No Weddings, Rehearsal dinners, Bachelor / Bachelorette parties, New Year’s Eve , etc.** This beautiful home has an open concept floor plan that can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a stocked kitchen and a full bathroom on the main level as well. Game room comes equipped with a foosball table. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with double vanities. There is also a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Overall, the property was great! Nice open spaces, easy communication, great location! The upstairs hallway bathroom could use renovating. We initially thought it needed cleaning but after giving a good scrub, we found it just needs recaucing and retiling. In addition, there were wall units in the upstairs bedroom; aesthetically, I wish they weren't there, but the units kept the rooms cool.

Home is spacious and clean and looks like the pictures. The house is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed sushi on the corner, breakfast at a local Snooze and tasty BBQ. Loved having 3 showers and lots of open space for our family gathering of 6. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was great, location and proximity to many dining options is fantastic, the sushi place around the corner was awesome and just 2 blocks away. It's also walking distance to Shelby Park for par 3 golf, disc golf, and nature trails for walking; we walked once and drove a few times. It's about a 3-5 minute drive to downtown Nashville if you're brave enough to want to venture into the crowds. We drove through Broadway and by the time we crossed the bridge to get back home, we couldn't believe the contrast between the downtown chaos and calm within the neighborhood. Backing out of the driveway was challenging with all the cars parked on the street and we could have used a few more rolls of toilet paper, but everything else was fantastic (those are super nit-picky observations). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to host Thanksgiving dinner for family meeting in Nashville from TX, VA and NC, and I think you'd be hard pressed to find that optionality in any VRBO. The only thing we brought from home was the turkey baster for the gravy; otherwise, this property had it all. Beds were comfy, plenty of room for everyone, including 3 full bathrooms, and the master bedroom is awesome. Our family had a memorable Thanksgiving getaway, one we will always cherish. My family (total of 7 folks) thoroughly enjoyed this location, conveniently located near a mix of new and classic East Nashville bar and restaurant destinations, but on a cozy and quiet residential street. Ubers were quick and easy to the excitement downtown and the Vanderbilt campus.

The house was perfect for our weekend in Nashville. The four bedrooms/3 baths were great for my small group of friends. It had all the amenities and great touches like extra supplies such as paper towels, shampoo, hand soaps. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner is highly responsive. This home is a wonderful place to have a family gathering. The downstairs is very spacious with lots of seating. We had 8 adults sleeping at the house but we comfortably hosted 11 person gathering downstairs. Kitchen is well equipped. Very clean property and quiet neighborhood, with plenty of great choices to walk to. Downtown was a quick Uber ride away. Thank you for letting us be your guest!

We enjoyed our stay in the home and loved the location. Easy to get to downtown and also walking distance to the east end. Home was clean and had no issues whatsoever. Definitely will look into booking this home again in the future.

House worked very great for my group. Was super nice and spacious. Primary bedroom bathroom really nice with a shower with two heads. Owner is very responsive and proactive. Would definitely stay here again - can walk to many great places and a quick trip to downtown.

The house is beautifully furnished with every convenience. It is in a quiet location with great restaurants and a live music venue close by. Easy access to downtown as well. David is very responsive and gracious as the managing owner. Don’t pass up a wonderful experience! My four friends had plenty of room to sleep comfortably and enjoy reuniting for a woman’s retreat with long time friends.

We rented this home for a family vacation in Nashville. It was the perfect house for our group, super clean, very well decorated and has all the amenities. The hosts were super responsive and helpful to make sure we were comfortable and had great recommendations. The neighborhood is so lovely, fun to walk around And explore as well as super close to anything you want to do in the Nashville area. We would 100% stay here again!

Home was very nice and clean. Comfortable beds and very quiet neighborhood. Parking can be an issue with multiple cars as there was construction on the house next door which took up street parking. Driveway is very tight for larger vehicles but is long enough to fit multiple cars in. House was well equipped with necessities.

The house is great! Lots of room to hang out & well equipped. As the description stated, the driveway is VERY narrow & difficult to get in and out of. And the people parking on the street made it more difficult to get into the driveway. But overall, it was a great place to stay.

This home was a perfect gathering spot for family in Nashville and coming from out of state... very large living area and kitchen. We were even able to cook a proper Christmas Eve dinner in the well-appointed kitchen. Very clean - comfy beds - just as pictured ... a really lovely Nashville Christmas overall. The property was nice, but it was not as it was listed nor pictured online. The description said it had a fenced in backyard. The only fencing on the property belonged to the neighbors so that was three sides, which basically is an open yard. Not sure how they could label it pet friendly and charge an extra 200 dollars especially since the owner called when we left and complained that our dog had made a mess in the house. I think that was in retaliation for my phone call complaining about the lack of a fenced in yard. He said his cleaning service complained and he had to pay her an extra 75 dollars, which I offered to pay, but again, we paid 200 dollars extra for pet friendly. And the pictures show a television in the master bedroom, there was not one. The internet speed needs to be upgraded because it was difficult to stream shows on the only tv in the house. I guess that is why they took the other one down. The sofa and love seat could also use an upgrade. You sink to the floor when you sit down. We paid over 500 a night plus the extra fees so I guess I expected better living room furniture and internet and for the place to be as advertised. However, the beds were very comfortable. To sum it up, I would not rent this place if you have a dog, plan on watching television or have anyone older that has a problem getting up from a worn-out sofa/loveseat.
