Located in Rapid City, this charming house for $484 per night is a great option for your next break. This beautiful modern family home was built in 2014 with vaulted ceilings and large rooms. The property features a Main floor master with en suite bathroom, new 2022 King Casper Mattress, SmartTV and walk in closet. Additionally on the main floor is a large family room with 55" SmartTV & unique selfie wall, dining area (plenty of games in dining closet), spacious modern kitchen, full hallway bathroom, and two additional bedrooms (1 room with queen, other room with Bunkbed: top twin/bottom full/ trundle twin) . Downstairs includes another family room with 55" SmartTV, desk/workspace, bedroom (queen), full bathroom, and attached oversized 2 car garage. Rest assured, you’ll be staying in the most family friendly neighborhoods in Rapid City. If you’re looking to get around, Sturgis, Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon, the Black Hills, Badlands National Park, Hot Springs, Custer State Park, and the Wind Caves National Park are all less than an hour away. Local hiking/walking trail is right in your backyard. Easy access to the Rushmore Mall and Downtown. This is a dedicated vacation property and furnished January 2022. ENJOY!!! LARGE LOT 0.29 Acres The house does have a steep driveway. It is best accessed driving up at a slight angle, lowering your gear and pulling into the west side of the garage (less of an incline) or ample street parking. Not recommended to use when icy or with lowered vehicles. The Nissan Sentra pictured had no issues getting into the west side garage door January 2023 and did not scrape. NOTE: Winter rates are significantly discounted and does not include snow removal (if needed: salt, broom, and shovels are available in the garage).

Beautiful house with great kitchen, comfy beds & quiet neighborhood. Convenient to all shopping and restaurants! When owner mentions a steep driveway, he isn't kidding. Don't bring a low sling car.. We have a Pacifica van & it did become part of the driveway as we proceeded to the garage. I would definitely stay here again! Great location!

The host responded to our questions extremely fast during our stay. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Our kids went trick-or-treating in the neighborhood and it was great. Basic necessities- not super nice but not bad. Average house but great size and fit our needs well.

We had a great family vacation to cross off a bucketlist destination for my parents. The house was very comfortable for the 7 of us to relax and visit when were not out and about.

The check in process was smooth. The property was easy to find and located close to dining, shopping, and site seeing opportunities. The home was nicely decorated and comfortable, however as noted in the listing the driveway is quite steep and we needed to park on the road. The inside had a few slight issues such as the hallway light being burnt out, a nail in the carpet and found another nail on top of the bed. I left both nails on the dresser and nightstand. The towels and washcloths were still wet and there wasn’t enough for all guests so we needed to do laundry each day we were there. The throw blanket on the bed had stains along with the sheets therefore we placed that in the hamper. There was also a receipt and glasses left from previous guests. Overall, a lot positives, however a few issues would helpful to address for larger groups like we had. We had a party of 8.

Enjoyed our stay at the home. Had all of the basic necessities provided. Easy to find, driveway was a little steep but there was plenty of parking by curb. Would recommended.

Everything you could think of needing this VRBO has.. Great location for all towns surrounding rapid city. Comfortable and homey. Definitely would recommend to any coming into the Rapid city area, or surrounding cities!!!

The house was perfect for our family vacation which included grandpa at 83 down to the two college age kids. It comfortably handled all six of us. When the host Ryan says to take notice of the driveway, he’s not kidding, but it worked out perfectly for us because we just parked sideways across the driveway and we had zero issues. It is deceptively steep. He was quick to reply and he had a very well stocked home. I loved that he provided things like shampoo and body wash that you may have started out with seven days before, but we’re running low on. Two great TV watching areas for when you just need to relax. Thank you for hosting us!

Absolutely loved this house. Everything was labeled and was very organized. We came for the basketball state championships and we were literally 10 minutes away from everything. Thanks for a great stay!

It was a very nice home. The driveway is very steep. It was winter when we stayed, therefore it was difficult to enter as the entrance has many steps. Everything was super icy and dangerous.

Great visit. Thank you. Comments Landscaping is in horrible shape. However, did not hurt our stay. A fenced yard is important. Add dish rags in the kitchen. The crappy little brush at the sink was inadequate. Couches upstairs and downstairs are not comfortable. Condition of home was stellar, clean and well kept.. If you want your visitors to follow recycle standards please explain how to do that. We were confused. The ice maker is completely plugged up with melted and then frozen ice. Sadly driveway is dangerous. You need fenced back yard if you are taking in our small pets,.

This house was perfect for our family. Very clean and had anything we needed available. Host was very responsive. The only complaint is the steep driveway, we were unable to pull our truck into the garage due to the incline. Otherwise was a great experience!
