Great condo in a great location, and my dog loved it, too!

The place is comfortable and clean. Walkable distance to shops. Property manager is responsive to questions. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect location and property for family of 4. Very cozy unit and close/walking distance to all the shops/restaurants in Whistler

Location and property were as listed, spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and check in was easy. Beds were not very comfortable though, basically foutons. Bedroom could easily accommodate a king and strongly recommend the owners invest in a real mattress, king or cal-king size. Sofa bed was big but again not a real pullout.

Perfect one bedroom. Close to the market for groceries. Walking distance to village and lifts. Very cute place. We'd stay here again!

Appreciated the rustic, stylish decor. And, a well equipped kitchen where we cooked turkey and ate dinner around a nice sized dining table. Spent days walking lost lake and of course enjoying the Turkey Day sales.

The inside was nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom were well done and updated to modern styles and appliances. The vicinity to the village is AWESOME! The neighborhood is generally quiet, however you are right by the freeway as it’s a unit in the back of the property. If you’re trying to relax during the day, it’s a nuisance; but, at night it is quiet with the windows closed. You’ll notice as you walk the property that many similar short term rentals have a hot tub included. That would definitely be a welcome addition! That being said, our stay was very nice and we’d happily stay again!

Loved staying here, just a little dusting on baseboards would work.love the location.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lagoons #53. The remodeled kitchen and bathroom are spectacular! Very comfortable and a great location.
I agree with the other reviews, the bed has a platform that extends several inches and is inconvenient for moving around bedroom. The road noise is unfortunate when the windows and slider are open. Loved my stay!

Very nice condo in beautiful setting. Walkable to everything - shopping, restaurants, and both Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas. Plenty of trails and green spaces to walk dogs. Condo was nice, clean, and parking super convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic setup for a couple. Very well situated and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.

Had no problem checking in . We had done extra research to find out if our rav4 + Thule 6' 10" could fit in secure underground. Saw that it couldn't, so took Thule off before coming up to Whistler. Garage clearance should be made absolutely more CLEAR on website when booking.
Upon arrival, unit looked as expected but did not smell clean. Had to use natural Eucalyptus tea tree + forest sprays and soaps ... to clear smell.
Kitchen rugs (area) were dirty and bunched (rippled) up every time we stepped on them so we put them in the foyer closet.
When first used bathroom sink, it would not drain at all - had to use a bowl to empty into toilet . Called office at 5 pm April 3rd to request plumber/maintenance to fix. Was told he would call us when he could. Still did not hear from him next morning so we called the office to request again for immediate work. Still no phone call. On way out to ski on Tues April 4th , plumber showed up at 10:00am. Problem fixed but had to wait and lost morning of skiing on our day tickets. We would like to be reimbursed $150.00 (or one night stay free of the 5 nights booked) for the inconvenience.
Also, only 2 rolls TP + 1/4 roll paper towels were provided (plumber finished that one off) for 5 nights. When we lifted the lid of the outdoor barbecue to scout for potential use, we saw a big mess of old beef and onion on grill. Not a good thing to leave around for new renters or the waking bears which we saw walk down the path 4 feet from this BBQ. Fan in bathroom came on every time light was turned on or door opened (sensor) and stayed on too long - both noisy and unnecessary.
Also, ventilation system for entire complex (underground parking) also loud and irritating during the night time when trying to sleep.
We would only return / book again if cost was under $200/night - (what it's worth !) and the above issues were corrected.
No renter should have to deal with faulty plumbing in the one and only bathroom upon arrival.
Have been trying to get owner to respond to above request with no success so far - almost 3 weeks waiting for response.

The place was great! Conveniently located and comfortable for our weekend getaway.

Lovely, comfortable condo.
Quiet side of complex.
Absolutely everything within walking distance, even in ski boots!

appartment was cozy, kitchen well equipped. The beds and pillows did not work for us, way too hard. none of us slept well because of that. the batroom sink was partially plugged and deained too slow. the cleaners had left a huge load of wet towels that we had to dey in the drier and put away - so the housekeeping was not satisfactory.

We really enjoyed our stay here in this quiet area. Short walk to the village. Plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the hideout and we love it. It has everything we need, and love the ground floor for our furry friend. Wish we had booked longer!!

The unit is wonderfully located, walking distance from everything in Whistler village. Quiet, Clean! Cozy and warm. The unit is also well equip. The only thing we needed to solve was not having extra bed sheets, which we needed for the sofa bed. We needed to go through the first night with insufficient bed sheets, which wasn't pleasant but no harm.
I would also say that the unit is smaller than what is presented in the pictures but it is well designed and we loved it.

