The screened porch overlooks the pool and beach, and provides easy access- leaving you just steps away from a walk on the beach, or a dip in the outdoor community pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, and a charming breakfast nook. Imagine yourself relaxing under the shady pergola next to the pool enjoying cocktails with your friends and then spending the evening on the perfectly lit screened patio. Outdoor Tidewater community pool is open seasonally (April-end of September) Like all Tidewater properties, this 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is in very high demand. WIFI and Linens are included. No Smoking. No Pets. Vehicle Capacity: 2 * Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes* --LAYOUT-- Ground level Parking is uncovered in shared Tidewater community lot. Wild Dunes only permits two car passes for your stay. Stairs or ramp provides access to elevated first floor breezeway of the condo building. This condo is on the first floor of Building I, and the living space is all one level. Spacious entry foyer with bedrooms/baths on left and common areas on the right. Back of foyer hosts glass doors which open to screened porch Screened porch offers comfortable conversational seating, and steps leading to pool and beach paths. Living area with Queen sleeper sofa, Large flat screen Cable TV with streaming capabilities. Kitchen with stainless appliances, small dining table, and pantry holding full sized stacked washer and dryer. Bedroom 1) King Bed; private bathroom (walk in shower); Cable flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities. Bedroom 2) King Bed; private access to hall bath (tub/shower combo); Cable flat-screen TV. *This is a Sunday – Sunday rental from 6/2/24 to 8/18/24; 3 night minimum in offseason.*

Have stayed in at least 25 different condos/houses in Wild Dunes over the years and Tidewater I103 was easily one of the best. Great location on the beach, clean and comfortable,and well-decorated. Agent Jenny Tuk did a great job finding just what we were looking for!

The property was very nice and true to pictures posted online. The only negative was the steps to get into the condo. My mother in law doesn’t ambulate well and had difficulty getting into our unit. The ad posted that there was an elevator in the building but you had to go up several steps to get to it.

We have been coming to Isle of Palms for well over a decade now and usually stay in places like this. This particular unit was definitely one of the best we have rented. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is great with just steps to the pool and not far from the beach. The pool was not too crowded since it serves a relatively small number of units in only two buildings. There were a few small maintenance issues (slow drains, door latches for example) that need to be addressed but they could be recent and just not addressed yet. It definitely appears the property is well cared for. I will mention that we did have to run out and get a small step stool as the queen size bed was too tall for our four year old to get in and out of so if you have small kids or short adults you may want to consider bringing one with you. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo had a great location and is handicapped accessible. It was clean and amply supplied. The beach towels and chairs were much appreciated. Two suggestions- remove the oversized rug from the master and replace the sofa which was clean but lacked any support.

The property had all of the amenities we needed and was very clean .
The Realty Group apparently had a “gift” for us from the property owner, but neglected to inform us of this until the last scheduled day of our stay. Unfortuneatly, it had been a rainy week, so we had left a day early. Surely they knew about this when we checked in….did they want to keep it for themselves?

The room ws clean. However there was a very dangerous soft spot mid floor in the entry wway. It ws the size if a small child. My daughter almost feel tthere and my grandson did fall there. Location to the pool ws nice.

No problems. Very nice time. Only complaint was cell phone calling. Very poor reception. Sometimes could not even make a call or hear person on other end. Condo we stayed in was nice but instead of a wood rocking chair (not comfortable) a more comfortable chair in living room.

We all loved the unit and the location! The pictures are very accurate, the unit was very clean and had everything you could need. I was concerned about having a wooden rocker in the living room - I thought I would sit there so others wouldn't have to but we all liked that chair and it was fact we want to know were it was purchased (we want 2 for our screened porch). The beds were very comfortable, and very tall (almost needed a step stool to get in them for this short person -haha ). The front door took some getting used to, it does NOT automatically lock when you shut the door. We also couldn't get the lights on the porch to come on but we were only there a few days so we didn't fool with it. The couch folds out to accommodate more people but we didn't need it. If we had any complaints (and it really isn't a complaint) it would be that the sand and pollen needed to be cleaned off of the porch...if we had been there longer, I would have cleaned it myself...but other than that the unit and porch were in very good condition. We absolutely loved this unit and location and WILL stay here again!

We absolutely loved our rental! The customer service that Island Realty provides is excellent. The condo was well equipped and nicely appointed. We had plenty of everything we needed...soap, dish wash, toilet tissue, paper towel. The walk from the condo to the beach was fast and easy. It was never inconvenient to zip back to the condo when we forgot something or needed a break from the beach. We ordered beach chairs and umbrellas each day at a reasonable price as an add-on and they were delivered by 8 am. This was a really great experience for us from beginning to end.

We arrived after business hours and it was easy to pick up keys from a box outside the office. Walking into the condo the space was open and beautiful. It looks like everything is brand new (furniture, linens, mattress, rugs and kitchen supplies.) The porch is large and you can see the water from the porch and master bed! The pictures do not the condo justice! There is a wall of mirrors in the living room that do not photograph well but in person the place is beautiful. Would definitely come back to this specific condo!

We booked this unit to visit with family in the area. Overall the unit was in good shape. There were no clean blankets and guests were to use the quilted bedspreads as blankets which we found unacceptable because of covid. The agent on duty at the office was not helpful but once the manager called us, clean blankets were sent over that afternoon. We appreciate her help!

To begin, the porch was refreshing. However, the master bathroom shower had hair in it and it wasn’t ours! The mirrors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The kitchen had a sour smell the entire stay. We tried to problem solve by checking the trash can, pouring bleach down the disposal several times and checking the refrigerator. No luck��in the beginning of our stay the front door locked intermittently. By the end of our stay it would never lock.
