Gail is an amazing host, always there when I had a question or comment. The location was great and in easy walking distance to shopping, food and many fun activities. The neighbors were very friendly and very welcoming for our month long stay! We will definitely be back!

Our two families enjoyed our stay. Kids (and parents) loved the pool and the proximity to The Gathering Place. The home is beautiful and very comfortable with multiple spaces to relax. Our host responded quickly and was extremely helpful and flexible with us. Be sure to check out this home if you are looking for a fabulous Tulsa getaway!

Having grown up in Tulsa we still come back to Tulsa to visit family two or three times a year. Of all the places we have stayed this was by far the best. Beautiful quiet neighborhood just a short walk to The Gathering Place. The pool and outdoor area are beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and everything you need is available. We just loved it! I’ll always check this listing for availability first when booking our Tulsa stays.

We were in Tulsa for our nephew’s college graduation. The house was perfect for our group. Lots of room and well stocked. Location was perfect.

This home is beautiful and clean. The four bedrooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. The house is well-stocked and very cozy. The owner was easy and gracious in her communications. Gail truly made everything extra wonderful. The location is ideal - in a quiet neighborhood, and also close to a park and shopping. I hope to stay here again when I’m in Tulsa!

We had a fabulous Thanksgiving at this lovely home in Tulsa. We stay at 2-3 homes per year with our family in various states and this home was wonderful. Extra touches like the towels, the bed linens, treats in the kitchen just make the small things, special. Host, Gail was very responsive and helpful. All guests should really pay special attention when the host gives direction on parking as they did have a unit next to the building - but hey, we read the instructions. Would definitely stay here again to spend time with our Tulsa family. Thanks, Judi & Tim

This house is in a great location! SUPER close to Gathering Place and Discovery Lab and centrally located for other things in Tulsa. We're from Tulsa and have always enjoyed driving through this neighborhood so staying at one of these houses was a treat. House was not quite as clean as other homes we've stayed at and it was a bit cluttered, but by no means gross. Kitchen had very limited pans/utensils in it. Also lights flickered in the house a lot to the point of distraction. Upstairs railing was missing a stair rail (NOT on stairs but on landing) a small child could easily fit through and it would be a BIG fall. We bought a baby gate our first night to put at bottom of the stairs and never let our toddler loose in the upstairs. If staying with a small child I would definitely recommend making sure that was fixed before booking. We mentioned it to property owner (after our stay) but didn't hear back.

Great house and location!

The location was so great being walking distance from the gathering place. Not sure if there is an easier way to get there but we followed the road. The kids loved the house and called in the mansion. We spent a lot of time in the backyard as the weather was great. The neighborhood was so cool, loved strolling through it, lots of old charm and some new modern builds. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this beautiful home this past weekend. It was GORGEOUS!! The host is VERY accomodating. All amenities were given. A 5 star experience. The location was in a beautiful neighborhood. The outdoor patio was wonderful. I can't say enough about this experience. There were 8 adults and we had so much fun. Attended the Tulsa Octoberfest, Tuls Aquarium, shopped, ate!! It was GREAT! I highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you, Gail! A very memorable weekend!

Perfect location for enjoying midtown Tulsa and The Gathering Place

It's a fabulous stay. You cannot express the enjoyment of staying in a home nearly a hundred years old. Amenities thru out that bring it to date. If those walls could talk. The neighborhood is beautiful and the trees are a tale within themselves of testament to time. Truly enjoyed Tulsa.

This house is in a gorgeous neighborhood and has so many great amenities! Snacks were waiting for us when we arrived which our kids loved! It is so close to The Gathering Place, our kids only had a short walk to find scooters to ride around the trails. It is also a perfect location for cyclists! We really enjoyed time by the pool and Gail was so responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again! Best VRBO experience we’ve had by far!

This lovely home was absolutely perfect for our needs. The arrangement of the bedrooms and baths allowed privacy for all guests. My husband andI stayed in the Master Suite while my daughter and her two bridesmaids had the other end of the hall with 3 bedrooms and two baths! The lovely kitchen allowed last minute food prep and the roomy family room was the perfect hang out for the girls to watch movies and chat the night away! Thank you Gail, for this beautiful experience that provided the perfect spot for all of our memory making!

We have stayed in several places in several States. The houses have been as varied as the locales. We enjoyed each place. We have never experienced a place quite like the Oasis. If you want THE place to stay in Tulsa, choose this one. I felt under dressed when I walked in. Such a grand older place from a different era and such craftsmanship. The location is not to be beaten and the amenities were over-the-top. Thank you for sharing it with us

Lovely warm, inviting home, enjoyed the pool. Location to everything.

We were looking for a place to meet family half way between TX and NE over the 4th of July holiday weekend and were delighted we ended up here. The pool and house were clean, there were tons of snacks, the beds were quite comfy, beach towels were there, plenty of seating for us by the pool, plenty of bath towels, and 3 full bathrooms! There were tons of books and games though we were mostly engaged with the pool. We also loved the ice maker at the wetbar as we never ran out of ice even after filling multiple coolers. Another bonus we weren't even expecting is that we didn't have to leave to go watch the fireworks as there was a perfect view from the back yard by the pool! The Gathering Place is only a 5 min walk over the hill which was a super cool park to check out, but was incredibly hot to spend too much time at. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

My family and I recently relocated to midtown and stayed at this property during the relocation process. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. Lots of bedrooms and bath so that my older and younger children all had their own space. There is a nice family room for watching the big screen TV and a nice areas to play board game. We also enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and dining room where I could have a clear view of the kids playing in the pool without having to sit out in the heat. Overall, I highly recommend this home if you are planning a family vacation to the area. You can cook in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy the local dining that is all just minutes away!

House was in a great location close to the Gathering Place. The house was clean, well equipped, comfortable and the pool and backyard were fantastic. Great location, yet provided fantastic privacy.

From accommodating our request for early check-in, to the incredible charm of this old home, our entire stay was amazing! Gail had everything we needed for the pool, we were within walking distance of the gathering place, and the decorations and special touches kept the charm of the old home and made it the perfect comfortable place to stay. We had plenty of room for 3 adult couples and 2 kids, but with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the 2nd floor, there could also be enough room for 4 adult couples, or a large family. Would love to stay again and everyone in our group agreed!

This house was perfect for our quick stay in Tulsa. Immaculately decorated and has every amenity you can think of. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. I wish it was warmer so we could have taken advantage of the pool! Host had great communication. I can’t recommend Gail’s place highly enough.
