The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a large shower, plus an entrance to the upper, wrap around deck with views of the mountains and the surrounding area. The daylight, roomy basement level has a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twins. There is a full bathroom downstairs, laundry machines, and a movie area with another large flat screen tv. There is a nice small xeroscaped yard and open space with a large park just a block away. Our goal is for people to enjoy the home and their time together with friends and family. A one car garage comes with the townhome which is especially nice in winter, and there is also street parking.
