With a large backyard perfect for outdoor fun, and just minutes from downtown Tampa, this is the perfect retreat for families and friends. Come experience the beauty of Tampa Bay and create unforgettable memories! Please Note: The house is located next to a freight train railroad track. As the train passes the house, it does blow its horn throughout the day and is loud. The train also blows its horn around 6AM every morning, so if you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up by the train! Please take this into consideration when booking. Please note the pool is heated using solar power panels and is not adjustable. During times of low sunlight, the pool may be too cold to swim for some people. Also, during the winter months (late November to early March), the pool may be cold. Pool cleaner comes in every Tuesday to professionally clean the pool and ensure the pool is in great condition for our guests. This only takes a few minutes. We also have a landscaper come pass by occasionally. The pool cleaner and landscaper may show up during your stay. The backyard "beach" is not swimmable, but you can relax on the sand and enjoy the waterfront views.