Excellent little condo. Be prepared to climb the stairs from the garage (which was nice). The room is spacious enough for 3 people. We cooked our own meals and skied 2 days. Perfect for a ski vacation.
It needs to have a welcome booklet in the condo that explains how to turn the electronic heat on and off. As well as it would have been nice if the outdoor light had been on for our arrivals as it was difficult to find in the dark.
Other wise it was quiet peaceful get way.

Our first time at Whistler and very glad we stayed here. Easy check-in and check-out and within a very short walk to the villages for restaurants and bars as well as a not so bad walk to the lifts with ski boots. The condo was clean, well stocked, and we would love to come back next year

Platform bed isn’t that comfortable since it barely fits in the bedroom & it’s easy to hit your shin at night on the wood frame.
Couldn’t find a sheet for the pull out couch.
Fireplace works great & bathroom floor heat & shower are also very nice.
Unit was well laid out & comfortable.

I would happily book this location again.

We had such a nice time at this property! It was very clean, so close to the village, and had so many unique decor choices it felt like we were staying at a friends house rather than a rental. We even managed to complete one of the puzzles in our two evenings. Also so nice to find a place that allows pets so we could all plan for this snowshoeing trip together.

The condo was amazing. Great location in the Lagoons properties near the markets, restaurants and activities. It's also very private and quiet at night. Would definitely recommend it.

Exactly as described! Had a great weekend at this place!

This place is in an excellent location and the layout and furnishings are nice. It was a good place to stay with dogs. We would have given 5 stars but we found the place dirty upon check in including dirty looking towels and linens. And if you’re travelling with a Thule you can’t access the garage as the height max is 6”8.

Great location. Appreciated the fan in suite. We’ll appointed comfortable suite.

We stayed at the Hideout for 10 days this summer. The pictures are exactly what the unit looks like! It is so cute and the location is the perfect! The best restaurants are right across the street and the valley trail is right there!
Other reviews mention noise from the highway… you can hear the highway but we had the windows open and it didn’t bother us at all. The unit was clean and ready for our arrival and there was even a Vitamix!
We will 100% stay here again… probably for longer!

great location, very nice condo
The pictures of the condo unit are very accurate. No surprizes there. A wonderful location if you are travelling with a dog. Lots of green space to let them do their business. Weeks prior to checking in, I left two email messages for the property management asking questions about access so I would know what to pack etc. No one responded. If you are selecting this place, getting in and out is VERY challenging. Bring a wagon, cart or something as unloading and access to underground parking very tricky.
The unit was not well cleaned...so that was very disappointing. ZERO toilet paper in the unit, I had to wash the sheets as there was hair and sand in it. My first afternoon was spend getting supplies and doing laundry. The coffee table was sticky and had drinks rings all over it. The fridge was not cleaned, food and crumbs and stains all over the inside. Toothpaste on the faucet in the bathroom and used contact lenses left as well.
I read previous emails that said there was no vacuum in unit so I brought mine from home....thank goodness
The property was very nice with a beautiful pond in the middle, lots of trees and plants and well cared for grounds. I picked it because it accepted dogs and was a non smoking property. It was quite private and quiet....so other respectful guests
So if you aren't picky about cleanliness, it was a super place. I wouldn't go back as there are soooooo many to chose from and I like trying new places anyway.

A Little Gem
Wow, we felt so lucky to have discovered this property! Spotless and well appointed - and the pull out couch was actually comfortable! Being so close to ammenities such as the grocery store and some great restaurants was such a bonus. The patio area looked out over greenery and there was very little walk-by traffic so we felt very private. Thanks so much for an excellent stay!

Enjoyable stay
Quiet, private feel, but still close to everything - Village, lifts, trails, and grocery.
Has everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

This property is in a great location a 5 minute walk to village. The only thing is it is about a 100 yds from the highway so there is a lot of traffic noise from early in the morning until late evening. It is nicely decorated with good selection of kitchen items. Pots, cutlery, glasses, dishes and small appliances. Even a blender. There is a barbecue but propane isn’t supplied until June 1st. So messaged Bob the property manager and he told us the grocery store carried small canisters. As it was cold the heated floors were great. The bed was rather small and the mattress quite hard. The neighbours hot tub backs onto the main bedroom wall so it’s quite noisy when people are in it. Also the heater on the hot tub kicks in at all hours and came on 3 of the 4 nights between 2 and 4 am. The drone of the motor made it hard to sleep. When you leave you are to strip the bed. When I took off the duvet cover I was a bit disgusted to see the various stains of which I won’t describe on the duvet. The other thing I noticed as my shoe went under the coach that it hadn’t been cleaned under there for a long time. It was quite dirty under there. Only Netflix is provided and it would have been nice to just have cable as well. The complex was very quiet.
