The room was dirty still. Sticky floors, mysterious goo on the back of the office chair. White and brown stains all over the couch. No extra pillows in the hotel for the pull out couch. Can tell hotel hasn’t been updated since early 2000’s. Staff was nice tho.

Management could not get the cards keyed and after 2 attempts at 2 different rooms, I had to be escorted to room and master key was used. I had to move rooms b/c of a loud neighbor. The bed was hard and had loud plastic mattress protector. Bathroom ceiling was clearly patched after repair but poorly done and the back of the bathroom door had crack and pealing paint. The bathroom needs some TLC.
Manager was friendly and aware the property needs attention. The room was clean and updated floors. The ironing board was damaged and the iron had missing water plug but functional. Additionally, the gym and pool are closed for renovations due no completion date offered. In all fairness, this was announced at the beginning. The check-in process seems dated and all of this is surprising for a Wyndham affiliated property. Finally, the attached restaurant is empty and available for lease and this doesn’t help the appeal of the place.

Hotel is very tired, peeling paint, old fixtures but adequate for a night’s sleep

I am sorry to say that the person at the front desk never even looked me in the face. Our room key didn't work and it seems this was an issue happening throughout the building. A different person working there was friendly and let us into our room. That was better.
The condition of the place is dated and in real need of some care. Our bed literally creaked, you could both feel and hear the springs. I can say the water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water. Their continental breakfast was ample with some healthy options. But we won't be back.

Typical low-end hotel. At check-in owner's kids running around screaming and yelling right in front of the desk. Adults sitting next to that discussing whatever it is they discussed in their language. Room air conditioner was difficult to get started. TV did not work. Door did not close fully and was left open overnight until I discovered it. Oh no makeup in the room at all until I checked out. Sparse breakfast even though I was downstairs 2 hours before the end of breakfast. Hotel staff was not very friendly when checking in. Calls to fix the TV we're not heated. Very difficult time contacting customer service a series of menus typical 800 voicemail system. First agent to talk to me transferred me but when I gave me a number to call back but when I called it I got a voicemail. I regret spending $120 per night instead of the advertised $89 per night.

I stay at this hotel for the convenient location. The hotel needs renovation. My room had an odor. Paint was peeling off of the walls. The breakfast buffet is very good.

Worst hotel stay ever. noise in parking lot all night, people wandering in for the continental breakfast every day. Elevators were broken requiring guests as well as staff to climb the stairs. Overall a horrible place to stay.

Very old. Mattress was in terrible shape. The room was clean. Breakfast was late and the coffee was so cold. They ran out of juice with about 7 people eating.

It was fine. In the middle of remodeling. No working elevator. Bare bones room. Thin doors, could hear everything while walking down the hall.

The elevator was broken and had been for weeks. My room was on the 5th floor. The "hot" breakfast served was disgusting sausage and hard boiled eggs. Horrible experience

Otherwise it was great stay. One star lost because of no elevator. I’m a senior. One star lost as no restaurant within safe walking distance.

We booked online so we had minimum interaction with the desk staff.
When we arrived 2 male Spanish. Speaking employees came in behind us smelling like weed, they went behind the desk without even acknowledging us.
The man at the desk barely understood us. Gave me room keys without asking For ID ..We asked if there was a microwave-no
I asked if they had one in the lobby breakfast area -no….ok then..we loaded up the rolling cart with our stuff and headed for the elevator. The men yelled after us to say in broken English the elevator didn’t work. Our room was on the 3rd floor!!! The stairs were scary, cold and dirty. The hallway was new carpet and nice. Key card worked. The room was minimal. Furniture was old and chipped. No Bible, no clock, microwave or fridge. Beds and floors were clean at least.
Bathroom was old, stained, and had no exhaust system.
We were kept awake by loud Spanish voices and a crying baby . Also a beeping noise but it may have been outside.
Breakfast was minimal. No microwave as we were told? All the guests looked like homeless people off the street and high school boys. And NOBODY spoke English
I didn’t see a pool. I understand this location is being renovated but no excuse for the way they present hospitality

Upon arrival was told elevator was out of service. Was suppose to be on higher floor and was put on 3rd floor. The hallway was stink of weed. The tv in the room did not work called front desk and no one came. Loved the room, the pullout couch was comfy to sit on. Bed was nice and comfy. Front desk she was friendly upon arrival.

Upon check in we were informed that the elevator has been out of service . Our room was located on the 5th floor and there was no way that either my husband nor I could walk up to the 5th floor with our luggage due to our health.
Their website states that they have a bar/lounge and a restaurant. Neither of these were open for business. The heater/ac in the room was extremely noisy.

At first they had me and my wife on a double bed when the article says queen bed,and the room did not had a microwave or a mini fridge.so id make the call to the loby and the girl did took care of the situation nicely and professionally, switching me from an 8th floor to a 4th floor.and i thou that as you go up floors the rooms should get nicer but wasnt the case in the facility.one of the two elevator was out of service at the time of the check in.and this other room had more space but still with the issue of the bed being double when it should be a queen.Im a person with disabilities and i walk on 2 crutches.so the next day when we
came back to the hotel,we find out that now the two elevators wore out of services.so i processed to talk with one of the three persons there and explain my situation to go up to the 4th floor in crutches and they all look at each other with no answers.it took me 20min. to reach the 4th floor, because my lungs health isues.and id processed to call expedia and explained the situation and they decided to call the hotel without an answer.also having the next day just a towel change.the bathroom wasnt clean up and the bed wasn't made up when i came back later that day.i didn't left a mess at the bathroom but the sink wasnt even clean and at the bed wasnt any personal items or luggage at all.
