Friendly staffs

This hotel doesn’t really have much around it and if you don’t have a car, you have limited options.

I had the flu and needed to change the date. The Hotel would not allow a date change and charged me. I won’t use them again.

The hotel is fine and a predictably good quality for a courtyard Marriott. However, it touts itself as an airport hotel and it should NOT!! It's a 20-minute drive from the airport! As we were driving to the airport in the morning, we saw several hotels very close to the airport. Hotel should not be considered an airport hotel Also they didn't have a proper van to take you to the airport .They had a minivan and if anybody else had shown up to go to the airport we would not have fit in the van. My husband was throwing his bags into the back seat and we were trying to squeeze in. With no help from the driver. At all. Also the driver had clearly been smoking pot in the van prior to us getting in. The smell was very strong and I am allergic to it so I had to cover my mouth with my scarf because I was starting to gag. Also we had a very early flight and trying to get into the lobby at 4:45 in the morning The elevator wouldn't work! We had to drag our big bags down the stairs.

Check in easy. Staff friendly. Room very good. Quiet.

This is a nice hotel in a quiet safe neighborhood. Rooms in good condition, beds comfortable. My two complaints: I've never stayed at a hotel that requires a $250 deposit. This was far more than the room rate. Excessive. Second, no functional electric car chargers. Hopefully this will be available soon.

Prices for drinks and food was way over priced. Airport pricing. We stayed on Christmas and the diner would only service finger food. Drinks were over the top expensive.

Average stay. Nothing great. Front desk no very accommodating. I had a college graduation to attend at Humboldt and needing to check in a couple of hours before regular check in time, they were not very helpful. My brother in law was allowed to check in early but not me because I was not a Marriott member. I don’t plan to stay at any Marriott owned properties. Thanks for nothing.

Friendly staff, easy check in Diana at the front desk was great. Large, clean room. Airport shuttle was great.

The only reason I would not give this property 5 stars is because of the condition of the rooms. They are clean, but they are dated and smelled a bit weird. The checkin and check out process were a breeze. The shuttle to the airport was extremely convenient. We loved that they had dining options on site. My favorite part was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and friendly.

Great spot near Discovery Park

Very walkable to Discovery Park. Gym is extremely limited, pool is nice, staff is nice.

Courtyard Natomas is our go to spot near the airport in Sacramento. Super easy access from I-5, very quiet location (except for the homeless camp over the fence).

The pillows could be better.

I didn't like that I was given two full size beds in stead of queen beds

Very bad security around the building, My Brand New Ford Roush $96,000 dollars truck some one broke the window glass on passenger side, When I made the complaint the lady on the front desk said it happens all the time, I don’t understand why there’s no security on the parking lot at night , everyone be very careful you will end up like me.

My room smelt of cat box, the "Bistro" was out of many items. The staff is amazing however and very professional.

It was a nice older property, the rooms were clean but could use a little updating.

Property did not have room service. Menue at the Bistro was poor. Pool had black mold on and around the tiles and some on the steps. Over all not what I expect from Marriott or Bonvoy group.

I like the cleanliness and shuttle service. However, oh my I had the worst night of sleep. Mattress was lympy and the walls are paper thin and you can literally hear everyone walking, talking and running..
