This condo was the perfect beach getaway for my family's Thanksgiving holiday. There were two adults and four children. With three generously sized bedrooms and three full bathrooms there was plenty of space for all of us. The balcony is huge- stretching from the side of the condo to the front with beautiful views of the ocean. One thing about this condo is that everything has been nicely updated- all of the bathrooms and the kitchen. The location was great- just steps from the beach and a very short walk to shops and restaurants. The indoor pool and hot tubs plus the restaurants, arcade and other amenities and features in the condo complex rounded out our exceptional vacation experience here. We will definitely be back and will stay at this exact condo unit again. Thank you to the great hosts.

The condo was clean & comfortable. Loved the wrap around deck, especially in the afternoon. The kitchen was a bit small- big enough for 2 people at a time. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the beach chairs we found in the closet. Easy walk to the beach.

This condo is a perfect home-away-from-home. It has a perfect layout and was wonderfully clean. We were impressed that it has everything we could need from a crockpot to beach chairs. We stayed in the winter and the sunrise was breathtaking. The beach has lovely sand we walked it for miles! There are so many restaurants and things to do within walking distance of this condo. We want to visit again! We felt so at home here!

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. As soon as we got there the power kept going on and off. The ac never worked the entire time. Our entire stay we had the ac set to like 68 and the temperature in our condo never went below 77 degrees we never even felt a breeze of cool air. We tried to contact someone for help with the power and ac issue but they dont give you any numbers for help, you have to search and wait on the phone for hours to get an ounce of help. The power finally came back on hours later but the ac still didn't work. The people that we got ahold of could not get ahold of the owner to get us help so they gave us the owners number but of course the owner wouldn't answer for us either. There must be no maintenance man they can send to help fix anything. One of our vacation members got stuck in an elevator and used the help button and got no response so obviously no help until the elevator decide to start working again. All the elevators we had to use were sketchy and always dirty, and I'm not meaning just dirt and smudges on the walls I'm meaning whole wrappers of trash and mystery liquids. We were in walking distance of the beach which was nice except getting to the beach was extremely smelly. The little wood bridge you walk across smells like Raw sewage. No one cleans the sand out from the outdoor shower so no matter what you leave with sand on you. When you finally get to the beach it's pretty nice besides the people that throw trash right beside where there's empty trash cans. We still made the best out of our stay as we could.

This rental unit is amazing. Gorgeous views, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, etc. There was nothing lacking. My family enjoyed our Christmas here and would definitely stay again.

Loved how easy the access was to the beach and pool area. We had trouble when we first checked in with the air conditioning not working at all. It did take almost a whole day to fix, but they were very responsive ! The internet and password that were given to us for our stay did not work at all. So we had lots of trouble hooking up to any WiFi . We asked the neighbor and he assisted us to help get on the internet. Overall we were very happy with our stay ! It was extremely amazing location and beautiful place to stay ! Would stay again !

The condo was really clean upon check in. Was hoping to get checked in early because we had 2 young children with us but that didn’t work. Check in was at 4 and the cleaning people were still cleaning at 4. Very nice unit with ocean view. Couple of things we didn’t like was the a/c didn’t keep the room comfortable. Was told after we contacted them ( we called the first 3 days in a row to get it looked at) that it can’t be set lower than 73. That did not cut it with 8 people in the unit. Also ( again we called the first 3 days in a row) we had 6 towels for 8 people. Finally they dropped off the extra towels I still gave it a 4 star because the unit was nice.

The condo was easy to locate and access and was beautiful as pictured and very clean! Great communication for any questions we had. A couple tips for your stay is make sure you buy toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher tablet and laundry detergent we were left a starter toilet paper and paper towel. It was nice to have a full kitchen so we didn't have to eat every meal out. There are a few towels at the condo we had to do laundry as there were 4 women n the condo going to the beach everyday so we used them quick but you can always bring extra towels with you. Bathrooms were great and mattresses we all felt were comfortable. We would have preferred a Keurig coffee maker so we can all make our own flavors but that's just preference. All in all no issues or complaints hoping to make this a yearly trip so we are looking forward to going back!

Great Experience!!
This was our first experience using VRBO and we were so happy! The property was clean, spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Batteries in two smoke alarms died on our last night, contacted property answering service, couldn’t get anyone to come out at 9:30 pm. Eventually removed the units from wall using the quick connections, No extra trash bags!! No extra toilet paper!!! Refrigerator didn’t cool drinks enough on highest setting.

This property is amazing! We woke up every day able to watch the sunrise from our balcony with nothing impeding our view. We could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The condo itself is incredibly spacious; we had the max number of people staying and nobody ever felt crowded. Turnkey was so fantastic about communicating and seemed to have an answer at the ready if we ever had an issue. The keypad lock on our door's battery died the night before checkout, and they had a key stored on site so that we could continue to enter and exit without having to wait for anybody to come fix it - we were ecstatic. Word to the wise if you have more than 2 vehicles coming to stay - the extra vehicles have to park in an overnight garage about 15 minutes away. Kind of a pain if you all want to do different things, but that is really my only complaint about the property. This is a fantastic place to stay!!

The condo itself was very clean. One of the bed sheets looked soiled/stained so I’d probably suggest getting new sheets. The coffee pot was not clean. Not enough toilet paper and no Kleenex. My experience checking in & multiple phone calls with property management left me frustrated, stressed, and locked out.
Our Uber drivers dropped us off at the South Tower unknowingly so it took us a while to figure out how to get to the North Tower with ramp access to carry our luggage on a cart. The resort staff is rude to VRBO guests because we are not considered property owners so they treated us like step children.
We had issues with the property’s door access keypad on the 1st day and immediately spoke with management for a quick resolution but I was left disappointed with broken promises to call with status updates and appointment to fix the keypad. Sadly, I was stuck on the phone 5 out of 6 days of my trip.
Worrying about getting locked out with a family of 8 including kids and an infant is the worst feeling on vacation. I traveled to unwind, take it easy, and enjoy my family. However, I found myself missing family pool fun while attached to a phone that never rang and missing beach day while waiting for a locksmith that never showed up.
I wish I could get that lost time back.

Amazing Condo!
We had a blast! The condo was beautiful and very clean! Beds are comfy. The resort was great and views of the ocean were amazing. We definitely will stay here again!

We were delayed about 45 minutes gaining access as the lock was not working. Then upon entering it took about an hour and half to clean the area. Baseboards were so dirty in areas you could write in the dirt. The floor in the kitchen area had popcorn kernels on it around the baseboards. There was dirt, popcorn and kernels under the couch. The fan in the master bedroom off the living room had dust balls falling from it when we turned it on. Needless to say I was very disappointed that I had to miss out on the first day with my grandchildren in order to clean everything. I did ask if there would be any compensation for my time and cleaning. I was told they would see what they could do and never heard from them again. So the first day was not very good! The view from the balcony was beautiful. The rest of the vacation was great and we really enjoyed it!
