Located in the beautiful private community of Windsor Hills, less than 5 minutes from Walt Disney World. Castaway Cove Villa has been completely renovated and professionally decorated, all to make your vacation in Orlando, Florida unforgettable. We have one of the best locations in Windsor Hills, Kissimmee with a 4 minutes walk to the Clubhouse and it’s amenities and a 2 minute walk to the playground as well as a south facing pool. The Villa is self-catering and can accommodate 12 people. - We offer 6 bedrooms including 3 thematic, 4 bathrooms, large private pool with jacuzzi, fully stocked kitchen, 2 living rooms to relax as well as the perfect playroom for your children. - Games room with pool table, air hockey, table football, arcade, 2 ps4. Several games and baby supplies are also on site. - Heated complimentary Mickey themed swimming pool and spa. - Starter supplies for one day including toilet paper, paper towel, coffee pods, dishwasher detergent. - 2 wash towers in the laundry room. - Privacy fence around the pool. The outdoor of this home is just as inviting and relaxing starting with the screened south facing newly refurbished pool, featuring Mickey and spa area. The spacious and covered lanai featuring a new outdoor sofa and dining set will be the place to unwind and relax at end of day in the parks. In addition, access to all the amenities of Windsor Hills are included for you: ⁃ 140,000 gallon heated swimming pool ⁃ Jacuzzi ⁃ Games and water slide ⁃ Training center ⁃ Movie theater ⁃ Arcade ⁃ Table tennis, outdoor ping pong ⁃ Tennis court, volleyball ⁃ Basketball court ⁃ Practice green (putting green) ⁃ Several parks on the site ** Resort pool closure: please be aware the resort pool by the clubhouse will be closed September 6th 2024-October 6th 2024 for refurbishing. The Villa was amazing and perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children incl a baby. It was in immaculate condition and decorated beautifully. Everything shown on the website was there. The pool was warm and lovely and clean. The owners/managers were hugely helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Fantastic!

Villa was beautiful, everything was new, the beds were so comfy, the sofa was so comfy I wanted to buy one myself! Couldn’t fault the interior at all.
The outside had the welcome edition of a sofa, the only tiny thing was the loungers were very hard, apart from that all was brilliant! 5/5 😊

Nice holiday with children. We spent 9 days in this wonderful house. Everything is there. It is very comfortable, and the cleanliness is amazing. The house is fully equipped and even more! The kids had a lot of fun with the game room and outdoor pool. Really a nice week. The hosts are ultra available and attentive. In addition, it is 15 minutes from Disney and close to all amenities(restaurant, grocery store, etc.) I recommend without hesitation

The layout was great for my husband, our two adult daughters, their husbands, our 4 grandchildren and me.. The location was perfect. Also, vey fast replies with the owner, will definitely book here again on our next trip!

We had an excellent extended family vacation at Castaway Cove! The pictures of the property are highly accurate. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. The grandkids loved their character rooms and time in the pool (which is larger than expected). The game room was over the top and enjoyed by the entire family. In addition, the property owner’s have gone above and beyond by providing a double set of washer-dryers, an abundance of pool towels, fun board games, strollers and other baby gear and a kitchen stocked for preparing any meal imaginable! Our property host, Daliana responded very quickly to all of our questions and requests. Thanks so much for helping to make our family Disney visit so enjoyable!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was beautiful and very clean and everything we were looking for. It was perfect for our family. So clean and comfortable. The host was great for communicating and made the process smooth. Would highly recommend!

Property was great, close to playground for the kids and walkable to main clubhouse water park. Attached pool to house was large enough for family of 5 and very well kept. Loved the larger outside dining area and couch for sitting outside and enjoying the weather.
Property manager/owner was very responsive.
Can’t go wrong with this rental. Great for a family escape to warm weather and all the amenities.

We had a wonderful time at this home and the rental process exceeded our expectations. Beautifully and tastefully decorated with a bit of Disney whimsy for the whole family. We all loved the game room. The pool and spa were our favorite spots when not at the parks. The owners were always on the spot on and quick with answering any questions we had. This house was perfect for our group of 9. We had 5 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 1-11. It was nice to have the baby/toddler items, including a portable crib and high chair. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and the kids loved the decked out game room!

This was such a perfect place to stay close to all the things in Orlando. Closest to Disney (which we didn't do) But still very accessible for Universal Studios, Top Golf, Sea World, etc. House was so clean and as stated in the listing. Beds were super comfortable, there were plenty of beach towels and pool toys. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Very well stocked kitchen and a pantry!! Having two sets of w/d was great for not wasting time on laundry. Communication was super great and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Awesome! My family and I loved our stay here. Kids loved the pool and the rooms. This home is beautiful, clean, updated, and excellently maintained. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. (The decorations are exceptional). Host was very responsive, clubhouse and amenities are great. Proximity to parks is great.

This villa is even more beautiful in real life. All you need for a perfect family vacation is available in the house. The Mickey pool was so nice for the kids. The gameroom was also very fun for everybody. So close to the parks

I couldn't recommend Castaway cove more highly. It's a thoughtfully renovated property that was immaculately clean. The house is very well stocked throughout with loads of pool towels and a wonderful games room. Daliana couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. We'd definitely book here again

This is probably the nicest home we’ve stayed in. My boys loved the game room and the pool. The house is very close to the Clubhouse and we walked there all the time. It was very easy to communicate and we got responses incredibly quickly. It really shows they care about the home and their guests. We will stay here again!

We had a great time! The communication was super easy and quick and the place is very tidy and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is very conveniently located to Disney and the Walmart is right around the corner. We wish we would have stayed longer, the kids didn’t want to leave with everything available in the game room. Would absolutely recommend to stay here and can’t wait to be back!

This luxury home within the Windsor Hills gated community lived up to all our expectations! Clean and spacious, with great amenities and attention to detail throughout, the owner has made every effort to enhance the guest experience. The themed games room was superb, as was the pool, and the outside furniture was the comfiest we’ve ever had! Needless to say, we highly recommend this home as a safe, high quality family getaway, within minutes of the Disney Parks! Amazing home!
Our family rented this property for a short stay with our daughters. The location of the property was in close proximity to several stores/food. It was clean and had fun themes the rooms that my kids loved. The pool was a great bonus for keeping the kids entertained without having to go to a community pool. We would definitely come back for a longer stay!

The property is beautiful and has everything that you need: all appliances for cooking, washing your clothes and TV entertainment. If you are staying with kids, they will love the Mickey pool! The house is between the kids play area and Clubhouse. If you have stayed on site before you’ll know how long it can take by bus to get to the parks. It’s was a 10 minute car ride from this house. It’s close to super markets and everything that you need. I would definitely recommend it. I only had an issue with turning the spa on and the owner answered right away on how to make it work. We would stay here again!

This was exactly as reflected in the listing, except even better. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to Disney. We would recommend to anyone wanting accommodations for Disney as it’s 10 minutes' drive to parks, location makes it very easy to get to and from. Loved the pool/waterpark complex on the property. We had lots of fun swimming at the pool and the Waterpark and took a day to go to the beach, all beach equipment was available for us. The owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions.

Superb home!
This home was the best we’ve stayed in, in Windsor Hills, and we’ve been here quite a few times. The owners are so easy to work with, the house came with everything we needed for our stay. They even had equipment for our day at the beach! Definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Windsor Hills.
