The price was not as they mailed us before, the parking was more expensiv than the mail I got, Breakfast was cold both days, I think they faute it should be very good but it was a desaster. Thr room was very expensive but the bed was terrible, the only thing that was very good was the viuw, this was a not good experiance.

Very expensive extremely small room. It was so cold I had to call staff at 4am in the morning asking why the temperature in the room couldn’t be adjusted. It was a night with 2h sleep in the end and affected my whole stay and the business trip I was on.

Hello there I had the pleasure to stay at the Diplmate hotel Excellent staffs Facility Cleanness Decorating But I was disappointed in my room As I booked single one It was very very small Painfully small So possibly in future I will look for better value for money to get nicer room Otherwise It is great hotel

Excellent views from front over the harbour. Very nice cinnamon buns at breakfast. Waiting staff all a bit hectic and preoccupied at breakfast. Quite a bland entrance, low key and minimalist reception area which isn’t designed to encouraging any lounging. Lovely old lift and staircase. Overall a fine hotel but lacking the communal space to make it feel really comfortable but a good base in a superb city.

Lovely old hotel modernised. great location. staff rralky friendly and helpful. beautiful views overvthe harbour - loved sitting looking out at night qhen everything all lit up. only downside was you could hear the traffic noise, but its only a minor thing

Amazing hotel! Perfect location overlooking the water, close to day cruises and waterfront restaurants. Comfortabe, spacious room. For special occasion recommend the water view. Bar and in-hotel restaurant. Close to transportation. Lovely city!

When in Stockholm, we always choose this property because the service is stellar, the people who work there are so warm, friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant is excellent and not too expensive at all. The rooms are lovely and very clean. This beautiful art nouveau hotel is lovely with its gorgeous windows, high ceilings and original elevator. It is immaculate in every way.

Central to all the best spots in Stockholm. Clean and cozy place. Has a great coffee shop and cafe downstairs which is very convenient. The elevator there is not great. Won't work if one of the guests leaves the door open on their floor. Wish they would fix that issue. Also would love it if they had round the clock bellmen there to help with luggage.

Pros: i) Classy hotel, spacious room and very clean. ii) Great location in the city center. iii) Good breakfast and service. iv) Nice gym. Cons: i) Stayed over the weekend and a lot of noise came from the nearest street all night. The hotel should get some new windows. ii) The room was cold and I had a difficult time to adjust the temperature - was here in the summer. iii) One running elevator. This created queue in the lobby. Overall: I had a difficult time to fall asleep due to the noise from the street and hence I would not stay here again.

This hotel is an absolute GEM!!! Located in the heart of stunning Stockholm with so many beautiful amenities as well as a top notch staff. Our experience was a 10/10 from start to finish.
