This is a great place to stay, especially for family gatherings. Our party consisted of 3 different families ranging in age from 15 -75. The teens really enjoyed the theater room (in basement) while the adults enjoyed the living room and kitchen space upstairs. We cooked a full holiday meal in the well stocked kitchen, but we did bring our own roasting pan for the turkey. My parents are older and can’t do stairs very well, so thankfully there was a master bath w/king bed on the main floor. The only stairs they needed to navigate were the stairs getting into the house. The house was very tastefully decorated (spring/Easter theme, so great place to celebrate during Easter!) and clean, with plenty of space for all of us to hang out, without getting into each others way. On the main floor as you enter the house is the kitchen, living room, master bedroom (king bed, PLUS twin bed and trundle for two additional people),laundry room and bathroom; upstairs (stairs going up are a bit steep) are two bedrooms (two queen beds in each room) that share a full bath in the hallway. If you have small kids, there is a crib in one of those rooms, and a toddler bed in the other. All the bedrooms were spacious enough to also set up dog crates without tripping over them. Overall, great remodel and stay if you are looking for a nice place to stay close to attractions (skiing in Gatlinburg, Dollywood, air soft gun park, shopping in Pigeon Forge). We didn’t eat out, so the kitchen was well-used.

House was just as described, and more. The kitchen is stocked more than any home we have rented before—it has everything to make a small snack to a huge family dinner. Wrap around porch allowed our toddler a place to get out his wiggles to.

The property was nice and spacious. We had everything we needed. There were a few light bulbs out inside and one of the kitchen stools was a bit wobbly. Just minor things that I noticed. Directions for the glass top stove would have been nice. We had a hard time figuring it out. Used to gas burners! Other than that it was great. Gentleman that helped with the internet was very prompt as well.

The property was as described. It was convenient to the attractions which is important for the kids. We spent our evenings enjoying the area downstairs.

A nice place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone. We had 8 people in our group, and everyone had a place to sleep. And the three bathrooms made it really nice.

House is very nice, lots of room. It's 3 floors, steps are steep. Driveway has an incline. Loved the wrap around porch.

Nice quiet place.

The house was in a great location with minimal twists and turns to get there which is unlike most properties in this area! The house had a few things wrong with it when we arrived: broken shower head holder, light bulbs flickering or out, broken bed, and the towels were still wet in the dryer when we arrived. Overall it was a good stay, but just a few details that would’ve been nice if they were attended to!
