About this house rental
Hang 10 in St Augustine Beach is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bath and only one block from the wide white sand beach. This recently remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home just a short walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach! The comfortable living area opens up to the fully equipped kitchen and seating for 6 in the dining area. Master bedroom has 1 king bed, television and private bath. 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen bed and wall mounted flat panel television. 3rd Bedroom features a double under a twin bunk bed. A small one car gar for your surfboards (and other beach gear) and a nice small side yard makes this wonderful home a must rent . One small dog (20 lbs or less) may be allowed with prior permission and pet fee.

This property is just lovely! We are beach people so the location was fantastic. We so appreciated chairs, umbrellas, and towels! The house itself is very comfortable and had plenty of room for four of us. The kitchen was well-equipped, the furnishings and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We so enjoyed the beautiful garden patio. The only things lacking were a cutting board and more toilette paper! Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for for our long weekend with our adult kids. Short walk to the beach, coffee, beach shop. Just the right amount of space for the 6 of us. Property was clean and easy, would stay there again :)

This home was equipped with everything you could need for a lovely visit, one block away from St. Augustine Beach. We loved how easy it was to walk to restaurants and the house's amenities down to sand toys for kiddos! Highly recommend this stay.

We enjoyed our stay, it was exactly as advertised. We love the location, it was so easy to walk to the beach,coffee shop, and other locations.

This property was great for me and my 6 friends. There were plenty of beach & bath towels for us. There was also some beach equipment like chairs and umbrellas, which was great! The only tiny tiny complaint we had was that the place was a little sandy when we arrived, it seemed like it was not vacuumed all that well. Nonetheless, we loved it!

The house was very comfortable, clean and nicely updated. Easy walk to beach and restaurants . Quiet street. Highly recommend.

Location is nice just across the street from the beach and close to the town and restaurants . Home has been very nicely remodeled.
Large kitchen and nice large kitchen island There is a pretty good sized yard but not much useable outdoor space for a bigger group. The property management company is very responsive both during booking process and stay. We didn’t have hot water upon arrival but they sent someone to fix it within a few hours. Overall we had a good stay.

The inside of the home was very clean and well-furnished with everything we needed. Everyone was thrilled with the proximity to the beach. A washer and dryer along with some beach equipment were available in the garage. Beach towels were also stored in the hall closet but we brought our own. It worked out extremely well for our family of 5 adults.
Our morning routine included the Kookaburra Coffee Shop just a few blocks down the street. The hot pies, scones, and coffees were awesome!
The managers were very responsive to our questions. Check in and out was simple. We had an air conditioning problem and they responded within the hour on a Saturday evening. They also accommodated a late checkout because two of our flights were later than expected out of Jacksonville.
Overall we had an excellent stay and enjoyed the area very much!

My only complaint was the 4 really small bath towels for 6 adult guests, but fortunately we brought some from home
