Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this spacious Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom. The unit also includes a separate living room with a sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a flat screen television in each of the bedrooms and the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all basic cookware and dinnerware as well as a stackable washer and dryer combination and a private oceanfront balcony. The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, pools, hot tubs, children’s splash pool, three story slide, fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks onsite! • Master Bedroom - 1 King Bed • 2nd Bedroom - 2 Double Beds • 3rd Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed • Living Room - 1 queen sleeper sofa - Summer season may require up to a 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday and 3 night minimum outside summer season. - Luxury Linen package included! - Grande Cayman Resort is smoke-free. We stayed here in early December for our daughters graduation from Coastal Carolina University.
Even in December it's always a great time at the beach!!

The condo is in a great location. It’s ocean facing with easy access to the beach and short walking distance making it nice for young kids. The resort has multiple heated pools and hot tubs, enough for all families to enjoy. Also Starbucks is connected to resort on the ground floor.
The condo itself has good amenities (full kitchen, Keurig carafe + pod, dish washer, stocked with dinner ware…) and the layout is well done allowing family dinners and living room / balcony space to hang out after the beach fun is over each day.

Grande Cayman was very family friendly with lots for the kids to do. Our condo was nice with just a few issues with the washer and shower door. Nothing too big. Enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Loved the beach, pool and lazy river! Turtle Bay Cafe was great for lunch and kids loved the mock tails! Bar open m-f good drinks a little pricey! Overall good stay! Nacho Hippo, broadway at the beach and Mexican fiesta all good!

The week of Memorial Day, we had a great trip we’ve been to Myrtle Beach a lot of years first time trying out grade caymen resort love the stay! Great parking, pool area was awesome, and the room was the best so far! Amazing view, very clean , and I liked that they checked in time to time make sure you good. We had two adults and four teens. It’s great access to many locations and restaurants. The balcony provides a beautiful view of the sunrise. The teens enjoyed the beach, hot tubs and pool every day.

This was the easiest check in process. The first time in VRBO history that I didn’t have any issues with checking in. Room was amazing. Only issue was the master light behind the mirror in the bathroom kept flickering on and off, so I did not use it and there were no issues. I’m an OCD individual and I clean when I arrive and before I leave. I actually did not feel the need to clean this unit because it was in great condition. Well done owners! Will be back, enjoyed the amenities, If only the outside hot tub was working it would have been perfect . That’s a resort issue. Great location! Great for a small family. Updates are wonderful and make it feel like home.

We loved our vacation. The property was clean and had a great location to the beach and restaurants. However, the dishwasher was broken and rank, with mold and dirty water in the bottom. It needs to be addressed before more guests are booked. The refrigerator is also on the fritz. It stopped working and was fixed by maintenance during our stay, but by the end was leaking water. Great unit, just invest in some new appliances and it will be perfect.

The condo was beautiful and matched the pictures. It was a very peaceful stay and the beautiful scenery made for an even better stay. Will definitely be staying here again.

Overall the unit was as described and location was great. Just like other folks noted, there is sand all over the floor, additionally we found a thick layer of dust on the master headboard. Also, we had issues with the dishwasher. We contacted them to get it repaired, they came out twice and the washing machine was still broken. This would of been okay if we weren’t with two small kids, and had to wash dishes multiple times which was a big pain. I would of given this property 5 stars but due to the slow response time I had to give them an overall rating of 3.

Awesome stay
The room was so clean and decorated so nice. The pillows were soft which is always great. The balcony was big and spacious. The pool area was so much fun - there was a man who would DJ at the pool which made it even more fun. The bar drinks were delicious. Overall definitely recommend

Direct oceanfront—it doesn’t get any better. Only issue we had was the refrigerator door was a little wonky and was difficult to get shut right. Other than that, I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

The grand cayman had everything we needed. We stayed during spring break week so it was very busy. The pools and hot tubs didn’t feel clean. The volume of people there seemed to make it hard for staff to keep up. lt was nice to have a Starbucks on site. We rented the 3 bdrm condo. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and eating I was happy the kitchen had a keurig. The only complaint about the condo is the floors were not swept. I couldn’t walk around barefoot because the floor felt dirty or sandy. Overall I would stay again, maybe pick a time when it’s less busy. Also the price was quite high.

We loved staying at this property. It looked just like the pictures. It was a beautiful condo. The view was amazing! The restaurant on the main floor, “Due South”, has surprisingly good food. It was one of the best restaurants we ate at. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is interested. The rental company is pretty easy to get a hold of if you call them. Messaging through this app didn’t seem to really work.
So even though we loved this place, we only gave it 4 stars for a few reasons. The main problem we had, had to do with cleanliness. The floor was not clean at all! It turned everyone’s feet black. There were also a couple of cockroaches. And we found someone’s toenails under the bed, which was pretty gross. And there was a weird red stain on the curtains, couch and chairs. There also are no extra trash bags and the front desk won’t give you any because it’s an owner’s suite.
We also ended up paying more than we would have if we booked directly through the hotel. That’s our fault for not checking that first. However, the extra money was worth the guaranteed high floor and awesome view. If you book through the hotel, they can’t guarantee that. So it just depends on what’s important to you.
That being said, the place was mostly clean and it really is worth the money. It was absolutely beautiful and we would re-book in a heartbeat.

Right on the beach! Stunning views from watching the sunrise in the morning to beautiful ocean views until sunset! This condo was extremely clean and it accommodated our needs for space. This is a perfect location in Myrtle Beach and you can walk to several restaurants that are a few blocks away. If you want to stay on the property there is a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. My wife loved having a Starbucks right in the building. We would definitely come back to this condo in the future.
