Comfortably sleeps 8 in beds and up to 12 with sofa beds in primary bedroom and study. * Primary Bedroom (2nd floor) - King Bed (sleeps 2), Private Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) * Guest Bedroom 1 (2nd floor) - King bed (sleeps 2) * Guest Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) - King bed (sleeps 2) *Study – Queen Sleep Sofa (sleeps 2) *Guest Bedroom 3 (3rd Floor) – King Bed (Sleeps 2). Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 1) = Living Space = * 2 living rooms with large screen 4K TVs. You can use your own subscriptions with the TV. There is some free content as well. * Fully stocked kitchen with a gas range and oven containing pots, pans, plates, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, extensive seasoning and spices, pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and air fryer. There are some coffee pods and teas stocked. * High Speed WiFi. * Washer & Dryer (in 2nd floor laundry room) = Parking = *2 car garage. Rare for an urban neighborhood in a large city *Property has a fully gated driveway allowing for two additional off-street parking = Exterior = There are 3 exterior security cameras: one by garage, one by the front door and one in the back. There are no concealed cameras. * Beautiful secluded pool/Hot Tub. - Pool is heated to 78 degrees from 10/1-4/30 for FREE. It can be heated the other times for $40/night. - Hot tub can be heated to 102 degrees for $40/night. I can turn on the hot tub jets for your enjoyment upon request. - If paying to heat the hot tub or the pool, you must pay for the duration of your stay. Your request for pool and hot tub heating must be in and paid 24 hours prior to check-in. Pool lights are inoperable at this time. You assume all liability for you and everyone in your party when you use the pool and spa, please use the pool responsibly. Do not leave children unattended AT ANYTIME in the backyard or the pool.

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our Mother/Daughter weekend staycation in Houston! Both Moms and Daughters shared incredible lasting memories in this space and we are so grateful to Reagan for sharing her home and being so responsive and accommodating to our needs.

A group of 7 of us stayed here to celebrate our oldest daughter's college graduation. The house was beautiful, immaculate, nicely laid out and is very roomy. Loved that it had 2 living rooms & the primary en suite is a perfect escape area. The backyard is small but is perfect, love the outdoor kitchen/grill and the hot tub was used a lot by our daughters and their friends that stayed with us. Reagan was so easy to work with, very prompt to reply with any question we had. If we come back to Houston I would not hesitate to rent this house again, it is walking distance to a lot of great restaurants (Pinks Pizza, Bludorn, Christy's donut shop) and also a comedy club at Rudyard's Upstairs-highly recommend going there when they have shows. It's a short Uber ride to other areas of Houston and it was very easy to get one quickly.

This spot is wonderful. Awesome house. Great backyard. Great living spaces throughout the 3 level home. The host is a dream to work with. I cannot say enough great things about this spot. You are also in great location to the Galleria, downtown, NRG stadium, River Oaks, and Washington Ave. Ubering is pretty cheap to all of those places.

The house was perfect for hosting a large family ! Lots of space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were a great accommodation as well ! Owner was terrific with all communications.

The house is very inviting. There is so much room and many places to sleep. House is fully stocked with things that you need or forget. The house is beautiful and the decor is very nice. The host is superb and explains everything. Not to mention very attentive and nice! I will be back soon! The house and host is a treat!

The house was perfect !! Everything very nice , the only suggestion I have is to put some blackouts in the bedrooms, besides that everything was really cool and comfortable , we had a really good time in there with my family

The house was very spacious and clean!! Kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with all essentials! Reagan was great! She responded to my questions right away and made sure our stay went well. I will definitely be back and will recommend this home for your next stay!

Me and my friends had a great stay at this house. It was in a great neighbourhood and I would recommend it to people travelling to Houston. The house was huge, with a great pool. The host was more than happy to help with anything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.
