It was fine despite both the hot tub and sauna not working

They have a 24 hour pick up/drop off shuttle for the airport which I found to be excellent! The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was nice and comfortable ! I loved the citrus water in the lobby when I got there and the breakfast was very nice. They had scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles and even a Berry compote to put on the waffles. Fried potatoes, sausage, yogurt, muffins, juice & coffee. Everything you would want for your breakfast. They even had some nice touches here like free bottled water in your room. I would definitely stay there again!

The staff made themselves available by text for my every need. We had to leave early before the breakfast bar opened. I couldn’t believe they went out of their way to make sure we got food early to take along!

Motel was very cold, lobby to the room. The heat was off in the rooms and took forever to warm up to 70’, the food was average at best. Service was good though.

the first room the tvdid not work. they moved us to a second room. the bathroom had not been cleaned well.
but other then that our stay was nice

Seemed like a brand new hotel. We were impressed. The waitress in the cafe (Alex) was great. She was extremely busy but as pleasant as if we were her only customer.

Very nice, was even themed to match the upcoming Halloween. Clean, quiet, no issues. 24hr shuttle was excellent and perfect for getting to airport in the early morning. Would stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We chose it because they provided a free shuttle to the airport 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We uses the shuttle every day there so we could catch the light rail train to the center of Salt Lake City. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hot chocolate as well as coffee was available anytime for guests. We will definitely return the next time we go to Salt Lake City.

The room was much smaller a nearby hotel where I usually stay. I must not have set up my filters very well, as the breakfast was not included, but available for 15.00. Coffee in the lobby was only briefly available in the morning. This hotel was fine, but I'm likely to go back to the nearby hotel that included breakfast, had larger rooms and coffee available all day.

The hotel is located next to the freeway, leading to some traffic noise. The common areas of the hotel need some maintenance, although the room was comfortable. The hotel bar does not have a drinks licence, so you have to buy a snack to access a beer (we had just eaten dinner elsewhere). The breakfast waiting staff were a little lacklustre.

We never stayed at Four Points. After paying in February for a stay in September, we were called just before our plane took off to be notified that we don’t have a room. Eventually we were sent to a neighbor hotel: Best Western. This is unacceptable.

This was the second booking at the same property on the same trip. The first one never happened because we were called the morning of the trip to be notified that we don’t have a room, after we booked and paid 6 months in advance. Eventually they put us in a neighboring hotel. This time they got it right and it turns out they the rooms are quite nice and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Charged us 3 times for the room even thought I called multiple times each time my flight was delayed. Breakfast buffet - dirty customer dishes being used as clean. Rt 80 noise!!!! They give you earplugs on night stand.

The TV in my room didn’t work and there were flies everywhere in lobby and bar area. Staff was great and the place was very clean. Room was great outside of TV not working but they put my college game on in bar so that helped

Terrible. They called us right before our flight to let us know they over sold and we didn’t have a room and they would fully refund us.
