Baby gear with 2 pak n play, mini crib, 2 strollers, high chair. ~3 mi away from Disney theme parks ~24 hr gated community ~3 themed kids rooms-Frozen, Minions, Mandalorian ~2 king suites upstairs & 1 queen bedroom on main level-no stairs needed ~Recently updated kitchen with plenty of seating & stainless appliances ~Resort amenities: 8 minute walk to water park w/waterslide, arcade room, movie theater, gym, playground, & more The Space: ★Key Features: 6 Bedrooms, 4 Full Bathrooms -Great Location and proximity to Disney (3mi) Universal (15mi) - 2 king bedrooms upstairs with on suite bathroom - 1 queen bedroom with full bathroom downstairs - 3 children's themed bedrooms each with two twin beds. *Mandalorian room with secret video game room attached *Frozen themed bedroom *Minions room with bunk bed and slide -2 strollers, 2 pak N play, 1 mini crib, 1 high chair provided -private reading nook for the kids upstairs -8 minute walk to resort area which offers water park, splash pad, movie theater, gym, multiple play grounds, putting green, sand volleyball, and tennis courts. -Small convenience store and grill located by the clubhouse. -2 min walk to closest playground. -Trash valet service from your front door Private pool/spa -Child safety pool fence and alarm -Optional pool/spa heater available-additional fee of $30/day to heat during cooler months. The pool and spa are on the same heating unit and cannot be separated. The pool is heated to 86F and hottub 100F. Because it is shared water supply, the hottub will not feel as hot as a private hottub. The jets run from 11am-9pm. If pool heat is not desired, the pool and hottub will be the same temperature. We need 48 hours in advance notice to allow the pool enough time to heat. -Outdoor seating with lounge chairs and tables. Gas grill available with no fee. As per HOA regulations, each guest is allowed 3 vehicles registered to them -- guests will be given a parking pass for each vehicle, making the entry process through the security easy for the duration of your stay while providing the peace of mind that a gated community brings. Getting Around: 8 min walk to clubhouse and outdoor waterpark, arcade, pool. Driveway parking for up to 3 cars. First the good. The owner communication is fast and very responsive to everything you ask about. The house is awesome for kids as they different theme rooms really make for a great experience. Neighborhood and the Windsor waterpark area were also highlights of the trip. Your kids will have the time of their life! Opportunity for improvement. The hot tub did not get hot at ALL. While the owners did take off the heating fee, we choose the property because it advertised a hot tub and it was disappointing not have that feature. The beds in the house are not comfortable for adults. Chairs, and beds throughout the house are on the cheaper end of quality. Grill was filthy and please note that most of the kids rooms do not have a TV in them.

This house is perfect for families of all ages. We could not have ask for a better stay for my 3 year old and infant! They had all of the details including strollers, pack and play, crib, toddler spoons and cups for the the kids. There are so many options around for dining to choose from. Walmart is also right down the street! Could not have asked for a better stay!

We had a lovely stay! We were a group of 6 (mix of adults and a small child). There were plenty of rooms for everyone and every amenity you may need on vacation. If you're planning to go to any of the parks, there's an umbrella stroller and a jogging stroller, and car seats for use. For cooking, there's plenty of utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. Hairdryers in every bathroom, towels, and anything else you need to feel right at home during your stay. The owners are incredibly responsive and the check in and check out process was super efficient. My son is already asking when we can go back!

We had an excellent stay at this property with 6 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 4 to 12. Plenty of beds, baths and living space and the kitchen is nice and open. We spent majority of the time at the private pool of the house. The extra dryer was great for quick drying of towels and bathing suits. Great location for quick trips to Wal-Mart or Target. Neighborhood had great security and felt very safe. Home owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating during our stay! Would recommend :)

Our stay at this beautiful, luxury family friendly home was perfect. Clean, comfortable and well supplied. The Disney themed bedrooms were awesome, as was the gameroom, an extra bonus of fun. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and warm. A convenient drive within minutes to Disney parks, restaurants and stores. We had a wonderful stay! Outstanding communication with the hosts, Tara/Jeff. Highly recommend this Home for your next Disney/Orlando vacation!
