Riverwalk Falls was an amazing condo in a perfect location. We had tickets for a play at Centre Stage, which is right across the street and also wanted to visit the Farmer's Market (on Saturday) which is just up the street. Both events were less than a 3 minute walk from the condo. The property is well furnished, very comfortable, and secure. All the appliances worked well and for a downtown location the street noise was not too bad. We ate at several local restaurants, including Abanicos, Taco Sushi, Soby's, Bonjour Main and Cosmic Rabbit Tea. Would definitely stay here again.

We were completely happy with the property, its location and the description. I am increasingly unhappy with the extra fees imposed by VRBO and/the owner. For a 3 night stay there were over $200 dollars in fees (VRBO fee, cleaning fee, taxes and insurance). In retrospect, that really make VRBO properties non-competitive with other options. The cleaning is a complete scam. I don't pay a cleaning fee for any other service I purchase. I think VRBO is pricing itself out of the market -- along with other similar options. It is now more cost effective and easier to book a hotel!!!!

Property is in a great location! Walkable to several restaurants, main St, breweries and the swamp rabbit trail. This is a great space for a couple. Michelle was great and let us check in early. Would definitely recommend.

We love how close this is to everything in downtown and being able to walk everywhere was amazing. The bed is so comfy, and everything was clean! We loved having our own kitchen and refrigerator and this spacious quaint little spot was just perfect.

My husband & I stayed during the week of our son's wedding in Greenville. The location can't be beat. It is an easy walk to anything you want to do downtown -- Falls Park, Rabbit Swamp Trail, bars & restaurants. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The building felt very secure. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others!

Perfect size for 2 people plus our two grown sons stayed one night on the pull-out sofa and were comfortable. Can't beat the location for exploring downtown Greenville.

We loved our stay in Michelle's charming studio condo in the heart downtown Greenville! The unit is clean, well-maintained with generous amenities, and in a quiet elevator building right behind the Poinsett (Westin) hotel. We walked everywhere, but had easy access to our car in the garage right next door when needed to head outside of downtown. Road noise at night was drowned out with the provided noise machine. Would definitely stay again!

Staying at the property was great, a short walk from downtown Greenville.

The photos accurately reflect this lovely condo in an elevator building that’s close to everything. There’s a parking space near the entrance door that can be used for 30 mins to unload the car, and a public garage is located right next door ($7.00 per night). Once unloaded I parked the car in the garage and walked everywhere. There’s even a bike rental shop about 1 block away (Reedy Rides). I had my dog with me, and the building is pet friendly – as is the city of Greenville in general. This is a downtown location, so expect some traffic noise. The condo was very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay!

Great studio condo in a perfect location. Close to shops, restaurants, Reedy Falls and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Perfect for two people with a nice sitting area, large kitchen and bathroom (with w/d and walk in closet). There is a paid parking lot ($7 a day) right next door and you can park and walk everywhere.

We were in town for a wedding and this property is the perfect location in downtown Greenville! Easy for us to walk to the wedding venues, bars, restaurants, etc. The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised! We couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

My daughter got this trip for us for Christmas, and we loved it! Everything right at your finger tips. The river, the ducks, the flowers, the restaurants, the shops.....didn't move our car for 2 days! Perfect for a couple. Condo was neat, clean and tidy. Easy access, and easy living! Loved it!!!
