Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. I loved the convenience to the beach and boardwalk and the place was nice to nice and clean and ready for us

Place was not the one we reserved and Vacasa claimed you only reserve a condo not guaranteed the one on booking you booked. Booking was amazing and tried to help. This condo was dirty and furnishings needed a good cleaning. Sliding door didn't work right and the blinds were broken so the light from the street poured in at night. Sofa bed was horrible ended up sleeping on the floor. Linens were supposedly provided. Bed had a flat sheet thrown on top only. Air conditioners were noisy and didn't work well. Location was great.

So what we loved best about this condo is the location. We've never stayed so close to the beach! However, this condo could use a few more updates. The tub/shower has taken a beating over time. Also all the closet and balcony doors are not working in prime condition. Lastly the microwave had not been cleaned out and had something crusted on it. We probably won't stay in this exact condo again but would look into other condos nearby.

Location was nice, quiet area, and close to beach and convention center. Parking was easily accessible. The king size bed was super comfortable.

The room itself was great. It was in a great location and close to coconuts. Cannot complain with the price in that prime location. However, there were dirty towels left in the room from the previous tenant, the housekeeping crew was not coordinated with the check in office so our room wasn’t clean before we got in there. One of the AC units was missing a button so we used a tool to adjust the temperature. Overall it was a great vacation and I would stay there again.
