When you're not out on a hot-weather hike or a frosty winter ski slope, kick back in the home's spacious living area to enjoy a good ballgame on the TV. The furnished patio is the perfect place to entertain groups after a long day on the lake. The gas fireplace will provide plenty of ambiance for your next dinner party, and the full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. When it's time to get a good night's sleep, you can snuggle up in one of the home's three well-appointed bedrooms. The home is heated by the fireplace and baseboard heating. THINGS TO KNOW Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details. The WiFi can be spotty at times, due to high demand. This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Guests can learn more at https://www.diamondpeak.com/plan/ski-shuttle Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. If cleanliness is a high priority for you, I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your stay at Incline Village. This place was filthy - stained sheets and bedding and a disgusting amount of hair in the sheets. There was so much hair, it's virtually impossible it was washed between guests. Same issues with the towels. Stains and hair on nearly every single towel. We got there late and had no choice but to sleep in the soiled linens. The next day I contacted Vacasa, the host, to let them know about these problems. They offered to send housekeeping but who wants cleaners coming in the middle of their stay and possibly touching personal belongings. I asked them to just send clean sheets and towels and we remade all the beds ourselves. Also, they obviously don't dust this place as I found a lot of visible dust around the home. Don't look up at the fan unless you want to see a thick, furry coat of dust! Delightful. I will never stay at another property managed by Vacasa again. If I were the owner of property, I'd be really upset at the low effort Vacasa puts into cleanliness. The property itself is actually just fine.

The property is clean and quiet as advertised. The location is great with easy access to multiple ski resorts. Enjoyed the stay over Christmas week with the family.

Clean and functional. Visited in winter, so didn't use deck. We did appreciate the fireplace. Whole place looked like it had been recently remodeled -- everything was very nice. Recommend you get there during daylight, as it is difficult to find in the dark. Perhaps the directions should provide a landmark of where to turn in -- I think it would be Creekside West. Unit was very clean, except the fan in upstairs bedroom and not sure rug there had been vacuumed recently. Both would be deep-cleaning issues, which may not occur after each guest. Overall a really nice place and certainly great value.

Newly updated with new paint, fixtures, flooring, etc. Beautifully decorated, simple, yet sophisticated! Great location in the heart of incline village. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

This condo was exactly as described in the pictures. It was clean, spacious, and very nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen was perfectly appointed. The complex was a bit difficult to find the first time but was very convenient to every place we went.

Great location, easy parking with only step to get inside, code on door made it easy. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfy with very good quality bedding. First floor has queen bed and access to communal toilet/sink. Outdoor seating was comfortable and broom left outside to sweep tree droppings from seating. The grill was super dirty and smoked alot so we decided not to use it. Two propane tanks provided for the seating area firepit but both empty so we didn't get to use that. Upstairs two bedrooms - main bedroom super big in size with an attached lovely bathroom (toilet holder broken) and second bedroom very spacious with access to a shared bathroom (guests on first floor can use this second floor shower). Overall I'd stay here again. Couldn't figure out how to lock the sliding glass door and property managers were quick to respond (you push it in, no latches anymore?!!). Wifi strong and good too.

Great location and nice renovations. A couple items to add or fix: add 2nd hair dryer, clean patio and get better sofa covers for outdoor furniture. Dishwasher is not bolted in properly - please look into. Need higher capacity water heater. After two showers water lost heat. Toilet paper holder was broken in main bedroom. Sherts were worn and not smooth. Overall-great place. This is not a complaint but sharing opportunities to tune it up a notch.

Very well appointed condo. It is exactly like the pictures. The sound of the creek is very peaceful at night if you leave the doors open. It is very close to everything in Incline. Only bummer is you can't use the Incline beaches. That is a disappointment paying the money we did to stay there and all we spent contributing to their local economy. Overall we loved it and would stay there again!

The home was very clean & modern, it looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Beds where very comfortable. The home was perfectly located near Raley's, restaurants, coffee shop (Drink Coffee Do Stuff), lake and ski resort. One negative was that the Wi-Fi was very slow which was a bummer since we like to settle down with a movie as a family after a long day of snowboarding(we made it work), overall it was a great space for our family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo is well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient location. Would have been wonderful to know a Graco pack n play was available so we didn't have to pack ours.

Wonderful property, amazing cleanliness, location in perfect, condo remodeled and looking great, very comfortable beds, all supplies in kitchen. The only minus is not having coffee or tea to start you but that is really minor issue.Make sure to bring your own. Great communication and prompt answers from Vacasa. Overall excellent and will stay again most definitely.

Enjoyable weekend in Tahoe for family wedding. Nicely updated condo with well stocked kitchen. Nice quiet location. We did have a rental car but nothing was too far. Loved morning coffee on the patio. Beds are very comfortable but need better quality sheets and towels for bathroom.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo is well-equipped and finishes have all been updated. The complex is quiet and is close to everything in Incline Village. Property manager was very communicative via text which I liked. Warning - do not park under the pine trees as we had a pine cone drop and shatter the back window of our rental car.

Our stay was excellent and we only wish we could have stayed longer. The property was recently refurbished and very well done with modern features and look in a classic/rustic environment. The back patio with huge pines and the constant hum of a mountain stream was perfect for morning coffees and evening meals off the grill and just relaxing. In a great location near stores and supplies, restaurants and of course all that Lake Tahoe has to offer, winter AND summer. We give it as many stars as we can give, and would absolutely stay right here again another time.

The home was very well furnished and was a fun place to stay at. The fireplace is confusing but you just have to open up the bottom grate and fiddle with the buttons to get what you want it to do. The creek outside is very calming and makes you feel more secluded than you are. The listing states only 4 people can stay but there are 3 bedrooms, so that seemed a little off. Overall it was a great stay.

The condo is very new and modern. Extremely clean. Like brand new.
Great location closed to a big plaza with grocery and many restaurants (2min walk).
The master room has a office table/chair set and a monitor, inside the closet. Will be ideal for work from Tahoe trip.
