Brand new updates for 2024 include a POOL, new flooring in the living room as well as a brand-new grill in the backyard! At Family Tides, you're centrally located near many of the region's attractions and amenities. The most popular being our beautiful white, sandy beaches which are less than a mile from the home. Pier Park is a little over 6 miles from the home for a fun filled day or night! Shop at Ron Jon Surf Shop, Ulta, Old Navy, watch a movie at the Grand Theater, ride the Sky Wheel or play arcade games at Dave & Busters. 30Avenue shopping center and Rosemary Beach are only 5 miles away. Shop at higher end boutiques, dine at world class restaurants, or schedule a facial at one of the spas on site. If you are in town for a ball tournament, Frank Brown Park & Publix Sports Park are conveniently located 15 to 20 minutes away. Guests also have access to a GOLF CART that is included with each reservation. The golf cart seats 6 people and makes it super easy & convenient to get back and forth to the beach (less than a mile to the beach)! This neighborhood is a low traffic area, so you'll be there before you can say "Sandcastle!" Family Tides is also pet friendly! We have a large fenced in backyard, with plenty of room for your furry friends to stretch their legs. We require your pet(s) to be crated if leaving them in the house while you are gone. The pet fee is $150 per pet (dogs only, max 3 dogs) plus tax, nonrefundable. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or in the pool and clean up after your pet upon departure in the yard. Additional fees may be charged if the home is left damaged, dirty, or extra cleaning is necessary. You can also check out Zoomies Doggie Daycare if you know you'll be out and about all day and want your furry family member to have other animal socialization during the day. *Please note that VRBO only charges for 1 dog in the quote. If you are bringing additional dogs, we will charge you $150 plus tax per dog after the booking has been made* The standard occupancy number of guests is 14 for this home. We do consider any and all people staying in the home as a guest regardless of age. This home has a 3-car maximum policy. One vehicle may park in the garage, while the second space in the garage is for the golf cart, then 2 other vehicles may park in the driveway. We please ask you not to park in the cul-de-sac, street, yard, or the neighbor's yard. This includes the golf cart as well. There are cameras on this property for the safety and security of our guests as well as the home itself. There is a camera facing the front and back of the home only. The check-in time is 5pm central time on arrival day. The check out time is no later than 10am central time on check out day. This home is a non-smoking property. This property has a grill for your convenience. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out, we see this as being respectful of the next guests stay and time. A rental agreement, golf cart waiver, and pool wavier must be signed to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 1 day prior to arrival. Main booking guest must be at least 25+ years of age to rent this property, ID verification required as well as be present during the entire stay of the reservation.
