtures were loose-maybe from the remodeling ... No hair dryer, but had we read the list of things to bring (before we got there), we would have brought one. Shame on us!
