Situated in Carolina Beach, this charming house for $454 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. NEW for 2024: upgraded living room furniture including sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, fully renovated docks & boat slip! Pool closed until June 2024 for renovation. Welcome to No Bad Days, a 3 bed 2.5 bath town home right on the Carolina Beach inlet with a boat slip and a community pool. With just a one-minute walk to the public beach access, this is the location that has it all! Enjoy the beach during the morning, come home for lunch, then relax by the pool in the afternoon. Top off your day by watching an incredible sunset from your deck overlooking the water. The perfect day! When you first walk in, you will notice that this town home has been completely remodeled and looks gorgeous! The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, ceramic tile backsplash, Keurig coffee maker, and white cabinets. The LVP flooring flows into the living room which has plenty of seating including a brand new sleeper sofa (2024), a large Smart TV, and sliders out onto a deck with new deck chairs overlooking the inlet. On this main floor there is also a half bath with full size washer and dryer. On the second floor are the three bedroom and two full bathrooms. The primary suite overlooks the inlet and has a king-size bed, full bath, large wall mounted Smart TV, ceiling fan, and sliders out onto your own private deck. Across the hall are two good size bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, and wall mounted Smart TV. There is a shared hall bathroom with glass shower and tile backing. There is parking for four cars, one in the garage and three additional designated spaces. We provide a gas grill and propane. The garage has plenty of room to store your bikes and beach gear. The large community pool is just steps away and a perfect place to relax. We have a 30' boat slip available for you to use that you can see right from your decks, and there is a public parking lot across the street to park your trailer. Boat slip & dock fully renovated (2023). We are a little island but with lots of fun things to do: the NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher Civil War museum, our famous boardwalk, two fishing piers, Britt's Donuts (an institution since 1939), Squigley's Ice Cream Shop, and Freeman Park - where you can drive out and camp right on the beach. We offer free live bands, carnival rides, and fireworks during the summer and of course have some delicious seafood restaurants. What more could you want? Bed Sizes: Primary Bedroom - King Bedroom #2 - Queen Bedroom #3 - Queen Living room- Queen Sleeper Sofa Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM This is a no smoking, no pet property You must be at last 25 years old to enter into a rental contract We provide the sheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads and blankets We allow 1 boat only. There is a public parking lot across the street where you can park your trailer for approx. $25./day. NOTE: Canal Drive is prone to flood during strong storms, or during lunar/King high tides. Water may enter the garage area (it is designed for the water to escape when it recedes) and Canal drive may be inaccessible in low-lying areas. Please research the North Carolina King Tide Chart to see when this occurs and if you will be affected.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location was great, especially for those interested in going out on the water. The ocean was a quick walk away and the marina in which the boat slip is situated is quiet and ideal for kayaks/SUPs. There didn't appear to be much surface dirt inside the home. When we arrived, we noticed roaches in the garage, but assumed that was just a ground level issue; one that we didn't think would be a problem since there was no direct access to the rest of the house from the garage. Unfortunately throughout the visit, we found multiple roaches inside the living area as well. There was one in the washing machine, they appeared in the shower, the master bedroom, 1 of the guest rooms, and we found babies in the kitchen our final full day there. We alerted the property management company and they did say they would have someone come out to spray the morning of our checkout. If this townhome didn't have a clear issue with roaches, I would have booked a second visit here within a year.

There is no reason to give this property less than 5 stars with the exception of an unknown "king tide" situation that we wish we had been made aware of BEFORE booking the property! The place was quaint, well appointed, lots of nice kitchenware, new pots/pans, ample serving dishes, bowls etc. VERY clean and comfortable. The property sits on a very quiet canal that has beautiful sunsets from a deck that is comfortably appointed with tables/chairs for 6. The street flooded every night during our stay because of a king tide. This was less than ideal and something that we would have appreciated being educated about before renting. Returning home from dinner out on our first night to the street flooded and having to park blocks away and wade through water in the dark to get to the rental would NOT have been fun for my 80-year-old mother. Thankful in this instance that she was not with us! Very friendly property manager who was kind and interested in following up with us, but just want others to educate themselves on the King Tide schedule before booking! Beautiful and neat! This had the best kitchen we've ever had on vacation. It was so nice with easy beach access. We loved being able to wash off the sand before entering every time. The beds were very high and could use a small step-stool for short people. Really enjoyed this home and would definitely rent again!

The kitchen was very well equipped; the decor was pleasant; and, the furniture comfortable. The view from the upper and lower decks was beautiful. We had a great stay at this property. The stairs and the of the beds created a bit of a problem for the elderly guests, though. There was not a railing for part of the stairs going to the second floor and the beds were difficult to get into for our elderly family members because they are so high.
